I have really enjoyed using Springbot on behalf of my company! Our Customer Success Manager did a great job of walking us through the set up process and encouraged us with reason to incorporate functions we were previously unsure about. It has been great that we can customize our pop-ups and emails and change them, if ever needed. The reports are set up in a way that makes them easy to analyze and if my team ever has any questions-- I know our manager will be there to talk us through the data or further actions. It is also nice that there is a scheduling system where we can quickly schedule a call when needed without having to do back and forth to coordinate times. In the short time that we have used Springbot, we have seen a great improvement to the way we are able to communicate with our customers!

Is there a ZERO STAR option? Absolutely terrible experience with Springbot. Alex called incessantly until I agreed to sign up, never to be heard from again. I called and emailed asking for guidance on the program to help get started and ... Crickets. Should have known when he had to have his manager hop on the call with him to help him close the deal. When I asked to cancel, their customer service department offered a refund if I were to stay on board. When I was willing to accept the refund but not continue, they suddenly had a change of heart and quoted their refund and cancellation policies to me. Would highly recommend staying away from this company.

I have been with Springbot for almost a year and would highly recommend the platform and service. Since I switched from Mailchimp, my email list has doubled, my open rates have improved and monthly sales have steadily increased. Out of the gate, there is absolutely work to do to get things set up and they dont sugar coat that. While much of the onboarding was smooth - we had a few obstacles to work through, and Im thankful my Success Manager kept me up to date as we resolved anything that came up, and was proactive with her outreach and recommendations to get the most out of the platform.

I have not seen a return on the money I spent with them. They assured me their team would help me scale my business and they did not.live up to that agreement. The paid ads that I paid for had no rhym or reason to them. I didnt t not receive any additional sales as promised. I only pay those for services that I can not provide for myself. In this case I just paid them them to do exactly what I have been doing. A complete waste of my money and time.

My experience with Springbot is similar to others with negative results. Was spending over $900 a month between their charges and Facebook ads. Website sales were flat. They did waive the 30 day termination period if I would amend my feedback. So 3 stars is being generous.

While sometimes I find it hard to navigate the site and design my emails, the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. We love working with Georgia.

Not a single campaign or email that was worthy of our brand was put out. After they chased us for a year I agreed to give them 4 months at running our social media ads. Their ads performed at a fraction of what ours did. They didn’t change or adapt a single thing after the first roll out and ignored our requests to do so. They only completed one email campaign in that time that absolutely fell on its face. Save your time and money. Do these things yourself or hire a company that cares.

Springbot is a good place to start your online marketing and email campaigns. They have a variety of service lines they offer, including social media advertising, and others. Their customer service is great, and have been very responsive to my questions and issues. Theyve also been a little flexible with my account during these troubling times. I do think they need to improve the email campaigns they perform as that can be costly compared to the value they bring in return. For example, quite a few campaigns were in the simple box formatting with 3 columns that I can do on my own, with one or two graphics they designed. I would hope that with that level of pricing, there would be more intricate layouts for the campaigns (like the layouts in their Lookbooks) with more designing than one or two graphics/images. But overall you get a lot of value, like with the IG store. Their Content Blocks are also very easy to setup, which helps reduce time in my workflow when creating campaigns. I always have issues with Klaviyos blocks and the copy/paste of blocks not showing up correctly in email previews sent to myself, like having to redo a spacer several times. I think the overall base package provides a lot of value, especially with the live training sessions. If they can improve their campaign services (and/or reduce the monthly price), this would be a 5 star review.

Its so hard to get in contact with their support team, they hardly ever answer emails, oh and they sneak in that you have to give them 30 days notice to terminate and if you terminate within a billing period you are also charged for the net billing cycle. So highly dissatisfied not only with the customer service but with the program/system as well. If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would!

Great tool with excellent customer service. Weve seen tremendous success in our triggered email campaign - specifically with people who have left items in their cart and exited without purchase. Weve converted over 6% of the individuals who receive this email with about 60% of them being new customers. On top of that, weve engaged with several customers who expressed their concerns (the reason for not completing the purchase), and weve made several improvement based on those conversations. This is just one of many tools that Springbot offers and I highly recommend you give it a try.

