I ordered a package and it said it was being delivered by “Pitney Bowes.” I had never heard of them, thought that sounded interesting. I figured the one-star review was just people being disgruntled. Who actually likes dealing with the post office? Surely, they can’t be that bad.I’m here to tell you: they are that bad. This company is the worst shipping/logistics company imaginable. If you have a package coming from here, you should strongly consider calling the original seller and asking if they can make alternative arrangements. This business runs at a level of incompetence that would make a bureaucrat blush.

Where packages go to die. Seriously, how can a place still be operating THIS poorly after so long? I’m in Macon so a lot of our mail passes through here, and anytime a package checks in at Pitney Bowes Atlanta, I know I’m either waiting 2-3 more weeks for it or never seeing it. Get it together, PLEASE, for the love of the rest of the state of Georgia.

Absolute joke of a company. They are the logistics company shipping a package for my seller. They (PB) claim they cannot a) track my package as the tracking representative doesnt have the software to do so, b) contact the physical location where my package is being held hostage (Atlanta), c) provide any information at all about my package because they are just a logistics company or d) transfer me to any other team but they are working on being able to do this eventually.

If I could pick negative stars it would be negative 100. Package is just sitting not being transported to post office. Has been over a week. Hours of operation on Google says closed everyday but 1 hour on Sunday. What kind of business is this?? I will not be ordering any more packages that have to travel through this company. Had the same issue last year and it took 3 months to get package.

Package was sent to this dump of a company in ATL, said it would be shipped to me via USPS in two days, was sent back to TX, back to ATL, and is still being held hostage. It now has two packages held hostage. Entertainment Earth and Bark Box should terminate their contracts with Pitney Bowes.

They have had my package since May 12. Its now June 4th. Over 3 weeks. All they had to do was pass the package to the post office. Their website says they will deliver within a guaranteed 3 days. Someone dropped the ball.

I have had so many packages delivered through this company to my local usps and not a single one is ever delivered in a timely manner, nor safely shipped as most boxes come practically destroyed nearly smashing the valuable contents. The current struggle Im having with them is one package is still shipping for two months and is lost in the system somewhere (supposedly departed their facility but there is no departure scan) while a package that shipped after arrived sooner! Theyre customer service wasnt very professional either.

Just like other reviewers, my 2 packages have been in ATL since 5/29 and it is now 8/31. I cant get anyone on the phone and when I use my tracking number on the website, it says it cant be located. I am SO annoyed.

Same as everyone else! Ordered on 12/5, shipped 12/8. Today is 1/6 and still nothing! SHOES coming from New Jersey made it to ATL on Christmas Eve and have been sitting there ever since. I have called the facility several times. Called Pitney Bowes. Called USPS. Called Adidas. No resolution. Like the rest of the reviewers, I am willing to drive to pick up my package, but cant even get them to pick up the phone! Started with social media and going to the news station next! How is this company allowed to ship with all these valid complaints to Consumer Affairs and BBB? My package was giving to PB on 4/19/2021 and has been sitting in their facility since. This is preposterous really need to be an investigation into the Greenwood, Indiana and Atlanta facility. USPS is still waiting for PB to hand my packages over to them it’s now 5/11/2021. Please avoid any company that uses PB and let them know why you won’t be ordering.

It’s been almost three weeks and I have yet to receive an update on my order. They never answer the phon. After reading the comments and complaints, I believe this company is stealing packages and keeping the items for themselves. This isn’t a shipping company, this is a scamming company. I’ll never again purchase an item with any retailer that uses this scam company.

This company always loses packages! It is a federal offense to mess with the mail, but it is ok for them to ship? They should not be in charge of carrying mail! Every single item that passes through the Georgia based center, never makes it to me. Why are companies using a secondary shipping partner that is not working? I have two I am currently waiting on. One at ten days no movement, the other seven days no movement. Coincidentally, they are both packages that you know who shipped. I would give them NO STARS. You cannot even call them, as it states it is not working.

I have a serious concern about this company. They dont update tracking details. They dont bother about delivering package even after package was received destination city. I dont know how long they will keep the package with them. I know its holidays time but It doesnt mean You should take it granted. I ordered mine on thanksgiving and I am doubtful whether I receive it on Christmas or not. Shame on you guys.

They have my packages that has been there since the 25th of May. Ive been checking the website tracking on it and it has not moved from that same spot to NC. Since Ive paid for my package from an overseas company at least they can deliver it on time.

