Bad customer service over the phone very rude.

Priced an Acura K20 @ $1250 as a rare JDM engine. Going prices with 30 days start up warranty is $599 on the k20a base model. I am a true car builder that does not buy toys off the lot and they tried to give me the whole spiel about going to Japan and searching and finding the perfect engine. Which for true enthusiasts was a line we heard 5 to 6 years ago as a selling point. The lady sounded as if she was reading a script off of her computer without knowing anything about a k20a. This is just another business that is trying to profit off of kids and fast in the furious.

Big place with lots of inventory. It was very easy to get the price over phone. They explained the whole process of rebuilding my engine to from start to delivery at the shop.

Customer service is extremely rude I asked if they sold a cylinder head and the man on the phone said that I am not a junkyard and had an attitude with me
