DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE WHATEVER YOU DO, they need to learn basic communication skills until then they don’t deserve to have hard working employees. I have been working here for only 2 weeks. In a matter of those 2 weeks I have gone through what I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I was not compensated for the labor I provided. I worked a full week and they only compensated me for 23.5 hrs on my 1st paycheck which I just received today (after working 2 weeks). My time clock reflects my true hours worked and I am getting paid otherwise. Kasha, one of the agents I was communicating with blamed me for not getting paid and being misinformed FROM THEM when they went behind my back and changed my hours last minute. She said I should have received a paper check in the mail but after speaking to the supervisor, come to find out they didn’t send out my paycheck UNTIL AFTER I called complaining about how I was not paid. I have been trying to get answers on why I am not being compensated for the hours I worked and they are ignoring my phone calls and neglecting the situation. Instead of handling the situation they ask if you could still work. I will be bringing this to the Department of Labor if this situation is not handled by tomorrow. PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS BY EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THIS IS COMMON. SWITCH TO THE NEWEST REVIEWS BECAUSE THOSE SHOW THE TRUTH.

Ive been working with this company for several years. My emails are always handled timely and I am always sent coverage when I have requested. If there is an issue, they are responsive and attentive. Theyve come through in a clutch for me. I recommend this company for property managers. I recommend you email vs calling per their high call volume.

I started working with BG after having been laid-off from my employer due to the initial covid shutdown. While searching for new opportunities, I completed a free class which taught me to become a leasing professional in an industry I knew nothing about. BG had me on an assignment within a week as a housekeeper, the following week as a leasing professional. The assignments were always consistent. Sent me on a one day assignment but told me it was for M-F 9-6 currently still waiting on her to respond it’s been a day since she answered me

The only good thing about bg multifamily is Moneque Horsey. Aside from her knowledge, she has the most beautiful personality, she is very pleasant to communicate with and the only 1 that is responsive. This girl is going to continue to go very far, every time I speak with her she does her part in making sure things get done. When I want results, I contact Moneque Horsey. BG is extremely unprofessional and unorganized, Im sure this company has a lot to learn from Moneque.

I transferred last week I believe the the 18th or 19th of November and the lady I spoke to was very rude for no reason at all. My experience overall with BG has been great but this location was terrible.

Worst staffing company you could ever work I was uninformed from Shannon that an assignment ended so with No one contacting Me that thr job was a wrap I continued to work on the site so now they dont want to pay me for my work. Ive worked for staffing companies in the past and a similar situation came up but in the end I was paid for my time because it was their fault for not telling me I no longer was needed for that assignment I was told they would get back in contact with me about the situation and I still have yet to hear back from them I even emailed corporate but still no response idk what kind of business they are running but I will never waste my time with them again it was ok when shakiya was working but as soon as she left it went right to the ground as far as the west side area

RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL!Wow! What happened to this company? Where is Martha? She was great. She did her job well.Whoever answers the phones for BG now is both rude and unprofessional. I asked her a question and she responded with “Sure”. What does that mean? Is it a yes or a no?No one is helpful nor do they communicate. “We have over 200 employees. We’re not going to respond back to everyone about employment opportunities.”The staffing coordinators are also terrible at their jobs. I was sent to an assignment an hour away from my home. When I got there, the leasing office was clueless. I received a text back from the staffing coordinator saying, “Oops! Wrong assignment! Sorry :)”. Yes, with a smiley face. BG needs to get it together! Go to TAM!

I can honestly say that the reviews about not being paid are absolutely TRUE. I have been waiting to be paid for work I completed 1 month ago. Im still waiting.

Ruined my life. They sent me to an assignment, Avalon on Montreal, where I was harassed by their maintenance supervisor. Once reported with pictures and documented communication , I was told to take the day off while the matter was under review. No one has gotten back to me with any information. Prior to the incident, the property on their own accord, gave me great reviews for my work and work ethic.How can a company with such volume as BG staffing have no assignments for 3 years? After seeing the inappropriate photos and messages and agreeing this was an issue, why would the victim be treated in such a manner when I did nothing wrong and the company I was representing did nothing about the situation but ignore my calls and emails. In the state of Georgia, assistance is limited. Without income it is extremely hard to survive financially while raising 3 children, they did not care at all. It was easier to sweep me under the rug than to find a great worker a safer assignment. How heartbreaking. I contacted the VP of the company which I was told a message will be given. To this day no response or even an attempt to return the message. I am extremely disgusted at this horrific experience and pray it doesnt or have not happened to anyone else. However, if it has happened to you, please dont be afraid to speak up and help avoid this situation for someone else. I have sat in silence far too long- it haunts me everyday and enough is enough! I did nothing wrong to be treated this way. I am now sharing my story to help prevent this from happening to someone else. Wrong is wrong!

Cindy has been extremely professional and helpful to the point of forwarding paperwork to me prior to my visit. I have the feeling theyll look out for my best interest, as Im placed in working situations. I used this company to staff for a prior company I worked for & they always sent the best leasing agents to help us.

My experience with BG Staffing was good at first for the first 5 months but now Martha Serrano refuses to answer my calls or my e-mails or my voice messages and when I spoke with her personally over the phone she wanted me to go back to my email to remind me of a conversation we had first of all emails are not conversations and K so when I asked her well miss her around all I dont remember the conversation in my email I went back to my email to find a conversation when did not exist instead of her just being straightforward with me and talking to me she wants to go back and forth by email when I specifically asked her to use my new telephone number and text me so she has an attitude and wont send me out on any assignments and I know they have some available and its Christmas weekend

This company is horrible. Martha doesnt follow up nor answer calls. I was told I would be paid a certain amount but thats not the case , it was lowered without my consent nor did anyone tell me why. I WAS SENt to A ROACH INFEST PROPERTY which was the worst week of my life, the property manager kept calling me temp person. RUUUNNNNNNNNN

I have worked with Bg Staffing for over a year, I found a permant job through BG they are a great temp service to work for if you work hard they will have work for you within 24 hours or less. She will get right on working to find somone to fill the job. Ive been with the company since March 2017! I formerly had been working with Wandalissanchez who is no longer with the company to be now working with Martha I couldnt work on today due to fact of a situation that came up. I was aware of situation last night around 9 pm. I woke up this am and messages MARTHA almost 3 hours before the shift! So this am she messaged me stating that I needed a Drs. Note or shed have to drop me! So you mean to tell me I have to go to the Dr. when theres nothing wrong with me because my son has to Wk. That makes no sense. I asked to speak with her supervisor she didnt let me finish talking she transfered me then I called back because I was transfered to wrong mailbox and she( Martha) had an attitude! I am going to complain to BBB and as well as write article in newspaper! This makes me look at BG multifamily differently!
