My insurance company dispatched this towing company and the tech, Frank towed my car to the wrong location. The next day I called looking for my car and I was told Frank was in the area and would show MY mechanic where he took it but failed to do so. 3 days later it’s still at the wrong location. Without any reconciliation after promise that there would be. Awful