Ordered two things off of adidas on Black Friday, shoes and a shirt. Shoes are going through PB and have had no movement for 7 days now. They were supposed to get here 12/8/20 and it is now 12/10/20 with a “shipment date pending”. The shirt was delivered to me by another mailing company around 4 days ago, even when it was supposed to get here after the shoes. Very bad company, would rather go pick it up myself. I don’t mind waiting, but when I see my item be on ‘hold’ for around a week, it’s frustrating!

My package, which is supposed to be delivered to Omaha, NE, was received by PB in Atlanta on October, 22, been sitting there with no movement till October, 31 and finally appeared in their Indianapolis location. No status change for the next 4 days and today (November, 4) - voila! - its back in Atlanta. Delivery truck got lost?? From what I see and theorize is that they are stealing packages sorry not sorry. There’s no possible way that this many packages get “lost in transit” and never make it to their destination. I’d rather pay express shipping and have FedEx, UPS or DHL deliver my package than this company!!! I also see that they never respond to any reviews or seek quality customer service! What a joke..

Pitney Bowes facility...Atlanta, GAI understand there are slow downs because of COVID...but to hold package at this facility for 6 weeks in not good. I am shipping packages the same distance directly through USPS and getting the packages delivered in 3-5 days. Delay for 1 or even 2 weeks, I will understand, but I now have 6 deliveries still sitting in Atlanta....Any company that continues to use them as a shipping partner, should seriously reconsider.

My package arrived at the Atlanta center almost TWO MONTHS AGO and hasnt budged! Ive made multiple phone calls, trying to see if I can just make the two hour drive and pick it up myself, and if someone doesnt transfer me to tech support Im forced to listen YET AGAIN to the recording explaining COVID-19 delays. I understand there are delays....But youre in the state! Its IN YOUR CENTER!! Just release it to USPS already!!

First I agree with everyone comment and score they are trashy delivery company. The only support you have is the tracking site thats it no phone number to support tracking only tech support for their other services.My package set in ATL at their location for a week to be delivered to USPS when I live in ATL. I was able to finally get my package and a update after I filled a form USPS for missing item. I recommend everyone does the same I feel this company has poor management their deliveries.

My shipping tracking information provided by the retailer that sold me my products show, that my items have been at Pitney Bowes Facility in Atlanta GA for 11 days. At this point, I could have driven there to pick up my merchandise. Their customer service representative was dismissive and unprofessional. He stated they don’t have the package. They only create the label. When I asked who the carrier was that they sold the label to, he stated that he didn’t have that information.

The customer service rep stated that I need to call my postal service in order to get information about the package. and that the USPS has to pick up my package from them. I asked if I could come get the package, the rep(Pitnye Bowes Rep) informed me she does not know the address of where Pitney Bowes is located. which is on the the website. Stay away

I purchased this Deep Tissue Body Massage thing in May. It came from China. I have been tracking it. It came from China, ended up in Kent, WA, then in Bresnan, CA. I contacted the post office in Bresnan and spoke to someone and they said its just sitting in the warehouse. Its been there since July 22nd. That was 12 days ago. Im in Atlanta. I still havent received it yet. Very upset with this company.

Had a package ship with Newgistics, and Pitney Bowes was picked as the shipping provider. The transit was a 3 hour drive, its been over 2 weeks and I just got notification from the seller (NOT Pitney Bowes who has been unresponsive) that package has been declared lost. Dont use this company for shipping anything you need to rely on or gifts!

Their tracking is obsolete! It is hard to find contact information and you have to jump through hoops to get help.

I think this is a scam company. I ordered clothes from a site and they sent me a tracking number to track through an app. It says its currently here at pitney Bowes but I see everyone in the comments saying that they never received their merchandise and just horrible complaints. So it may be safe to say they are a scam. Everyone call your bank and file disputes. I did the same

Placed the order on June 6, 2020. This company received shipment information on June 8,2020. Unfortunately the company that sold me the outfit has lost a good paying customer bc that choose to use this third-handed shipping company to ship out their merchandise. You are better off ordering from China, then ordering from this company that’s how long and S-L-O-W they take sending you your order the sad thing about it is, they are located in the damn United States.

I placed an order from a company in Canada and Pitney Bowes is used for cross border shipping. My item has been in transit with them for over a month.
