I love the new location of SafeSky. Everything is all in one office now which is great. Sukiki was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about fingerprinting, state expectations, etc. Fingerprinting is my least favorite thing to do, but she helped put my nerves at ease. She is very kind and efficient. I enjoyed the visit because of Kiki.

The staff member who did my fingerprints, Mr. Walton, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was quick and painless, which I appreciated because of the garage parking rates. In the past when I needed to get fingerprints done for a college job, the personnel at campus police couldnt get decent prints and concluded mine had washed off over the years. Somehow they reappeared for Mr. Walton. Maybe the others used invisible ink.

It was easy to make an appointment online and I didnt wait for more than a minute after I arrived before I was greeted and brought to their office. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Safesky was very professional and allowed me to do an unexpected extra fingerprinting! I highly recommend them over going to the Sheriffs office as they dont seem flustered or angry that youre there to be fingerprinted. Will definitely use them again!

I made an appointment for 1:00p and when I arrived at 1:00p I was told that the person doing the fingerprinting was gone and would not return until 2p. Not only was this a waste of my time, but also a waste of my money. Not to mention, the location is not easy to get to. Apparently, making an appointment is pointless.

Had a bit of a mix up with my TCN number but it was solved completely by a representative in the Fort Lauderdale office (after a Google review). My only complaint is that the Georgia office should call their customers back if there is an issue. I called this office 3 times for help and no-one returned my call. My issue was solved in 5 minutes after I finally got a call back. In the end, Id still recommend this company. Staff were very professional and my results were apparently ready the same day by the Florida Dept of Law Enforcement. Just make sure that you have the correct TCN to look up the status and make sure that the company who it is intended for actually downloads the results.

Very dissapointing. Had to visit the office three times to get my fingerprints done right. Then they told me that my fingerprints and all my personal information had been lost in the mail. Unprofessional. Unsatisfactory. Then I found out I could get my fingerprints for 16 dollars cheeper at the police station. Would not recomend this company to anybody.

Our appointment times were at 10:30 and 10:45 respectively. Despite advertising this only taking 15 mins it took them until 11:15 to even get to us. The people at the front desk coming in were short with us and not very pleasant over all. There is one person, I REPEAT ONE PERSON doing the fingerprints and thats it. Though they did complete the services, I was very unhappy with the amount of time wasted sitting and waiting.

Not happy with the service. My fingerprints were rejected b/c of the bad printing. I will never come here again!
