!Vacuum-left scratches on seat . Charged $52! For interior and exterior but I have streaks now on my leather seats. I have dirt and food debree on my steering wheel and they didn’t even clean back seat cup holders they were still sticky inside . I could of cleaned my car better at self service station down road and not have scuffed up my seats . Saddest part is I left a tip ahead of time excepting the same great quality service but not today . I guess I will have to do it myself

They charged 52$ for exterior wash + interiors cleaning. Spiked up price doesn’t mean you get good service, I would never visit this place again. Please see the pictures I have attached to the review.

This is not at all worth $52. It is a basic car wash that you can really get same results by driving through a machine. They didn’t use armor all in the interior or anything special in the leather. The rims were still dirty. They left water dripping and even the mats still were wet. They said this price included wax…no way they did. This should be $15-25 max. And what kinda car wash doesn’t have air freshener? Customer service was nice and basic before I paid and got cash for a tip which is what the 2 stars is for

Before a long road trip, I decided to have my car washed to ensure it was in top condition before the long ride. Unfortunately, what I walked away with was a damaged truck. As soon as I got back to the car after the wash, I immediately noticed a deep scratch in the decal and paint on my vehicle. To make matters worse, the owner and employees refused to own up to the obvious mistake. The owner even tried to state that he is an expert witness and knows when someone is lying. I guess that was his haphazard attempt at intimidating his customers? Scratching cars and trying to intimidate customers is not a good look for a car wash with so much competition around. You are better off with a garden hose and a bottle of dish soap than coming to this wash. At least then you wont come away with scratches on your car.

Very detailed service. It seems like it isnt much and you might look down on the lack of automation but they take a better approach by doing it mostly by hand. They gave a very thorough clean with good attention to detail. Absolutely love it. A must for those who want loving attention to their car but dont have the time or ability to do it themselves.

Car wash pull piece off my car. It cost $200 to repair. I came back to request a free car wash for my trouble and I was told by the manager that this piece always comes off range rovers. My question well why didn’t u tape it down! Oh because he didn’t really car. He offered a 20 dollar Lysol treatment but not a carWash. Wow no thanks dude… won’t be back. You should’ve paid me $200.

Overall pretty good. But sometimes the interior work could be slightly better. Still, I will be back.

My husband and I took both our cars to Mikaels today to have the inside & outside cleaned. We paid $50 with tip. The outside looks okay but the interior was terrible.There are several missed patches of dirt in the carpet, and the seats are still dirty. Also, there is still dog hair on the seats. It didnt even take them 10 minutes to clean both cars.We are both really disappointed with the way our cars turned out. We could have done a better job ourselves and saved the money.This is the last time I will ever go to this place.

Regular car wash is $21. That’s for them cleaning the car (inside &out) plus vacuum.... well if you really need a good vacuum job - don’t come here. If you need your rims to be spotless - don’t come here. If you just want a quick clean Bc your car is clean and you just want a touch up then come here.I needed a good car wash, ended up going to the gas station to vacuum my car. (One pic only, the whole car was not vacuumed, the only thing they vacuumed was the mats)

I just paid $52 for the worlds WORST car detailing. My wheels are still dirty, there are still ashes on the dash and floor, and there are water spots EVERYWHERE.

$52 not including the tip. Front passenger seat was still dirty. I ended up taking 10 seconds with their own rag and spray bottle to finish the job. Shame I had to do that, considering the price. Other parts of the car showed similar lack of attention to detail for the price.

Needed a cleaning and saw Mikael’s so I stopped, checked the prices, and it would be a great deal if they did a good job. The employees were very cool and man did they do a great job. I spent half an hour talking with the owner Mikael. What a great life story this guy has. I drove off in what felt like a new car but it’s the people who made it a great stop. I do very few reviews but this place earned it.

Old management used to give excellent Serivce. Now these guys increased the price and providing worst Serivce.

I liked to wash my cars here because prices were affordable and the service is good, not outstanding but its was a good quality service. Anyways, I stopped by today and I was shocked by the price increase just for sanitizing the inside of my car. I honestly understand the situation were living so far is very tough but I cannot afford to pay double for this kind of service. Good luck with the rest of costumers

Amazing car wash. Been going to this place for probably 7 years now and Mikael is a top guy that takes care of his employees and customer especially during the pandemic to make sure everyone is safe. Great value and great work done by these guys!!

Been coming here for about 5 years. The trick is to speak to the man in charge before getting your car washed, voice your expectations and he’ll let you know exactly what needs to be done so that you’re satisfied. If you pull up and ask for a wash you’ll likely be disappointed. Their detailing on the other hand is absolutely phenomenal.

A guy just quoted! (No pricing displayed) to wash my truck inside and out for $54. Just outside $22. In my opinion its extremely expensive!

