I have an irrational fear of getting my blood work done and as usual, I start to panic. The nurse noticed and took my mind off of the procedure by joking with me. It was over before I knew it. Also, I was in and out in 20 minutes, with no appointment. Clean office, friendly staff and easily accessible inside Emory Midtown Hospital.

Why is it that the lady at the front desk (Doris) acts like shes doing you a major favor by checking you in? Shes not the only one and this is not my first experience with this. I also watch how they react with other patients and it is the same. Am I not still a paying customer covering her salary? People like that should not be dealing directly with the public. Also, please do not insult me by blaming this on the shortage of workers due to the Covid pandemic as this poor attitude and sub-par customer service started well before that on my previous visits.

Made an appointment 3 days in advanced for a drug screen. I show up for the day of my appointment for them to tell me that they ran out of drug tests... and those are time sensitive, thus delaying my start day for employment. Very unprofessional.

They were out of cups. A place that does drug screenings is out of cups. So I left without my screening. And its in a hospital with terrible traffic and parking, so get your lab work elsewhere.

Very happy with the service, we were in and out in 10 minutes, we pre-registered online and book an appointment which worked great. The lab technician was super nice and friendly. There was also no wait at the entrance of the building to get your temperature checked. Everything is very well organized. Thanks for a great service!

Untrained and unprofessional staff! No professional courtesy. I wish I could give them zero Stars! Got there and there was a sign on the door that says close for lunch 😂😂 Not closed but close. 1-2pm SMH🙄. Long line started forming while your staff sounding like theyre having girls-night at work😔 Get it together LabCorp, this is embarrassing.

Trash place, with trash staff. Not only did they take longer than usual but have no respect for the patients outside waiting. No one at the desk, the staff sound like they are playing poker in the back while everyone is just sitting around in lines outside. Shameful as hell.

Went twice here for drug screen - both during times of pandemic (late March and late November). Make sure to get an appointment as there were sizeable number of walk-ins my second time.Had positive experiences during both visits. All staff wore masks, hand sanitization and alcohol-wipes for mobile screen & pens were all handy. The self check-in machines were out of order during my second visit so we had to use a notepad and there were a whole bunch of walk-ins though I had a reservation so the wait wasnt much (~10 mins). Everyone was pleasant as well.I wish the waiting area wasnt so small though (they specify you are free to wait where you feel comfortable, but still) since a number of patients do show up at the lab.

Spent no lease than 2 hours trying to navigate their telephone answering service... if this is how they treat a potential sale, a big business coming to them for continued service, can you imagine how bad it is if your ALREADY a customer! Screw these dudes!

This is a less than satisfactory facility. When I was there, following up on an emergency situation with my daughter, there were 17 people in the waiting room, more than half of the lights in the waiting room were off, no one was in the office portion and the place was a mess. When someone finally came back to the office, they were less than helpful and could care less about my daughter even though she was in the ER due to carelessness of their technician. I would encourage you to stay clear of this medical facility.

I read the reviews online prior to going and I must admit I was a little apprehensive about scheduling at this location. Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone on staff was professional and courteous. I scheduled an appointment and I was seen very close to my appointment time. I was in an out within 15 minutes. But as suggested below, if this is your first time visiting this location, you should definitely know to allow yourself enough time for parking.

After reading all the reviews online, I was skeptical but I had been to this location before, so I decided to go again. GREAT customer service. While I dont doubt that some staff on other shifts may be rude, the people I interacted with this morning were anything but that.The lady at reception checked me in immediately and answered all my questions. She was very polite. Benjamin, who handled my blood draw, was INCREDIBLE! I am terrified of needles and when I explained to him that I normally tend to pass out, he took the time to talk me through it, calm me down and keep my mind busy during the blood draw. The conversation we had was great, hes an awesome human. He also let me sit in the chair for a while after the test was done, because I was dizzy. I didnt feel rushed, and with all this in mind, the whole thing lasted 15 minutes - exactly the amount of time an appointment here is supposed to take.I think if you dont come in with an attitude that makes people think youre arrogant or rude, youll get out of this what you put in. I did my homework, knew what to bring with me, was prepared to wait in case they were busy and more importantly made an appointment (early in the morning, before theyd have a chance to get backed up).

I made an Appointment, it took 30 mins to park, went up to the office to find out they were not doing employment drug screening, had to Pay for Parking and go to another location, Had an Appointment! And they Do Not Answer the phone to Confirm, I would not recommend this place to my worst enmity!

Park on the street not in the parking deck. Just my advice. But anyway Everytime I come here everyone is pleasant and I’m in and out. I suggest going early like before 4pm. The guy at the front desk is wonderful!

