InAction MinistriesWhen you go into a battle, you dont go in thinking youll need extra protection for your back because your case manger is about to stab you in it. I trusted Reneé Howze, MSW to advocate for me. She did not. She spoke neither on my behalf or in my defense. Her commitment to fair housing is exceeded her impatience and inability to understand and genuinely empathize with her clients and her frustration with me. She has yet grasp that knowing what her clients go through does not equate to understanding and certainly not experience. Still, I understand is her favorite line. She does not take well to feedback. As she does not see me as a cohort, any advice, information, insight I give doesnt appear to be received or considered. She makes inaccurate assumptions and those become the basis for how shes treats you. There is so much she will not know because her degree and title automatically make her the authority. Shes very cordial, but it ends there with her and I.I broke a rule several times. Even with medical documentation explaining why, she STILL chose not advocate for me, her client because the broken rule is more fragile than the people who break them and at all costs must be protected, EVEN IF THEY ARE A BARRIER TO FAIR HOUSING. She said, to me and in a community meeting, that shes tired of advocating/fighting for people who break the rules. Her choice not to act on the behalf of me, her client, left me w/ the conclusions;A. Shes over worked.B. Shes become jaded and desensitized to her clients and their need.C. She has inaccurately and unfairly judged/assessed needs and as a result my needs went unmet. We are the reason she is there in the first place. If even one of these conclusions is true, even partially, Reneé Howze, MSW, should not be handling peoples lives because she risks doing more harm than the good I believe she wants to do.In the end, she became Brutus, siding with those who wanted me gone and leaving me to defend myself. I was not able to paint for them the picture of my experience the way she could have.I have a challenging personality and I question until I have the answer that satisfies me; the truth! I dont always like it, but I respect it enough not to debate it.Yes, Im a very unsatisfied client, but my dissatisfaction has not discolored the truth of my experience with Mrs. Howze and Ive not exaggerated one iota of this review.I contacted her supervisor concerning the matter, and returned her call. Her supervisor (Mrs. Samantha) told her to stay away from me. STILL my grievance has not been followed up. How do you ignore the process for filling a grievance because you dont like the complaint.Facts and truth are not the same and to base a decision on facts alone is neither a fair or impartial.

I dont see how anyone is getting help, when I cant get anyone to return my phone calls. I guess they get paid just to ignore peoples voice messages and emails. Very unprofessional and unorganized!
