These guys came out to our school and RIPPED US OFF! The tech cleaned the copier and gave me a bill for $90 then left out. He said it was fixed. 2 hours later the copier started doing the same thing. I called back, and now he started telling me whats wrong with our copier. I asked why didnt you say this before you left our office? He came up with some excuse. He said he would send us a quote for him to come back out to fix our copier. Its now over $300! Including $90 in cost to return. This company is not honest and up front. They only worked for the $90 and not to fix our machine.

Advance Copier Solutions are a fast, reliable and professional company. Our copiers were down and we could not find any company to service our machines in a timely manner, one call to Advance was all it took. Jim arrived the same day and took care of the issue. We have used Advance Copier Solutions several times and have been impressed each time. We are happy to say that we are glad to give our business to Advance Copier Solutions.

Theses guys are very efficient and very professional. They do great work and every business should use their services. The turn around time is really quick and the customer service is outstanding. I would refer them to anyone who needs these types of services.

Excellent customer service by Mr. Jim Bailey. Paper feeder would not feed. It was determined that part had to be replaced. No choice but to order part as I do not want to spend any more money to upgrade. When tech arrived 4 days later, he brought an upgraded similar printer instead as a replacement . A very satisfied customer.

They came to our location 3 times and each time we were charged for their time but our copier was never fixed. They tried to sell us another copier when all we wanted was to fix the existing one. We were charged $604 on their first 2 visits and on the 3rd visit they just said there is nothing they can do in order to fix it, yet they still charged another $90. We asked to have them work with us considering that after spending all that money the printer/copier is still not working but they did not want to hear it. So if you want to spend $700 and get nothing in return go ahead and hire them!
