Mythos 150 is the best training facility/program/gym/ environment that I have been at and I have been lifting for over 20 years. You can deadlift 500 lbs or 50 lbs and a) you will make improvements in your fitness and strength b) you will feel accepted and leave every workout sweaty and happy. I have lost over 65 lbs at Mythos 150 and I felt just as happy on day 1 as I feel today. After joining Mythos 150 I realized that losing weight was not about my looks and about my health and this comes from being accepted and feeling appreciated.What makes Mythos 150 stand apart is Coach Casey and his team. Never had one injury in over 3 years doing some amazing workouts.

Ive been a member of Mythos for over a year now and I absolutelylove it. Small gym feel with coaches who really care about you and your goals. Even now through COVID, they have been able to adjust programming to accommodate for social distancing so we can all be safe. Please please please consider Mythos, you wont regret it.

From never walking into a gym before to being a CrossFit-er, you will fit in here. I love this about Mythos!I came from CrossFit and I’m challenged every workout. I never cared for the competitive atmosphere. I just wanted to feel better about myself- mind & body.Gracefully pivoting during the pandemic to an online community and back to in-person classes with our physically distant blue boxes, Mythos 150 has kept its members moving. A lot of people go to the gym to look better (me too), but my eating & drinking habits don’t afford me that benefit. My motivation is overall wellness and sustaining what youth I still have! Mythos accomplishes this for me.I workout with people who just started their fitness journey and those that lift more than I can imagine. We all do the same workouts at our own pace & weight. The workouts are designed so you can make it your own, but everyone gets pumped!There’s no judgement, scores, or intimidation; just a great workout with the most supportive fit fam around. Mythos 150 Fitness is the best gym in Georgia if you are serious about training and getting real results. They have everything you need and nothing you dont. Beautiful locker rooms with showers and steam sauna, Crytherapy, professional wieght-lifting equipment, and 3D body-scan to see how your physique changes over time. They also offer great PT sessions, boxing, and small group classes

Best gym ever! I was searching for a safe gym during COVID, and Mythos was the only one that genuinely took safety seriously (and still does) so I never felt uncomfortable. I think its a testament to their clear commitment to community and overall wellness; Casey & Christine genuinely care about you and are there to help you reach your fitness/wellness goals in a non-judging manner. I always feel welcomed by everyone, and I always have a great, challenging workout that balances strength and cardio. Would recommend this gym for anyone & everyone interested in a healthy lifestyle : )

Anyone that knows me knows that I’m not the sporty type at all, so finding a place that makes me want to work out seemed like an impossible task. One day we stumble upon Mythos 150 and my life has changed. Over the course of a year, the trainers have patiently guided me to become a better version of myself through discipline consistency and training. This place provides a safe and overly friendly environment for anyone that is starting their fitness journey and I do mean EVERYONE! I highly recommend this place to anyone ready to embark on a fitness journey. You won’t regret it!

Highly Highly Highly recommend Mythos 150! I found Mythos while researching gyms in ATL and was immediately intrigued by the overall culture of the gym. Its not your typical LAFIT or Crunch etc. this is a community of friendly people each with different goals but all collectively working hard to achieve them. The trainers, Casey and Christine, are amazing, super encouraging and knowledgeable, and always explaining everything to you. Its group fitness done extremely well. From the first time you step into Mythos for the introduction to your first class, and to every class thereafter, there isnt one moment where you feel out of place or intimidated - it is the most welcoming fitness circle! If youre looking to meet your fitness goals in a truly supported manner and among a group of encouraging people, I HIGHLY recommend giving Mythos a shot. The workouts are effective, I love that they incorporate just the right balance of weights, cardio and resistance - and again, everyone works towards their own goals with the utmost support from Casey & Christine.

This gym is the SPOT. Great coaching (shoutout Casey and Christine), great vibes in the gym, SUPER covid-safe, and challenging without being scary and intimidating. Casey got me back in the game after taking a long time off and I couldnt be more thankful. Its absolutely the first place i recommend to any friend in the area regardless of their place in their fitness journey.

