Although the website will say that they are open at 9am dont waste your time with a trip to their office. Upon arrival you will find a handwritten message taped to the door that informs you that they are in fact closed due to Coronavirus. They can tape a sign in the window but cant update their website. I took Marta from downtown to exchange currency. Two hours of my day wasted because they didnt take time to manage their website

This place is permanently closed according to the security guard of the building even though google says it is open. She said they closed last spring (2020) due to COVID and laid off all employees. No travel agency or currency bank.

I used them for my trip to Cuba since I needed to change $$ to €€ and their rates were much better than my bank. The ladies were awesome and very professionalism. I also used them again when I got back with extra left over €€ and the rates were even better than before. With an American Express card the fees were only $5. For sure will use them again for my next trip.Cheers,BN

Used this business to exchange USD to euros for my trip abroad. (Greece) Location was easy to find, parking was easy, and the staff was friendly. This establishment had some of the cheaper exchange rates compared to my bank (Bank of America). Would use them again.

Great place! Good exchange rate. It’s nice to visit an actual travel agency. Something very rare nowadays.

The people here are not clear what a special order means. A special order usually means you are ordering the currency for me and it is not present with you. I called altour amex on Friday to check if they had dirhams for traveling to Dubai. Not only they gave me a higher rate of exchange (almost 40 dirhams less) but also charged me $5 extra transaction fee saying it is a special order.

There is a serious integrity issue. Actually I felt that the Service was initially good until they broke theIr promise on a pre-agreed commission rate.

Kathy Brent is AMAZING! She made everything- ALL the logistics so simple for me and my sister! We are traveling to Mexico for my birthday present and we have to coordinate flights from Atlanta through Dallas (to pick up my sister) and make sure we get our airline seats TOGETHER. All to land before the last ferry takes off to the island where we have to ride mules up to a boutique exclusive hotel and she handled it all like a PRO. I am a long time AmEx Platinum card memeber and can’t believe I’ve never used this service before- so I’m estatic and will be working with her in the future over and over again.

Their rate is much higher plus they charge you . Go to your local bank If you need to buy foreign currency! Too high not worth it at all!
