Vertafore makes it difficult to get your data out so you are stuck paying extremely high prices. THEY WILL DO NOTHING to Lower the price, you have to spend a lot of time to change. Run!

I was double charged for the same service with Vertafore in December. I called yesterday and today and could not get through despite lengthy hold times and then needed to leave messages yesterday and early today to dispute the charge but no one returned my call. So now I need to call the credit card company to file a dispute. Nonsensical service.

SCAM ALERT- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUN AWAY FROM THEM, THEY GOT ME STUCK ON A 1 YEAR CONTRACT, WHEN I CALLED JUST BEFORE CONTRACT EXPIRATION TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY MEMBERSHIP, THEY REFUSED UNDER A 60 DAY MINIMUM NOTICE RULE FOR ANY CHANGES, THEN THEY SAID MY CONTRACT RENEWED AUTOMATICALLY FOR ANOTHER YEAR, BECAUSE THE SAME BS 60 DAY RULE, THEY ARE THE WORST CRM I EVER HAD ON THE 20 YEARS IN THE BIZ
