We reached out to Affordable Remodeling for a quote on a complete remodel of our kitchen. I received a text on Saturday saying that they could come out on Tuesday but I wasnt given a specific time or time frame. I reached back out Monday to confirm that someone was actually coming and to find out (again) what time, but I wasnt given a time or time frame. Instead, I was told that an estimate fee will be credited to the work. I replied, Are you aware that your website says estimates are free? The person texting was using an iPhone so I could see them type, then stop...then type again and stop, but in the end, they never replied. Needless to say, I told them we werent interested anymore.

Mine was a difficult job and I was very particular about our contract and the quality of work expected. Hunt was accountable to our agreements and the job was completed to my satisfaction. Ill be using his services again in the future.

I would not recommend Hunt Warner. I was disappointed by his unprofessionalism. He only wanted to text about the work (red flag). Never met him in person (red flag). He wanted a 60% deposit before beginning the work (red flag). He up-charged me $1700 at the end out of nowhere, even though the work was finished a day sooner than anticipated (red flag). I will say that the subcontractor Ivan and his team who actually came out were fantastic; they fixed the issue and worked hard. Did a great job. But after they were done Hunt called (for the first time instead of a text) and demanded payment immediately. He screamed and was very rude on the phone. Said he needed to pay his workers (no funds otherwise to pay them? Red flag). He could not be paid by credit card as the bank had closed his accounts (red flag). He could only be paid by Zelle, which only allows a max of $2000 per day. So I had to pay him over several days in small increments (red flag). It was a miserable experience and too many red flags. Take your business elsewhere.

My wife and I hired this Contractor to renovate our kitchen and our bathroom to make it feel very open and updated! They installed. They removed all of our outdated wallboard and installed wood walls and new fixtures in our hallway bath and our kitchen. They knocked out a load bearing wall and made one large entertaining kitchen with a very large island with seating. We installed a new sink and appliances in our island and we installed all new cabinets that were very cost efficient thanks to the Owners vendors! Will be using to add a second floor to our home complete with new bedroom. bathroom, and kitchenette. The Best Remodeling Contractor we have ever worked with and this is our third renovation. Thank you for the entire team at Affordable Remodeling. Job Well Done.

Meticulous Contractor. They added a towering stone chimney to our front great room. The attention to detail was off the charts and so was their timeliness. It was refreshing to experience since the last contractor never delivered on their promises. They also retiled a half bath for us. Will be using for additional projects. Hunt Warner texted me saying that he needs to charge $150 for estimate... But then when I said $150 is too expensive. No, thank you. Then he decides to text me the next day and said he has a guy that will be available for free estimate.. I said Why did you say you will charge $150 for an estimate then? I dont like how you are trying to scam. First impression and my gut is telling me find someone else..The he texted back well I can send someone free of charge thank youUHHHH NO THANKS.

Horrible. Save your money and use someone else. Hunt is so unprofessional. He comes in with a low bid at cost plus just to get the job and needless to say he doesnt stick to it. Hunt even left off big items like slab which he added another $7500 to our total. Our remodel started at $58,000 and before we knew it, it was$65,000 plus. We paid Hunt for windows that he never ordered and still owes us for. Best thing we did is fire him before we ran out of money.

Do not use! Super unprofessional! Promises made and not delivered. In day 9 Of a very small bathroom remodel. HePromised 4-5 days tops. Tile guys and other workers do not show up all day but show up at 8pm and work until 12am. In what world is work like this acceptable.

Stay Away!!! Please save your money and use someone else. Hunt comes in with a low bid at cost plus to get the job. Needless to say he does not stick to his agreement. I hired Affordable Remodeling for a total renovation in Grant Park. The Owner assisted in the design, permitting and construction process. Their framing crew helped level the house and take out structural walls as well as add an addition to the rear of the house. Their crews were amazing and finished the project on time.

Great Contracting Company!. They helped us design our remodel, organized the structural engineer, and built a double tiered out door deck that was leaking as well renovated and reconfigured our master bathroom. Excellent subcontractors!

This general contractor came out to my townhome in buckhead-atlanta and removed our subfloor , leveled it and jacked up the floor joists and installed new prefinished hardwoods and new marble in our kitchen and laundry room. Amazing job and done all in one week!. I had four other contractors come out and said they could not level our floors. Amazing Job but the whole staff :-) Thank you!!

After reading so many great reviews I decided to have Hunt and his team do a small project at my new Condo.Sadly, after negotiating our contract price his staff (sub-contractor) refused to do the work. Additionally the next sub that was scheduled the following day failed to show up. Afterwords Hunt agreed to refund my deposit.I believe my situation was a one off where his staff underbid the project and didn’t want to honor the bid.

I have not done any project with this contractor, but I wanted to let everyone know about the lack of communication and disrespect that this company has for peoples time.I confirmed several time a set schedule with this contractor and after being stood up for 45 minutes, the contractor never showed up. Worst yet, there was no apologies.I am glad I did not get involved here and who knows how long the actual work would have gotten delayed.Bad customer service.

We bought a new house in Buckhead with unfinished basement. We hired this company to design, permit and install a large project including exercise room, wet bar, entertainment area with millwork, bedroom and bath, and wine cellar. Their subcontractors were amazing and we will be hiring them soon to renovate our kitchen and master bathroom!!

Received initial quote and then 2 additional charges for more materials that were over $2k. . Project didnt change at all. Same number of posts and decking that I wanted from the initial project start. Just make sure you get firm quote with all of the details on day 1.Project completed by sub-contractors who didnt do the greatest job. But they got the job done and showed up on time.