We have had an excellent experience with Springbot. For one, their customer service is awesome. Our account manager is wonderful, very responsive, provides great insight and ideas, and keeps us up to date frequently!!All the tools we use through Springbot (email marketing, social media ads, retargeting and more) are very easy to use and provide great metrics for us to track! Our email list has also increased by a lot since being with Springbot!

The email workflow builder is pretty nice. Its a little cludgy jumping between the workflower builder and each individual email you have to build, but its reasonably effective.Everything else is terrible. Uploading email lists is awful if the mailchimp sync doesnt work (and for one of our two sites, it just didnt work). You cant bulk unsubscribe a list. Neither can their support staff.Theyll keep billing you for ads even if the ads never run. Sometimes the ads wont run, and after hours of emailing, they say theyre fixed but still dont. You cant manually pause or change a campaign once it has started.In general, the process was a huge waste of time that cost us several thousand dollars (and they wouldnt refund us because we had access to their customer support, and thus were utilizing their service. Yeah, right.)Someday it might be a good service, but it is currently WAY too expensive, and if it doesnt work for you, expect it to never really start working.Support staff is very friendly, but unfortunately their product and policies let them down.

Email campaigns was the #1 functionality we were after along with the push emails. In the end, they company could not produce a single email that was worthy of sending out to the market. We gave Springbot several shots at creating email campaigns for us and in the end, we pulled the plug and lost spent a lot of time and money..if email is your focus and you want a solid work product, this isn’t your company..Good luck

Promise a lot out the door and it just didnt come close to the performance that they say will come. Our company tried the platform for a few months and while we liked some of the tools it just didnt work for us. They celebrated the few sales from their platform we got within that time which barely paid for itself and thought it was awesome... for the cost it wasnt even close to worth it. Then they recommend the strategy of spending more, no thanks. The worse part about it was the bs statistics the platform reports. The dashboard would report sales that never happen and data would just disappear.

We worked with Springbot in 2019. We switched from Mailchimp for the email workflow tools. However, they really pushed for us to work with the ad team as well. This was the most painful experience working with a digital marketing firm we have ever had. The back end was very rough. Adroll analytics and ad structure couldn’t even be accessed. They did an on boarding discovery session that was barely acknowledged in ad build out. The attention put into the initial ads was minimal. In fact the initial ads had a few splits but not enough to actually gather data to refine and build new campaigns. For the duration of our engagement with them they continued to suggest we try one more month. Each time apologetic but laying out a poa that never effectively got executed. Then a month after we finally cancel they bill our account again! Springbot is a mess. While it may be a fine tool to set up automated emails BEWARE when their sales team tries to sell you on their addon services. You will watch money go down the drain. I wish they had a sales dept feature where I could hire their sales guy. 🙂 just use HubSpot and find someone to run ads that cares.

Typical marketing / seo company. Lots of promises, but ultimately it is your own job to use their tools to make a profit. The templates they have are very elementary and you have to push hard for them to create something more professional. They are 2 star only because they did allow me to use all of their tools at once to see if there was anything that could drive traffic and improve conversions. After 30 days of using every tool they had and 90 days of using a basic package, there was no difference in sales or conversions. The retargeting software company they use will burn up the retargeting traffic with fake traffic from Russia. They do answer phone calls throughout your membership, but getting results with their tools was not easy.

I dont appreciate the constant calls or emails. Whoever thought it was a good idea to have a lead contacted that many times is mistaken. I nicely said we didnt have the budget, and was still asked to look at a demo. I then bluntly said we were not interested, and was told we should be interested, and here is why...I just dont like the high pressured sales from these guys. They need to rethink their strategy because right now its coming across as very annoying, pushy and borderline rude.

From my initial meeting with Preston in sales (who actually cares about our company, our success, and our satisfaction), to my eventual partnerships with Olivia (our onboarding specialist wizard) and Carrie (the sharpest ad/email slinger in the south) we have had nothing but incredible experiences.Especially after some awful experiences with other marketing companies that were antiquated, poorly managed, or failed to communicate, Springbot has been a breath of fresh air. If you have a Shopify account, you should sign up for their app and service. I got very good training from Joanna and my Acoount Manager Andrew has been very responsive and helpful when I needed him. After just 2 months my visits are up and the triggered email solution has brought in some great sales! Highly recommend!!!

