Good afternoon everyone happy Sunday I go to the carwash very often matter fact for some years now Ive had so far Kia Honda Etc I love this place it gets my car washed Im able to use vacuum cleaner to clean out my car as well and the pressure on that its very good I prefer like if youre out and about you want to go and get your car clean and look good in style go to the car wash because its great its made by the highway is by multiple classes so you can clean your car and Cruise guys go and check it out happy Sunday be blessed and be safe

Do not go here. Brought my wife here to be able to wash her car and left with a ton of scratches left all over her car that were not there before. Im attaching photos showing the scratches that their equipment left. Its going to cost more to get those scratches fixed than the $12 spent on the package that they didnt even give us because the car is still dirty. We will not be coming back here and I will be in contact to have them help pay for the damage. Again Do Not Come Here!!

We love this place! Ive been taking my car here for years to use the free vacuums and run my car through the automatic wash. Got my emissions done here too, and it was fast and reasonably priced. Staff was super friendly, and i was in and out. The car wash itself does the job well. In addition to the free vacuums, there are scrubbers for the tires, which I use to get any caked on dirt in the crevices like windows and around the doors. Its also conveniently located right off the highway. Go midday during the week and its not too crowded.

Best place in the city I have found. I really like how theres barrels of soapy water and you can pre-scrub your car with the brushes included.Price is unbeatable starting at $4 and free vacuums.

I love this place! Have come here several times for different services and everyone I’ve ever interacted with has been great. There’s a garage attached so you can get your car washed, detailed, and the oil changed all in one place. Detailing gets busy after 5pm, but if you come in the morning there’s no line. And they always do a very thorough job.

One of the few drive thru car washes in the metro area. Reasonably priced and very thorough. Free vacuums! Did I mention FREE vacuums!

Took a friend who had never gone through a drive through car wash before. 12 bucks for the fanciest car wash was a great deal! She loved the free vacuums afterwards and definitely enjoyed the experience.

I love this place went to Wash Barn car wash at 620 Veterans Memorial hwy they charge $8.00 whereas Hi Speed charge $4.00. I didnt spend my money there they did charge $5.00.

Great place to have your car washed. They do a wonderful job and the prices good. They also have a free vacuum that is really good. If you need a car wash I would highly recommend them

Good for what you pay. I get the basic wash with added wheel shine $8. The prewash area helps get off the stubborn dirt. Yes, some soap and water stay on the car but it only costs $5 bucks for the basic...what do you expect. My biggest complaint is the lines...between the multiple entry points and the prewash station it’s a madhouse trying to get to the Kiosk to pay. But once in line it goes quickly. Again, the $5 price has them lining up. I prefer a full service car wash but sometimes you just need quick and easy.

Great Customer Service.One of the guys that works in the high speed car wash building, came out to replenish the pre wash barrels.I stopped him and asked him if he could help me secure my spoiler, ( which was loose) he stopped what he was doing, came over and secured it with tape for me!Im sorry I didnt get his name but I was in pre wash on Friday, 4/23.I really appreciated the help!!!

I take my wifes car there a couple of times a month, simply because its nearby and the 10 dollar wash is a great deal. However, more regularly than I think it should be, the car comes out cleaner but without all the soap off it and the dryer at the end isnt always good with getting it dry. Sometimes the staff is helpful in handling those issues, but generally not, they look at you a little indignant for even saying anything about it. I guess its a fair trade for the price.

I went here to save time and not have to use my shop vac at home and went ahead and ran through their wash. Wound up with a crack in my windshield and called them to let them know. Wasnt expecting them to repair it. Their voicemail is full no way to leave a message.I had also stopped to use the vacuum cleaners which had virtually no suction. Looking around I saw other people were struggling with the vacuums pressing hard not getting up any dirt. I said something to an employee he just shrugged. I definitely wont bother stopping here again with other places in the area. Hope they can improve. I just wont be somebody to check it out.

Found their website which lists oil changes as $29.95 “ The current price of our oil change is $29.95**Includes up to 5 qts. of Havoline Premium Oil*Most vehicles” then when I went to checkout he wanted to charge me over $80, manager argued with me that it was a different place, showed him website which has the actual address, manager then threatened to call cops, went ahead and paid as they were holding vehicle and I needed to go - will dispute the charge but happy to pay what is advertised - can get better deals on Groupon would never have gone if I knew how much it was, and they didn’t even vacuum as was listed in receipt 🤣

Great place which use to have $3/4 washes. Its now $5 but the only non perk is they do not provide the small air pressure blower which helps tremendously with small cracks, dirt build up in certain places and making vacuuming easier.

