To hear that youre paying employees $11/hour after years of employment was beyond disheartening to hear. What needs to change for your employees to be paid a living wage?

Wasted my time was assured someone would call me back went in with my Hispanic friend. They returned her call but have yet to return mine and Im not working but she is and was still able to get the assistance. I guess if u arent of Hispanic ethnicity you will not be contacted. Hurt my spirit but i wish any one else good luck .

A total waste of time, the only help they take up is if they profit from it in whatever form. From what Ive observed, the staff in here have huge egos and denigrate the people seeking help. They also take advantage of people who dont know the English language financially..if anything, I will personally see that they get monitored closely by the proper authorities. Also note that in all negative reviews they dont even reply to them to make fix their incompetence, but answer and praise all the good 5 star reviews.

You have to physically go the place to schedule appointment for immigration case. or you pay money over phone to schedule appointment. sorry not giving any card information over phone. Take a look at other non profits and see how they schedule clients. Am glad i found somewhere better

It took a while, due to the major amount of people filling up request forms to get their documents in line, but we made it. We are officially legal to be and stay here, so, thank you. I know there is more of us than the people working in there.. also, there is just so much you can control when you have to rely on another department to make things work =/ but it is possible. And I thank you for your part.

For 20 years that I have been living in Atlanta, the Latin American Association has been for me the leading organization for the Hispanic community in the state of Georgia. I have witnessed all these years how each of the staff members offers all their effort and dedication to help individuals and families adapt to the new country.Within the organization they offer English classes, immigration services, financial aid, translations and much more.I am the owner of THE LAA marketing agency and I am proud to have them as our clients for over 6 years.

They should change the name to the consulate of Guatemala. Maybe thats the best they know how to do, because the immigration department is a waste of time. I do not recommend it. Time is worth more than money. I advise the entire race not to waste their time here.

Hello my names is HectorA.Gomez I am a chef for the last 30 years in the city of Atlanta, I am one of the lucky Latinos to be able to enter this help center for the Latino community, I find it incredibly organized and supportive to the community, not only to latinos but also to the american community of georgia and i have taken english courses that have helped me a lot for my work, also computer courses like word 1 and word 2 with professor Andrew Wong, a great person and very professional, And finally I graduated from an excellent 14-hour digital Tools Course class with teacher Paula Andrea Jimenes who, with her humility and passion to teach us how to manage the Internet, which impacted an incredible learning on how to fund my career as a hotel chef or my own businesses, and as I taught how to cook, many other people, I just want to thank the Latin American association for its effort to continue supporting the community tina and for having the best instructors in the Hispanic world god bless you.

I really like this center, it is accessible to all the public, apart from the sensitivity of many teachers. I think people like us can get to learn to speak English with these classes. Hopefully keep it up. Thank you very much for this magnificent work

I have not had the best experience, I paid for an English course and in Norcross that they never gave it, and when I returned the money I only had evasion, Mr. Jose Martinez was left to send the check to the house on February 6, two months after paying. Until today I have been begging him for four months to get my money back and it only tells me that they had a thousand mistakes when sending the money.I honestly do not know if they are just excuses for not returning the money or is that it actually has a malfunction and has become very difficult or have not had the time to send me the check.I take this means to ask you if you honestly have in mind to return my money or not ?, since it is almost impossible for you to return my calls that I make almost two per day.Thank you
