We recently partnered with Kickr Design to help begin to bring a product idea to life after years of planning and spinning wheels. The Kickr team communicated openly and frequently with us during the entire process from the first introductory meeting with Kyle, to working with our dedicated design team led by Sydney. The entire process was collaborative, and the Kickr team took our suggestions and design wishes into account following every meeting. At the end of the concept development phase, we are now reenergized to continue our product development process. We would feel more than comfortable using Kickr for future stages of this project and on other projects down the road.

Kickr designs will do anything to get a sale — the team will ask you your budget and then quote you a couple of thousand dollars higher than what you’ve said.You’ll most likely say okay sure that’s pretty close and then sign a non binding contract. The contract repeats over and over that this is an estimate and they will make every attempt to meet these numbers.Unfortunately this group is not honest and does not have integrity. Their professionalism and the way they do business leaves much to be desired.I told them my budget was 25,000 and they returned with 30,000. Once I paid the 10,000 dollar retainer to start the project they said they didnt “fully understand“ the full scope and quoted again at 60,000.I thought to myself this surely would be the maximum to get the project completed. Unfortunately I was wrong and once I was 30,000 dollars in they quoted again at 90,000. There was no change in scope or project deviations.I brought my concerns to management and they said that I spent 90 hours communicating back and forth with them. Their bill rate is 195 dollars an hour which means I communicated with them to the tune of 20,000 dollars.I would not recommend this company to anyone needing a product developed and I hope I am able to save people from making the same mistake I have made.

The Kickr design team is great. I brought a design idea to them and they completely understood my vision and brought it to life. What was a pipe dream 6 months ago is now about to head into manufacturing. I highly recommend Kickr. I will use them again for my next product... :)

I had an idea and a limited budget. I decided to give Kickr Design a try because I watched a video from the founder where he emphasized that keeping costs low was a priority. This was music to my ears since I knew that bringing concept to market can be quite a costly journey.Working with Mike, the head engineer on my project, and Lisa, the project manager, was a joy. I was particularly impressed with the level of design and engineering I was getting. My project had a specific engineering problem that I feared would be unfeasible to solve. I remain impressed with the solution Mike and his fellow engineers came up with. They made my idea real, and I could not be happier.This group really seems to have its house in order. They do a lot of projects, but I always felt like mine was the only one. It was a fun, collaborative experience. It feels good to know that, for my next invention, Kickr Design will be waiting for me. I just hope the next phases of the project go as smoothly as the design and engineering phase.

Tried to charge $100,000 for a prototype that costs $3,000. Do not waste your time asking for a quote from them.

I had a great experience with Kickr from our first meeting. They took an idea in my head and made it reality. Sang and Corey were my two points of contact and they couldn’t have done better. I am forever thankful to Kickr. I HIGHLY recommend using them. They don’t waste time and resources which is crucial when developing a product on a restricted budget. Don’t look overseas when these guys are in Atlanta.

I would have given zero stars if i could have. These people are SCAM to the highest level. They give you a price and after wasting your time and patent pending status they UP THE PRICE X 3. So if u started out at 10000...youre now at 30000. They dont communicate w each ither so you get phone calls from 3 people telling you. 3 different things. Run as fast as you can