I LOVE SPRINGBOT because it has real human beings who live in the USA and speak English! I have been working together for almost a year and Springbot helps me keep up with the ever changing social media and newsletter challenges. I have a dedicated person (thanks Andrew + Carrie) who guide me, help me, answer my questions and explain any upcoming social media changes. We e mail and speak on the phone as needed. The services they offer are very flexible price wise. I was a MailChimp customer previously, but I was tired of trying to figure it all out myself, now I leave it up to the professionals who live and breathe social media all day long.To maximize your money spent, I suggest having a strong photo library for Springbot to work with, they will get you faster results. Also understand that each service is a separate fee, so double check the cost of each service before signing up, however they are very flexible if you change your mind and want to stop a service for a few months.

Springbot has been a wonderful resource for my small business. I was linked to them via Shopify. In order for you to really get the most benefit from them, you do have to be very active.

Amazing customer service! They are quick to respond and always helpful.

We recently became SpringBot certified and have already seen a positive ROI. The automated email system alone is worth it in our eyes. Ben Brumby was our contact throughout the training process and was incredibly helpful. Majority of the tools are very similar to what we were used to with other companies such as Mail Chimp. Common sense goes a long way with the tools so as long as you have a little of that youre good to go! I have a feeling well be working and growing with SpringBot for a long time to come!

We have been using this service for about 1 year now and have seen a dramatic increase in traffic to our Shopify store. This tool has simplified our social/digital media strategy and has become our primary tool for monthly and triggered emails to customers.

Springbot has been an amazing social media/e-commerce third party service. We were able, with Springbots guidance and expertise, to activate AdRoll, Triggered Emails, as well as manage our social schedule for Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. If youre new to figuring out everything needed to run a successful e-commerce website, I highly recommend talking to the crew at Springbot!

I couldnt agree more with the previous reviewer. I have received no less that 12 calls from this company and several emails- all completely unsolicited. To add insult to injury, I do not have a separate business line- only a personal one. The first time I finally answered the call, the salesman was immediately obnoxious and condescending to me. The second time (yes, he called again after I told him not to) I pretty much yelled at him never to call back. And then he emailed me another pitch today. Christ, Id hate to run into this guy at a bar.

This marketing platform did not work well for me, partly because some of their features do not integrate well with Big Commerce. Springbot should have made this clear to me when they signed me up. I was also surprised that three weeks after I cancelled they charged me for another whole month. When I contested, they said this is written in their cancellation policy. Poor service and questionable practice to require a customer to essentially stay on for seven weeks after canceling.

Baumgartens has only recently truly engaged with Springbot and it has been an amazing experience!The team at Springbot is fantastic, they are very knowledgable of not only their own business but also the innumerable ways to leverage the online commerce environment to their clients advantage.Every team member has been an expert in their area and we have seen a major uptick in the interaction with our site since we have gotten everything in place.Baumgartens looks forward to a long and fruitful interaction with Springbot and would highly recommend them to all levels of eCommerce players that want success over the long term.

My experience with this company has been horrible. It all started with a cold call. They mask their Atlanta phone number as a local number to get customers to pick up the call. I heard the sales girl Christina out and since we are in the middle of launching a new product line I asked how they could help with that. She explained all of these different ways they could target this new market I am seeking. Eventually the cost deterred me, they offered me a deal (still crazy expensive) and I figured okay, Ill try it one month. It is absolutely useless. This offers NOTHING you cannot do on your own with Adroll + Mailchimp. All of the extras they said they could do to help target a new market cost MORE MONEY! They spread the training across 6 weeks (yes, 6 WEEKS) of 30 minute phone calls. The technology behind Springbot is glitchy and full of inaccurate information. Your Shopify reports tell you more than this does. I highly highly discourage a partnership with this company. Upon cancellation they said I would be charged for another 30 days. This is such a joke, it is just a money making scheme that promises the moon and does not deliver.

It’s a college fraternity stuck in a corporate office. Do not work here. The men here are just looking for other “bro’s” to hire.