It was very fast! However, I paid for the $12 wash and it didnt clean my back windshield (it was damp but not clean at all). It also left the top of my car still pretty grimy. But overall, my car looks better. The vacuums are really good.

This place left many little scratches in my black 14 mustangs paint job. My paint job was flawless prior to this car wash. I do not recommend using this car wash, unless you are okay with little swirls and scratches in your paint job.

Went for the top listed car wash, but it wasnt able to remove some berries from a tree I had parked under. Had to spend some time scrubbing, but still okay overall.

The “hand applied” wax is actually a liquid applied with a spray apparatus attached to an air hose. They left my cars interior more of a mess than it was when I brought the car in and it took a lot of windex and paper towels to clean up.

Cheap washes available with free vacuums. Only issue was the line to get in was so long it backed up into the street. Need better line management.

The wait time was a bit long, but for the time and day it was understandable. Prices are reasonable and the service is high quality. I recieved the $18 volcano wash and boy was I completely satisfied. It was a Spotless wash and it had a decent wax coat for a drive thru car wash also. Definitely recommended.

$4 for an express wash & vacuum makes this spot the best car wash value in Atlanta. Period. So theres no reason your nasty car should have to look like a homeless person sleeps in it anymore. Now get off your lazy azz and go get your car washed!

This is my favorite car wash! ... I like to use their free self-service prep area. Then follow up with the automatic car wash. Good prices / options. Free vacuums of course are included. They do get really busy from time to time so I guess lots of folks agree!

Best car wash in Atlanta. $45 for automatic car wash with thorough detailing by friendly staff

I was skeptical for $45 interior detailing. The team of three touched every part of the interior. I was pleased with the final result, I will return. I can never get every spot of the windshield.

I picked up a rental car from enterprise rental it had 19 miles on the odometer. The Rep said I am the first person to drive this car, it’s brand new. I had some business at Double Tree hotel on North Druid Hills Rd. After leaving double tree, I noticed my rental truck had water marks. So I decided to go to Hi Speed Car Wash. I paid $12 for the automatic wash. I did not need vacuuming. I went about my business and on my next stop I noticed scratch marks All over the truck. I knew it had to be the automatic car wash because the scratches were all over the truck including the roof. Remember the enterprise rental agent and myself did a once over inspection of the car and it was perfect . When I took the truck back to Hi-Speed Car Wash and asked to speak with the manager. I was told there is no manager on site. I told the attendant what happen he said it was impossible. I sad shouldn’t you investigate first? Machines do break and wires do come loose. He adamant said the equipment has “never failed”. I was given the business card of someone who also said it was impossible for his machine to fail or be broken. He said a manager will call me tomorrow. I have not received a call. The fact that an hour and a half passed between me picking up my rental car and the damage done to front, both sides, the back and the roof leaves only the car wash as the culprit.

Quick easy car wash with many vacuum cleaning stations. Only challenge is they are very popular.

I had my car detailed and hand waxed. Whatever disinfecting spray they use clearly has bleach in it. They RUINED my carpeted floor mats. They were brand new, light grey and now they have bleached out stains on them. Absolutely incredible. Will post pictures later.

I have come to this car wash before and havent had a noticeable issue. I enjoy the free vacuum and how quickly your car goes through the wash.I went in today, 9/4/2020, paying for the nitro express wash costing me 12 dollars and Im coming home to find my entire windshield filled with tiny chips, scratches on the hood of my car, and along the sides of my car. There is also a larger scratch near the left rear tail light. My front bumper on the right side has also been slightly bent in.Ive only had this car for about 2 months now. Its black so everything and anything new is noticeable.Im not coming here again. Ive left a voice message because no one was able to come to the phone. The only option is to leave a voice-mail. I checked online to see if they have a damage policy, cant seem to find it.Update:They emailed me back acting like something would be done by simply asking for my contact phone number. No one has gotten back to me.

This is my premiere location to wash my car. Idc where I am in Metro Atlanta, I drive all the way here to utilize this facility. Its quick, easy and not to mention the vacuums are free! 👌🏽👌🏽

The $14 auto-car wash doesn’t clean very well on its own. The windows and the back of my vehicle were especially bad. There are brushes out front so you can pre-clean your car.

Good price and location for a great exterior only and free self vaccum. I wish that, especially on super busy days when there is a line for the vaccums, they would actually enforce the 10 minute/no detailing rule as I see people polish/hand dry their car. Should be done my workers or at home!

I experienced the worst customer service today. I have been coming here for 4 years and today was by far the worst ever by an automotive staff in the oil change section. I will find another place to go.