While I still believe Mikaels do a fantastic job of inside, outside, and wax, they upped the charge from $36 to $50 due to COVID and what I assume is also trying to recoup some cost from lack of business. I dont think Ill be going there as much.

Excellent car wash! My car has never been this clean. Very professional service. They pay attention to detail and clean every part of the car. There is also a Longhorn right next door, so you can drop your car off while you have lunch. I highly recommend this car wash.

Its an ok place for a detail was 50 for the car and vacuum inside tire shine also. I was just not happy with the rugs not being taken out and vacuum under and could have did the trunk hood also with the wiping down underneath.

Super expensive for an interior/ exterior wash, not much else. Won’t go again.

I have a fleet of 12 vehicles in my charge, today I took my personal vehicle and was told theres a $25 extra fee for sanitizer to clean the inside. After 20 years or so being a loyal and frequent customer for the fleet and my own vehicle, theyve seen me for the last time. Needless to say I didnt get my vehicle cleaned.

The experience was the worst ever. They did a poor job cleaning car. When I addressed the things they didnt clean, the staff and manager were very rude. Before my issues, two other customers were complaining about their poor wash job. The Latino manager was very rude to the elderly customer. In this climate we are now living in, the Latino manager advised he didnt care that my car wasnt clean and dont come back. I paid extra for wax and my car was left with water streaks and dirty film. The car wash has a high price, inefficient staff, and inferior customer services. If you want poor customer services and terrible high price car wash, then this is the place for you.

Best place for a hand wash for your vehicle. Ive been taking my cars there since 1998. **update Holy cow. To wash my truck used to be $27 but when I stopped by last Friday it doubled to $54. I shouldve known when I saw no cars in line to be washed. Bye, Felicia.

This is the best inexpensive detail you will find in North Atlanta. Keep in mind, you are not paying hundreds, so dont expect a high end job. They do a great job of hand cleaning the exterior and a quick clean of the interior. I pay $30 once a month to have my car cleaned between major annual details.

Everytime I come to this car wash I leave extremely dissatisfied. When I get home I have to clean many parts of my own car that were neglected at the car wash. Recently I went and my rate was 52$. Place is awesome!!! I used to go to another one down the Roswell but this one was on the way this time and god!!! What an attention to details!!! No spills of water running after ! And cheaper than anyplace in the area! And they are one of the cheapest too!!! I love this guys!!! And did you know that most of the workers worked there for over 15 year??!! That’s a great place to spoil your car!

100% handwashed ! The only automation they have is the blow-dry system that blows off excess water with high pressure air. They then towel dry the vehicle by hand! I have a big truck (4 door long wheelbase) and they did a superb job. Was this a $100 detail...no but its very close! I dont want to pay $100 dollars for someone to detail my truck. I want to pay a fair price for someone to WASH my truck. They did just that! Best value for the price you pay for this type of service. Truck looks GREAT and I dont feel like I overpaid ! Thank you !!

Charged $40 due to SUV being extra dirty outside. This fee included the interior cleaning which was only partially cleaned when all said and done. They basically did the bare minimum. I would have been better off at a $10 car wash where I vacuum myself. Doesn’t look like they even used a vacuum. Will not return here.

First time visiting this place and was not impressed. They rushed through cleaning my car. The inside did not look like it had been vacuumed at all. Called the manager out and he had them vaccum the inside as he agreed it was not done properly. Take the time to do it right. I shouldnt have to complain to get what I paid for.Update: I gave this place another try and was disappointed yet again. They should be embarrassed at the poor service they provide, just terrible.

Watch your car as its getting washed in the tunnel. Its the worst hand wash Ive ever seen. The brushes they use are equivalent to a broom 24 green one. The fine scratches it puts in the paint is ridiculous. The truck came out dirty. It was the spray waxed over the dirt. Any person who loves their car needs to look closely how its washed. Theyre ruining every paint job they touch.

I have been using Mikaels Car Wash for many, many years. They always do a top notch clean.

If you want a half ass wash, then this is your place. I have a white car so it is very easy to tell what has been washed and what hasnt. They didnt even wipe out the door wells. There was obvious tire dusk still on the fenders. I didnt really see what a sorry job they did until I parked at my next stop. So steer clear of this place.

This place is very disorganized. The sign says entrance but they yell at you to go the other way. Most of the staff only have remedial language skills. People waiting say it is a good job thats why they put up with it. The cashier wanted to explain why I was wrong, talk about poor customer service. Wont be coming back here again.

Took the car today for the ultimate wash. Outside look good but the interior was terrible. There was still dirt and food between the seams of the seat. Showed the supervisor and he said they dont wipe the seat. Just the dashboard. Left the place and cleaned it myself. What a waste .Also agree with other reviewer there is no price or service menu posted inside or outside so you dont have any idea what is included in the service that you just purchased. If it was posted clearly what is included then there would be no confusion or need for me to write this review.