Really good to see a Mythos 150 Fitness in this area. They have the best music by far!! They also have the newest equipment which is nice, but you have to swipe your card each time and it’s too electronic and doesn’t give consistent resistance.

A month after I started going to Mythos, I heard another member describing the gym as the home for a bunch of mismatches. And a year later, that couldnt have felt more than true. Here you will meet people who are from all different paths in life, at very different fitness levels, but with a common objective that is to become the better version of themselves everyday. This translates beyond the workout routines. Youll find each member you meet here inspiring in their unique ways as you get to hear parts and bits of other aspects of their lives during the social warmups. But of course, what good does a gym do if it doesnt offer killer workouts - and that is what Mythos offers. You get to decide your own speed and intensity as you learn and adjust every single class. The workouts are designed with intention to challenge you while building you up. I had assumed that my chronic back pain was going to be the roadblock of everything I do; 100+ classes later, the pain is barely noticeable anymore. The physical strengths and mental strengths I have obtained from Mythos over the course of just one year (half of which happened during covid lockdown where we received supports in customized instructions online and loaned gym equipments to help us stay healthy) had helped me tremendously in&outside of the gym.

About a year ago, a few colleagues and I started working out at Mythos 150 as a workplace challenge. I immediately fell in love! The vibe, the people, the coach/owner, the small group workouts ...it all clicked for me. Fast forward a year and its still my favorite place to throw around some weight. The coaches work with you to ensure proper form, challenge you as you build on your fitness and most importantly hold you accountable (which I need)! Even with covid, the gym adapted with virtual classes and a covid-safe space. I cant say enough about how incredible Casey, Christine and the whole Mythos 150 fam truly are!

I have never been to a gym and been so offended in my life. I have worked out for 30 years straight and I would figure to join my closet gym. Well that was a mistake. To any one that way to join this gym, don’t. I have bee to many, and thought this would be good but it wasn’t. This so called business was all but an excuse to steal my money. Trainers: Love the trainers, theyre very punctual and knowledge in the various workouts conducted. Even if youve been attending for awhile they will take their time to refresh techniques and movements.Meal Plan: Stephanie did a great job with showing what to eat during my 6 weeks challenge, thus making me victorious at the end.Accountability: If you dont like accountability then this gym isnt for you. They do a GREAT job on making sure you stay on top of your game by checking your progress weekly if not daily.

Im a college student so ate junk foods every day and felt tired all the time. I really wanted to change my life style. Luckily, I had the chance to participate in the 42-day challenge, and my goal was to lose 3% of body fat. I wanted to gain more muscle before summer. I was very concerned because I had no prior experience in workout, but it was actually fun. The nutrition plan helped me learn what to eat and what to avoid, but the best part was the workout. Everyone here learns how to be positive, energetic, and very considerate. Other older members told me that there is no place like Mythos 150. The atmosphere is great, and I feel so much stronger every week. I went three times a week, and the class was different every time. After 42 days, I lost 6% of body fat, and actually gained some muscle weight. I will definitely come back because I dont think I will be able to find another place as good as here. :D

Great coaching and comprehensive programming. I’m stronger and more fit because of Casey! If you’re goal-driven, his journey system lays out how you can progressively grow in strength and skills from any level. I come from a background in CrossFit and my best friend is newer to functional fitness. The workouts are appropriately challenging for both of us. It also helps that the community is really inclusive and supportive—lots of cool people who are trying to be better versions of themselves.

I don’t usually write online reviews, but Mythos 150 is so deserving of positive praise! I have been a member for the past few months, and I absolutely love it. If you’ve ever been curious about functional fitness, this is the place to test the waters. I’m still a beginner to cleans and deadlifts, but under the diligent, patient coaching at Mythos, I’ve developed new skills and reached new heights. This is truly a no-judgment zone full of people at all levels trying to improve and be better. What more could you ask for?Of course, a review of Mythos would be incomplete without mentioning Coach Casey. His passion for fitness is contagious, and he truly cares about his members’ individual successes. Casey has always pushed me to improve and strive for higher levels of fitness in a safe, effective way. He’s the real deal!Give Mythos a shot - it just might change your life. If you’re looking for a unique gym experience, this is the place for you. The main focus of this gym is functional training, and they teach you a lot of unique combination moves. They’ve got everything you need for an awesome workout, and it’s spacious. They’ve got some very unique equipment you won’t find at other gyms, like the skiing machine, which really gets your heart rate up. There’s even some outdoor exercises and activities. Kasey and Ricardo are great instructors, and they really want to see you succeed. The gym has a welcoming vibe and a culture that fosters learning. Everyone wants to know about you, and they want you to reach your goals! The music is great, too. I give this gym an A+, and I highly recommend trying it out.