Pros: Prices!!! Also, your car will be very shiny and the vacuums have adequate suction.Cons: Location to traffic is troublesome on busy days. While my car was shiny, the top and back had some clear missed spots.

So I came on a super busy day... First time... I got the wash by machine then hand wash with interior clean. Even though it did take a while it was well worth it. The people doing the hand wash took time on each vehicle making them look brand new.

DO NOT GO HERE. The car wash did $1,200 damage to my car. They packed too many cars in washer and caused my car to hit the car in front of me and the car behind me to hit my rear. The manager claimed that the car wash did no wrong doing and blamed it on the car in front me for causing the accident. I disagree strongly. I called and went in person repeatedly to get security footage to provide to my insurance claim, but no one answers. This silence is admittance to their complete negligence and wrongdoing. These people do NOT care about their customers.

Crazy busy today...surprise, surprise. Right before Thanksgiving. They did a great job moving everybody thru, And the customers were nice and respectful as well

Like the name of the car wash. Youre in and out 5-10 min tops. I like the tire shine option. The drive thru car wash leaves your tires spotless and shiny. You dont got to wait for someone to shine them by hand. 👍👍👍

New to the area, my car was in need of a good cleaning and oil change. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. The exterior detail was worth every penny, and the oil change staff was also great. Prices are reasonable and service is great. I will definitely continue to do business here.

Absolutely 1 of the best auto service centers in the Atlanta area. Kenney, Dave & the rest of the staff here are awesome!! They always provide excellent service in a friendly environment.

Its cheap. $4 for basic wash but make sure you take advantage of the free prep area before entering the wash or it will leave something to be desired behind. This area includes 3 or 4 big barrels of soapy water and long handled brushes for scrubbing your car before entering the wash. Also several freevacuums lined up as you exit the wash. There are time limits posted for using the vacuums but Ive never seen anyone enforcing it

For the price, you cant beat it. Only $4 for a basic wash, with free vacuums for after you go through. Theres usually a line for the vacuums, but there are plenty of them. I cant get annoyed having to wait three minutes when I only paid $4 to wash my car in the first place. I genuinely dont know if when you add on the extras if its any better of a wash, but Im more of a basic wash + vacuum girl myself so Im not really stressed about that. ALSO - its exactly as the name advertises: super quick! Theres usually a line, but even after waiting, going through the wash and doing a quick vacuum, its only been 15-20 minutes.

I come here a lot for the quick drive thru wash and usually have no issues. This time I unfortunately got stuck in a car jam with several other cars because the person in front never put their car in neutral and ended up veering off the track. So, I was literally stuck for a little bit while the attendants helped everyone back up off the track and thankfully back to my Saturday plans.

Couldnt actually use the car wash because I had a bike rack stuck in my cars hitch. The staff was super helpful in trying to get the hitch out so I could get a wash, but had no luck. Will definitely try again another time.

Went here Saturday. Totally packed. Not enough room for prep area should be in different spot maybe in the back where the vacuums barely work. Incoming traffic from busy street ppl arguing over whose 1st even though they came after me lol. I didnt say anything. I just sat patiently trying to figure a better set up for the company. But hey 4 dollars wash you cant beat that. We got stopped on the inside boy was I afraid lol. My car looks very nice 😍😊 yaay me. Thanks hi speed.

Do not use this car wash!!!. Worse service ever !!! I wish I could give this business a minus 0 rating. I brought my Porsche Cayenne and my boyfriends Camaro for cash wash and detailing. The car wash machine pulled my windshield wipers. I immediately addressed w the manager Paulino? And he blamed it on me and told me to contact the owner. The phone number he gave me was the main number for the car wash where nobody answers . The manager keeps telling n blaming it on me. I called the police because he got very insulting to me and my boyfriend. All I want is my windshield wipers replaced ! A typical example of bad management practices. Do not use them !!

Their spot free carwash isnt recently spotless even with you brushing your car before selecting the highest package price thru drive thru...still cheap price for they offered however I had been going there for many years and Gm knows for seeing me every week, I feel like whenever he isnt there people arent professional,border line rude. There is somewhat tall Latino guy who always argued with customers in front of my eyes every time I am there.who does that Kindly never forget in customer service be courteous be respectful be tolerant even you can agree to disagree

On occasion i get my vehicle washed there and the last time my windshield wiper blew off. A little irritated i complained but to my amazement they were apologetic and quickly without hassle gave me a new one and installed it. The wash you get for $5 is above average plus they have great vacuums. Beats doing it home. Give them a try.
