I drove about 45 minutes to get service done. This was about 8:30 am with no one else there for service the technician who looked as though he didn’t want to work told me he couldn’t do the job because it will take a while to weld. I guess he wanted to keep sitting down instead of working. No care that I told him I drove along way. I will never visit this place again.

Yes; the storefront looks meager, but I found the service to be top-notch. I called ahead, arrived and was seen right away. They answered my questions, quoted a reasonable price, and my Cadillac was ready when they said it would be.

These guys came well recommended but were a pain to deal with. Felix who answered the phone was great and gave me a rough quote to have a muffler and tailpipe installed on my truck which I had the parts for. When I pulled up Felix was not around and there was a less than a friendly guy who then tripled the price on me for the job. I tried to reason with him and can understand if the quote needed to be adjusted after they saw what they were working with but that price was nuts for one weld and a bolt. Especially since they were empty with no work. It seemed like he didnt want to do the work or get his hand dirty. I wouldnt waste your time going here. I decided to go to G&S where they were a lot more professional and easier to deal and did the job for a fair price. Buyer beware for anyone going here!

Dont let the shoddy exterior fool you, this place is great. Ive been here on two separate occasions. The first time I went there was to get my muffler replaced, they took my car in right away and finished the job with no problems at all in about an hour or so. The muffler I bought from there has not given me any problems so far. The second time I went there was to get my alternator replaced. I had bought the alternator from Auto Zone and they replaced it for 1/3 the repair price that Pep Boys would have charged. They got the repair done in about an hour and its great. I highly recommend this place, the service is great and the staff is amazing. The only problem that one may have is that the staff does not speak English that well, but I havent had any other problems.

The language barrier was very difficult. I was told I needed an exhaust manifold for $450. Took it someone place else and was told exhaust manifold was good.

Went in to get the bulbs changed in my headlights that I just purchased from autozone. They told me $10. After 30 minutes of holding a flashlight for them while they worked (clearly had no clue what he was doing) he upped the price to $30. It was now dark and my headlights were removed from the car so I had no choice but to pay him or leave my car there over night since I obviously cannot drive in the dark with no lights. Complete rip off and I’M THE ONE who has to pay for their incompetence.

I agree, the shop looks rough but the guys are great and gave me a great deal! They did an awesome job and I def recommend.

I got there at 5:20 and they tell me they are close. Even though it says on the door open until 6pm. I drove 40min, i do not recommend!
