My phone wouldnt turn on, so I came in without an appointment. (Hard to call ahead when your phone isnt working.) Five minutes later, I walked out with a working phone. It didnt need much fixing to be fair, but Im happy.

True confession: I apparently have slippery fingers and have dropped my phone and caused various issues to my phone more times than Id like to admit over the last year+. Phone Tech has become the ONLY place I will take my phone. I 100% trust this company. The service is always high quality with great professionalism and honest advice. Like a primary care doctor who knows your medical history to better understand your current situation, Nathan knows the ins and outs of my phones history and can therefore diagnose and fix any issue I have super quickly. I love that he cares about the community and that we have (unfortunately given my carelessness haha) built a relationship now. Its nice to have a local shop that truly cares about serving its community.

The person at the desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. He offered service to another customer immediately after telling me he could not do it. I was told that my mic would be fixed and once I came back the phone screen was fixed but the mic was not working.

I had an old 15” Macbook Pro (late 2010) that had become so slow, it was barely usable after a 1:28m boot time. After doubling the RAM to 8GB and replacing the original hard drive with a modern 500GB SSD, the boot time is now 17s — and the machine is useable for day-to-day things again. Thank you, Phone Tech!

My first experience was awesome and I recommend to a friend who used them. I was told there was a warranty on the same phone should it break again, that is what I was told. Well yesterday I was told that Is not true. So I walked out, I’d rather get it fixed from another company than have someone tell me I’m wrong with what I heard! Disappointed.

Im glad I did as Nathan did an excellent job in the time it took to grab a sandwich. Id recommend them without hesitation.

This is one of the best repair experiences I have had for a phone. I am an engineer and tend to try my hand at repairing my phone when I can, but it is time I often dont have. Ive had other, less experienced, repair shops really mess up electronics. And dont get me started on the Apple Store with its long waits, 4 hour appointment windows, and $300 phone repairs. I was so pleased with PHONE TECH - I walked in, handed him my phone, and $50 and 30 minutes later I had my battery replaced. He gave me advice on some other minor repair issues I had for far less than Apple did, and was great to deal with. So many of these phone repair places have untrained employees who have no clue what they are doing - Phone Tech is a great value and Id recommend it.

Over the past two years, I have used this company to repair my cell phone and had never had a poor experience. However, today was the first time I worked with the manager of the store and was highly disappointed with his professionalism, or lack thereof and his unwillingness to issue a refund for a phone battery that I purchased on behalf of a friend. This business owner, offered to issue me a $10 refund despite the fine print on their receipt stating that a 75% refund would be issued on any item if returned within 30 days....only 3 days had passed since the initial purchase. Once asked why he was not willing to adhere to the return policy on the receipt, he stated There is a labor charge. After this information, I offered to remove the battery from the cell phone myself. He then responded by saying there are other fees as well, but he never articulated what those additional fees were. He lacked professionalism, customer service, and business etiquette. He insinuated that perhaps my friend did not have either of the chargers she attempted to use actually contacted to the outlet. This quasi-business owner/manager does not value the customer and from my experience is a thief and a crook. Please spare yourself and take your business elsewhere

Dropped my phone last night. Searched for local repair shops. Called a couple places around and yelped. The older places didnt seem to want to help me. I ran into Phone Tech and met Nathan. He was super nice and very knowledgeable about the repair. He also explained to me why he was going to charge me instead of just giving me a price and push me off. I got a great deal and a discount on my tempered glass. I hope I dont need his help with another repair. But I will definitely recommend this location over the over priced franchise repair shops.

I am really annoying and kept calling because Im trying to get my iPhone x unlocked and he was very kind and understanding and assured me the as soon as he knew something he would let me know this is my first time doing something like this and for 200 bucks I was a little unsure but they look like they know what their doing and also got my phone fixed iPhone 6 and he even reduced the price for me and did a great job. OMG. Simon at Phone Tech is a life saver. I accidentally dropped my iPhone 6s into the toilet. The screen wouldnt turn on. So i put it in rice and ran to ATT. They couldnt help me and i didnt have insurance. They told me about Nathan and how he can fix it. So i took it here. When i came in Simon greeted me and i could tell he was an expert. I had a nice experience here with Dan. My phone wouldnt recognize my new SIM card and AT&T wasted 3 hours of time only to tell me they cant help me. But Dan took the time to lookup similar problems on Google and fix the issue quickly, and did not charge me for it.

Im a current Emory student and my iPhone 5S had a cracked screen. Ive been meaning to get it fixed for a while but Lenox was always too much of a hassle to get to. I decided to give Phone Tech a try because it was new and so close to campus. They repaired my screen so quickly and even gave me tempered glass to protect it! I was in and out in less than half an hour. I rarely write reviews but I was so pleased with the service that I had to this time. I would highly recommend this place if you have any technical issues with your phone.

They used a cheap screen to replace my broken screen. Months later the whole screen came up, I went to a retail wireless store and they told me that that should NEVER happen and they used cheap pieces to fix my phone after paying 150 dollars for a repair. Would not recommend
