I placed my order online.When I arrived at Boston Market to pick up my order they said they did not receive my order. After some time enduring abuse from a confrontational and rude employee, Nancy, I showed them on my cell the confirmation and order number. Only then did she find my completed order. My name is Vicky Allen. She claimed when she asked for my name I told her Allen. She said that they only go by first names and that is why she did not find my order. How was I supposed to know that?! I had paid by Visa.Also, my order was wrong and she knew it. I refused the order and asked for a refund. She said she could not give me a refund. She wrote down my order number on a scrap of paper and said she would get me a refund.This was the worst experience in 76 years that I have experienced with a restaurant. It was a nightmare, and I still had nothing to eat.Never, ever order from Boston Market.
