I have been employed w/TRU for almost 2 years…in that length of time I have received 2 promotions and a career advancement. I started as a Substitute Teacher and now I am the Teacher Recruitment Specialist (TRS). Another career path TRU offered was for me to become a BFTS certified trainer and they paid all the cost; I am allowed to use our training facility to train teachers outside of the TRU Team. This is an absolutely awesome organization to work for b/c they provide their teachers w/the tools necessary to succeed as an educator. TRU provides an OTJ program, which allows the teachers to obtain their CDA, they provide FUN and ENGAGING training for their teachers. This organization feed the homeless, cloth those in need, and provide their teachers additional assistant if its w/in their means. When teachers are out sick, we send get well cards. When a teacher is in the hospital, we go to visit. I can honestly write a book about how awesome this organization really is. But most importantly, TRU love the children and they ensure to hire ONLY good qualified teachers that has that same love and passion for the children.
