My experience with two recruiters in the Atlanta office recently can be summed up as a waste of time. One recruiter reached out to me after finding my resume on CB. She emailed me that I was a great fit for a position they had but when I called her back, she was not aware of who I was and was not able to find my resume. She apologized for not being prepared and let me know her colleague is the primary contact with the company and would be reaching out to me...its been 1 week and nobody followed up. I contacted them twice after they dropped the ball but got no response. There are legit recruiters out there - these are not them.

Theyll send you emails all day, but no one will pick up the phone. I called the headquarters number and got the receptionist and she couldnt even get in contact with anyone. How is that 8 different agents all fail to pick up the phone from the talent force they make their money off of?

I just had a conversation with them about a job that was a simple help desk job, and the recruiter became argumentative and insulting over the phone. Sent emails, text and calls after hours to continue his bad day and was very much unprofessional . In 20 years of being a IT contractor , I have never seen anything like this and felt the need to let others know to not waste your time dealing with these type of people
