Iffy at first cause i usually get $20 cuts cause im cheap. But the wash is included and they offer beverages while they work their magic. Personally of my stylist, Bambi, made my experience that much more enjoyable. They were very kind and made sure to ask me how i felt about what they were doing or going to do before just snipping away. Made me feel confident in knowing i was getting what I wanted. Will definitely be returning and recommending this place to friends and family.

Wendy is everything!!! She will give you a fly blowout and within 45 minutes. For me that deserves a round of applause because she managed to get braids fully dry under a sew in, hair blown out and flat ironed. Plus, the pricing for an extension blow out is the cheapest in the game with the best products, and they offer fantastic service. Im all the way hear for this salon.

I have been seeing Ivy for haircuts and balayage for about a year now. She does a great job and always makes sure you are happy! I absolutely recommend her and the salon in general.

Ive been going here consistently for over a year since they opened. I have never been disappointed: Lauren is a color goddess, shes even won national awards. I have gotten great cuts from Steven, Kat, Dana and one other member of the staff. Though I chose the salon for great color, Ive never been unhappy. Each staff member listens to what I want and even offers helpful recommendations, if I ask for an opinion. Its not cheap, but its been worth every penny to come here.

I love Ivy at Toni & Guy. I always feel like her only client, even when has multiple things going on (e.g., someone’s color processing while doing my cut). She takes the time to listen to what I want and does what she can to achieve it. She always lets me know that I can come back if I see something I don’t like after I get home. Terrible customer service. I observed them harass and refused a refund for a product. They called the police and kept her money. I wouldn’t go as far to say racist but if you’re up for a social experiment visit at your own risk and see for yourself... I was headed in the store and immediately Turned in the other direction after what I observed today 😠

I heard great things about this place but was nervous because it seemed a bit expensive for a haircut. Turned out to be the best hair cutting experience of my life! My hairdresser, Ivy, was phenomenal and made my hair look better than ever. I would recommend this establishment over any other one I’ve ever been to.

Whitney has cut my hair and did highlights for me too. She is amazing and always does exactly what I ask for, and Im very picky with my hair. Shes a perfectionist and she really listens to what I ask for. The salon is really nice too.

Kat cuts my hair and Lauren colors it. They both do an amazing job every single time. They take time to listen to what I want and offer suggestions as to how to achieve what I want long term while keeping my hair healthy. I love them.

I would give it a zero if I could. Sheila messed up my hair SO bad. It was the WORST hair cut of my life. All I wanted was a trim and I have long layers. Shelia cut 3-4 inches off, even though she said she would only remove an inch and a half! Also, my bangs are AWFUL! Theres literally no way I can wear my hair right now because it looks terrible in every way. The manager couldnt even fix it! Im devastated. I seriously regret getting my hair cut.Whitney (the manager) was so sweet...she fixed it the next day as best she could. My bangs still look a little off, but she tried. She also blended the layers nicely. She also styled it for me which I really appreciated. I wish she would have just cut my hair in the first place. Shes great.

Being new to the area I booked a haircut with Barker based on the reviews I had read online, which turned out nicely. However, my follow up experiences have been horrendous. I called a couple of weeks ago to schedule a bang trim, the receptionist acted as if I was posing a huge inconvenience to them and said ‘I’ll have to call you back’, which she never did. Having still not received a phone call a week later and still being in need of the trim I popped in to the salon to see when a convenient time would be. The receptionist was sitting outside on a personal FaceTime call, which she continued whilst I stood waiting. Eventually she assisted me, and asked me to come back later that day. When I returned to the salon I recieved my bang trim. Upon arriving home and looking more closely in the mirror I realized that not only was it way too short, it was so uneven that I had to cut it again myself before going to work.Barker is a good hairdresser, but it seems as though the salon descends into total chaos in his absence and the rest of the staff have absolutely no desire to provide customer service. Super disappointed.

My stylist is Taylor! She is the 3rd hair stylist that I have seen since moving to Atlanta in 2015. I LOVE her. She isnt afraid to go for it when I say I want to chop my bangs or go from blonde to dark! She always takes care of me and I walk out feeling like my color is rich, my hair is smooth and that the color really complements my look! Taylor is always very fashion forward and knows what she is doing. I moved from Brookhaven to Roswell and I make the commute to Iron Works because she is THAT good. I will NOT be changing stylists again.