If you are in to crossfit but you think it can get too crazy for no reason, this is the place for you. Functional fitness, just the right amount. All levels are welcome here and surprisingly, all levels can do the same workout tailored to the intensity that works for you. The coaches including coach Casey are extremely friendly and helpful. You just cannot go wrong here.

Casey and team consistently push me to challenge myself and to go beyond what I think is possible. They are committed to doing so safely, stepping in immediately with a coaching moment or modification if a particular movement isn’t working. Its the best training studio in Midtown, Great trainers and classes, very challenging yet beginner friendly. Coach Casey is very friendly and nice person who cares about his trainees, In Person care for all trainees. I was 166 lbs before i joined the gym and i lost 15lbs after 6 week challenge along with i lost 6% body fat and all the credit goes coaches and nutrition plan which they offered me. Overall, Fantastic gym. It has all the stuff you need.

This gym has become a part of my lifestyle! I love how welcoming and approachable all the instructors are and the variety of classes they offer. Each week is a new schedule so it never gets too rote. Ive built some lean muscle over the past few months at this gym and Im pleased to say that I have gotten a LOT stronger (which was my goal). Casey and his team are willing to work with you on your goals and you really do form a community there. Ive started to build my own workouts at home based on those we perform in class. There is also a nutritionist and chiropractor available on site. #fitnessfitness

Ive been on my fitness journey for the last 8 months. But 5 months in, I hit a slump for about 3 months. Fortunately, I was able to participate in the 42-day challenge and I lost 14 lbs and 2% body fat!I love this gym! The coaches are so encouraging and you can tell that they want you to succeed. The comradery of other members within the workout sessions is unmatched! I used to get anxiety whenever I went to the gym because I always felt so intimidated, but everyone here is so nice and open, I look forward to every session.I officially became a member this week and I am excited to not only continue to lose weight, but to also get stronger in the process.Check Mythos out, you wont regret it!

I love this gym so much. I was looking to do a lot more strength training but did not want the intense vibe of CrossFit. Coach Casey is owner and operator of his gym and his footprint and background in gymnastics and CrossFit are prominent. He focuses on form and doing movements safely every time. We do a combo of weight lifting with barbells and kettlebells, conditioning, and learning movements like pushups, pull-ups, and handstands. Group classes with individual attention. Mythos is also more than just classes... it’s a true community with the entire design of class focused on building that community and excitement. They also do a lot of external community building and contributions which is awesome. I am stronger and happier everyday because of Mythos.Update: The COVID precautions at Mythos are bar(bell) none. You have your own workspace, own equipment, and masks are required outside your work space.

The first word that comes to mind when describing Mythos is HOME. Ive only been a member for about 2 months, but I cant imagine going anywhere else.I came to Mythos struggling both mentally and physically, and decided to do the 6 week challenge to jumpstart myself back into gear. 6 weeks later I was down 16 lbs and more importantly back in a much better mindset.Its really neat to see the range of people that come in - theres a big spread from super fit to total beginners, but there is absolutely NO judgement. Casey and Taylor do such a great job planning the workouts to allow for success at all fitness levels. They push you to work hard through encouragement, not intimidation.The functional fitness format also makes it easy to look forward to. The best way I can describe it is a mix between OrangeTheory and CrossFit. Not a ridiculous amount of cardio or too crazy of weightlifting.If youre on the fence of starting a fitness journey or unsure of where to go, I promise you will not regret coming here!!