I was in a hurry so I didnt inspect the car before I left. I soon realized they got some kind of dirt all over my front passenger seat and terrible job vacuuming. After paying $40 plus tip, I had to go home and clean out my car.

I have been here a few times, but I was disappointed when I went this week so I will not be back. It is $21, which is fair for a wash/vacuum. It was pretty busy the day I went there, but I was okay with the wait. When I got in my car it did not even look like they vacuumed. I had to go across the street and vacuum it my self. They did not even wipe anything off either. It was really frustrating.

I received a half-ass car wash today at Mikaels. They were quick, which is what I needed but I would have preferred it be done RIGHT, than quick. The inside dash was just as dusty as when I brought it in. There is still brake dust in various spots on the wheels. The front bumper is still dirty with dead bugs from highway driving. I didnt have time to really make a fuss when I was there, as I was on my lunch break. However, this is my first time visiting them and I will not be back. At this point, these guys are just as bad as most car washes with mediocre service. I am going to have to start making time to clean my car myself.

I little pricey, but they do a great job. It gets crowded at a times. But they work fast and have 3-4 people washing, cleaning and during your car. Your car wlil thank you, especially now, during the pollen season.

I just want to start this off with saying that I I never leave reviews so to do this took a lot.I brought in my car on a Saturday when they were not too busy. There were about 15 people working, while most were standing around. I payed to have the inside and outside washed.After paying we were told shortly after that the car was done. When looking in the car there was still dog hair on the inside and dirt in the floor mats. When letting one of the employees know he then told the manager. The manager came to me and told me there was nothing he could do. Then he proceeded to lead me to the car and watch him try to vacuum out the remaining dirt and hair as if to show me that it would not come out. When it did start to vacuum the dirt I had to point out to him that it was coming up and he could do better.Once we were getting in the car the manager then told me if I wanted it cleaner I needed to pay more, as if it was my fault for not specifying the cleanliness level I wanted. I was a bit shocked as they are a car wash and that is the service they provide.Long story short the service and the results were very bad. Unless you want to specify how clean you want your car at a car wash I would find another place to spend your hard earned money.

Don’t waste your money here. They clean well outside but the inside it’s really bad. The didn’t even move the cushions to vacuum. If was very empty, so they had plenty of time to do it properly. Second time there and always same problem. Ripoff!

This was my first visit. I wanted to get my car waxed and shined. I was told itll take 1 -1.5 hours. My car was ready in less than 30 minutes. I paid for $60 service ( shine wax, exterior wash and interior vacuum). I was disappointed when I picked up my car due to a rushed job. It was not shiny and beaming.I paid for $60 but I got a $21service for a standard wash and vacuum since my car did not look buffed, waxed nor shiny. Spoke to the guy in a blue colored left eye who was rude and unpleasant to deal with. No customer service. Will not come back. Will not return. Will Not Recommend!

Manager (Buma?) was a complete disrespectful person even with clientele in a Rolls Royce , That asked & paid for top of the line full service wash/wax... Interior was scuffed(by his staff) windows not cleaned good. When I pointed out these imperfections on His staffs job, He said more $$. I ASKED & PAID FOR THE TOP OF THE LINE WASH & WAX... had Already thrown $20 n the tip cannister & was refused a towel to fix/clean it up MYSELF!!!! So dissapointed...Have Used that wash since mid 80s when Steve & Sam owned it. Mikael took it over w/ Many Grades Upgrades. Rumor has it that Mikael no longer owns it...Id be REAL SUPRISED if that rumor is not the Truth...

Horrible Horrible Place! Dont go here! Wow Im so disappointed in this car wash. I went this past Saturday & they cracked my windshield. The owner Mikael acted like he would fix it but then he say NO Im not. I was devasted to get my window cracked on my brand new Mercedes please dont go here if you want good service. Unfortunately I will be taking him to court.

Im sorry to do this, since a bad review can sometimes be a death sentence for a shop, but......I arrived on a typical day during lunchtime hour to get my Jeep cleaned. The workmanship was fast, almost too fast and I quickly discovered why. After looking over my Jeep, I noticed that a critical hood part was missing. I went to the shop manager and asked him what he was going to do about it. He walked over to the main guy cleaning and he motioned that it flew off somewhere and into a hole. I was OK with the shop manager helping to look, but the audacity of the cleaner to see a part fly off of a car and say NOTHING to the owner of car is really crappy. End of story, stay away from this shop if you want honest service.

Bbq sauce still in the back of my car, didnt even wipe off seats at all. Guy tells me afterwars that they dont do seats. I specifically asked about the seats upon arrival. I specifically asked the guy who welcomes you. No apology. Nothing. I will never return. Good luck to others.
