Im amazed at the level of service I just received. I am starting my first business and there is so much to learn. I have been calling around to virtual offices to learn about the services. When I called TRUE Space initially no one answered, so I left a message as requested. I received a prompt call back. Not only did I learn about the services they offered, they helped me understand about filing for my LLC, and getting my business license. As our conversation went on, he even warned me about some common scams with official looking mail that come to new businesses trying to scare you to pay for unneeded services. A+++ for the extra information and help. With this level of detail and help on the phone I can understand why I couldnt get through initially on the phone. I think I talked with their rep Garret for about 10 minutes. It was well worth waiting for the return call.I signed up today and my virtual office was live in about 2 hours. I was able to submit my LLC filing to the Georgia Secretary of State in the same day.

I have used True Space Atlanta for my business address as I work from home and needed to have an address for my LLC. For a minimal cost they provide both the virtual address, possible meeting spaces if I need a conference with clients and my mail is delivered regularly to the address I provided. No problems, I can recommend without reservation. By the way, I have real Google reviews and more than one or two brand new reviews.

I have been a TRUE Space Midtown virtual office customer for fourteen months. I just added a cubicle at their Smyrna location for my first employee. Great service all around and soooo very helpful. Cant beat the price either.

LOOK HARD FOR AN ALTERNATIVE - Or just rent a Post Office Box. This is a MAJOR scam. They offer nothing more than an address, which you can get by actually going to the building itself. The service of receiving emails indicating you received mail is a farse. The Mail Service they offer, and you sign up for is not available. You pay for it, sign up for it, choose Trues space for it, then are told three months later, after calling and complaining that you are not receiving emails as per your contract, that they will look into it. Then after three more months, they say, I dont know why you are saying you did not get your service, that service was never offered at the address.