I normally dont write reviews unless I receive great customer services or someone stands out. In this case is BENJAMIN.I went for blood work for an upcoming surgery. On Monday there were a lot of people waiting so initially I was worried about the wait period. After 30 min they called me and I was helped by Benjamin the lab technician. I always panic and stress about blood work but he was so compassionate and understanding and that made all the difference in the world. Even with other people waiting he took his time talking through the process. For the first time in my life I was not stressed about it. I wanted to thank Benjamin for being so sweet and joyful with all his patients.

Understaffed... There is a single employee here helping sign people in, verifying their test orders and doing the lab work. The first lab draw happened 35 minutes after they opened.The person working here said its always this way. You can expect a long wait even if youre first in line when they open. Its not really the employees fault that they dont have enough staff. Ill probably try a different location next time.

Was skeptical about coming here due to the low reviews but other than the typical parking difficulties at this hospital, the staff was fast and the lady that drew my blood did a really great job. There were about 4 people ahead of me and it took me about 15 minutes to be in and out of the lab.

Wait during mid day was almost an hour. The front desk staff were very annoyed, but the phlebotomist was one of the coolest dudes I’ve ever met in the hospital. I usually don’t mind needle sticks but I didn’t even realize he had drawn my blood until after. I bet he gets sick of the front desk staff too.

Awesome and quick. Had to do a drug test for school. Went online and made an appointment and put all my info in. I was about 10 minutes late because parking is awful. But I signed in and they took me back (before everybody else) in about 5 minutes and I was finished in another 5 minutes. My advice: make an appointment. Staff was nice too

It has been weeks since a blood draw in this branch. There is this stinging pain near the needle penetration area, if I stretch my arm. Im not sure if the phlebotomist used a big needle and damaged my nerve. Now I need to see a doctor to see if there is any nerve damage. Im really disappointed and scared at the same time.

I cant think of anything positive to say about my experience at this facility but have a lot of negative things to say, including that the staff is rude and that I had to make four visits to the facility to get one test done because LabCorp lost my first sample and then seems to have lied about that to my doctors office based on what my doctors office told me about the conversation. LabCorp later told my doctors office that they had no record of me being at the lab to provide a second sample even though I signed in at a kiosk which scanned my drivers license upon arriving and then was called out of the waiting room by name after the only thing I did to alert them to my presence was to can my id at the kiosk. About ten days after they claimed to have never received my sample, LabCorp faxed the results of a test they ran on that sample to my doctors office, so it seems they must have had it when they claimed they never received it.As a result of LabCorps conduct, my test results took weeks longer to come back then they should have, and during that time I was ill and suffering from what was later determined to be an easily treatable condition. I suffered unnecessarily for weeks because of LabCorp.

I wish I could give it no star. Very unprofessional. Closes before 4pm although their sign on the door says 4pm. I got there right before 4 and they would not see me. People in the waiting area said they told them not to open the door even though it was before 4. I see why the ratings are so low. Not surprised at all. What happened to pride in ones work. If you say you close at 4 then be a person of you word. Just slackers.

I made an appointment. I was in and out in 15 mins. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time. Parking is not good. The office is on the 14th floor and Not close to the parking garage. Its pay parking. I had to wait a little while for an elevator. The people that work there are super friendly. The woman that drew my blood was funny and joked with me to make me feel more comfortable. I read the reviews before I went and just went in with a positive attitude. Ill go there again when I need more blood work.

Negative 5 stars. This is the response that I left on the survey Labcorp sent to me regarding my visit yesterday morning. It should explain it all.This was the visit from HELL. The lab tech, Stacy, was extremely rude and unprofessional and HOSTILE to everyone who was waiting FOR NO REASON. It was like she was getting a high from her small amount of power. I used the online app to do precheck for my 7:45am appointment (the first appointment of the day) and wasnt seen until 8:30am. THEN, much to my suprise, the same angry and combative person proceeded to direct me to a chair and set up the blood draw. I couldnt believe that someone like that was actually a medical professional! I was so uncomfortable, and she knew it. She didnt even warn me that she was going to insert the needle because she was more involved arguing with her co-worker about walk-ins and the priority of appointments! When the co-worker left, Stacy proceeded to mutter (very nastily) that people shouldnt schedule appointments between 7-8...knowing full well that I had! I was this womans captive audience for whatever grudge she was bearing. She was vindictive, she was rude, and she was the complete antithesis of what someone working with sick people should be like. Start to finish. There are rabid dogs with more manners than this woman. SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN HEALTHCARE. Stacy is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Stacys co-worker (I didnt catch her name) kept apologizing about her when I was leaving and even gave me the managers cell number to report her. I called Ms. Wondritta Brown right there in the waiting room and told her what happened. Then I passed her number out to another woman who was there waiting the while time I was.Im going to assume that the co-worker is more of an indication of the type of people that Labcorp employs and the Stacy is an anomaly. I cant believe that a publicly traded company the size of Labcorp would actually allow a hostile medical environment. Until I can be assured that this wont happen again, I will not be returning. I have to have labs done once a quarter for the rest of my life, and this location is 2 blocks from my work. Despite that, I will be seeking medical care elsewhere and will be informing everyone that I know and my care team what happened here.The ball is in Labcorps court. You guys need to fix this. You owe your patients a duty of care and it wasnt met. People like that are a liability to your business and the people you serve. NO ONE DESERVES TO WALK INTO OR WORK IN A HOSTILE MEDICAL ENVIRONMENT!

