This review is going to sound like the company paid me to do it or like I work there or something like that, but no. I can speak knowledgeably about this. I built and operated two managed services IT practices successfully in the past, and have either been a customer of or represented a customer of or kept a good finger on the standards of around 25 others. The only reason I gave Digital Agent 5 stars is because it wasnt possible to give them more. Their technical competence is exceptional, their commitment to (and delivery on) service is unreal, they are literally thrown by nothing - either tech or business, the value for the cost of their service is extraordinary, they are extremely reasonable and fair in terms of working things out financially if something unexpected comes up that requires an immediate response outside of scope, they excel at balancing business considerations with tech considerations. They are truly and in every sense of the word a trusted business partner. While certainly not a requirement, it doesnt hurt that everyone there seems to be a sincerely very worthwhile person and is a pleasure to deal with. I literally cant imagine a company doing this better. As an aside, although every employee I have dealt with there is truly an asset to that company, Brian Bell is truly an invaluable asset to that company.
Our company used Digital Agent for our phones and data for years, and we finally made the switch to their IT services this summer (my highlight of 2020)... We have very specific IT needs, and team at DA actually listened and customized a plan to fit our vision. The support staff is always responsive with quick turn-around times, are extremely patient with all my questions (I do not speak tech), and ALWAYS nice. Our previous IT provider was not local, and whenever we had any IT equipment/transmission problems, I could call DigitalAgent to make an emergency office visit and resolve any issues - immediately. How many other companies are willing to do that? (None. Except DA!). We have a great relationship with DigitalAgent, and I cannot recommend them enough!

They are very proactive in keeping our systems up and running and efficient in resolving problems when they do arise. When we first started the practice, Bob and I were our own tech support. As we grew, we knew that this was not the best use of our time (not to mention, we did not go to law school to fix employee’s computer problems). We hired Cabot and Digital Agent years ago and have never second guessed the decision. Having them handle our phone and technical support is fantastic. Now when someone asks me for help, I just tell them to dial 611 (Digital Agent’s internal number). So nice! Over time, we have taken advantage of other services they offer, which made us more productive as our business grew. We bill by the hour, so when our computers or phones go down, it costs us big time. Digital Agent keeps us up and running! If there is a hiccup, they find the problem and fix it fast. I have referred other lawyers to Digital Agent and they have all reported an equal level of satisfaction.

Ive had several dealings with Digital Agent through my company and through my clients and they have always been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They have helped me on several occasions when I couldnt quite handle the load my client needed and Ive even referred my clients to them for service when my company couldnt provide what was needed.

I wish I had known about them at my previous company - we had third party vendors for VoIP, Internet, Server maint. and Tech Support. Employees spent hours on the phone trying to resolve issues while clients couldnt reach us and we lost business.I never have to deal with that anymore. Digital Agent does the phone system & connection, internet, data backup, security, AND are our on-call IT Dept. They set up new computers for new employees and I can just call for IT Support. And when I call, I dont get an offshore call center or some kid with a memorized sales spiel. I get an expert right down the road. If they have to come out, they roll up in the van, but can usually fix setting and stuff remotely. Everyone at the office can actually do their jobs!