Even though the one In hapeville is always packed. Would have rather been there less the staff is friendly! They’re the worst..... I promise you staff is playing a game right now!

When I got there to check in the line was long, so I made the mistake to run to the restroom then come back to check in (ended up checking in a little later then my appointment time). Anyways, I checked in and told them I had an appointment for a particular test. The front desk lady said she wanted to check to see if she even had the test. After about 20 mins, I went back to the front desk to make sure they had the test so I wasnt wasting my time. She said, she was on the phone and to just wait until my name was called. After waiting for about an hour, one of the nurses calls my name and tells me that the particular test that I made an appointment for is expired and they cannot help me. The nurse then apologized and asked how long I was waiting... I told her I was waiting for about an hour. The front desk lady, laughs then accused me of lying. The she stated According to the sign in sheet, you were late to your appointment anyways, so it doesnt really matter I had expanined to her earlier as I was checking in why I was slightly late but she didnt care at all. Over-all the staff here is rude, and I would not recommend this place. Save your time and go to another location!!!

This place is extremely rude from the person that check you in to the nurse that supported to help you. I been here over an hour and at less 10people came after me for the same thing went before me. Then they call your name and not say first and last name so you thinking they calling you when they calling someone else. The guy nurse with the acne and mini alfo did it to me today he called two people with the same last name myself as well as someone else he turn his back towards me but when I ask was he talking about me or the other person without looking or acknowledging me he said Im talking about him not you the attitude and the energy here I would never come back, they honestly need to re staff seriously if they wanna keep their doors open. I’m been waiting here for the longest still no acknowledgement no nothing. They really need to do a better job here and I know for a fact I am going to inform the company in whom I’m working for to NEVER partner with this company again. If you can go somewhere else go cause this place is garbage period. But Ms. Stacey was the only one that was nice and kind she made sure to answer whatever question I had, she apologize about the issues with her co workers. But I would not recommend this location unless you make an appointment with Ms. Stacey.

Please do yourself a huge favor and avoid this branch of labcorp since the staff here is extremely incompetent.1) Staff Entered insurance info incorrectly:I went here to get my second blood work done, sick and fasting. I was told they cannot do service on me since I have a bill of $497.00 past due. I was shocked and asked something must be wrong since my insurance BCBS PPO always covers me almost full. I was refused service unless I made payment and was told to talk to billing regarding this.2) No record of Payment madeI called billing to learn the staff at labcorp had entered my insurance info incorrectly. However my payment hadnt posted so it cant be cancelled. I kept calling for two weeks, payment still not posted. On top my insurance has paid labcorp in full. I thankfully do have a payment receipt but nothing can be done until payment gets posted. And this labcorp branch has not posted payment? they just have a payment receipt paper?Avoid this facility because they are terrible in listening to patients, typing correct info, and entering payment info correctly in the system. Anything else thats bad.... Oh and you have to pay for parking!! Perfect!Labcorp is not bad... its just the staff at this location.

I had surgery in my groin area the day before my deug screen amd tried to tell them...... they made me wwight an hr and a half in pain to do a two specimen drug test... when i called my employee they said it was supposed to be a one spdcimen drug test.... needless to say i went home in pain a and disnt gwt ro finish both specimen... these nurses were cold and would listen at all.

Understaffed and unapologetic. No matter if you have an appt or are a walk in, youll be waiting at least 2 hours. Its unfortunate that they think so little of the patients / patrons that they only schedule one person to work. Walked in and it was packed, and most of the same people are still here waiting, 2 hours later.

I went to the office today at Emory and the young lady was terrible I deal with low urine and I had to wait,a and drink water she stated to me that if I walk out and smoke a cigarette,she was going to tell my job that I refuse the test and I got a phone call from my wife and I stepped out side the door to talk and she came out screaming and telling me I refuse the test which was a lie
