GreenTEC is one of the good ones - they were unable to diagnose the root of the problem (something wrong with the entire system computer, not just the hybrid battery, a dealer issue, unfortunately) but they were very honest about it, and didnt charge me for the parts they installed (which didnt fix the problem) or the labor involved in concluding that the problem was out of their purview. They certainly could have charged me for work the car didnt need, but in the techs words, We dont run that kind of garage. LOVE the honesty, and the willingness to look deep into the cars issues despite the problem being beyond the EV battery.Trust these guys, if I could have them fix my car every time, the peace of mind alone would be worth the drive.

Came to my home on time, performed the service in the time they said it would take. Replaced Battery seems to be working fine. Of course-The matter of how long it lasts will only be know over time. Yes, I would have them back.

Our experience with Greentec, and particularly with Clayton at the Atlanta location, was wonderful! There was real difficulty in trying to ascertain what the problem was with our Honda Insight not starting and he spent considerable time trying to solve it. Ended up finding a blown fuse, replaced it and it worked. Would not charge us for his time. I came prepared to have to replace the hybrid battery and was hugely relieved to not have to, yet. But when I do, there is only one place I will go. Thx again!

I purchased a 2700 battery fir my Tahoe it tore up in two weeks time it’s been 3 weeks still no replacement giving me the run around will not happen I will be contacting a lawyer!

I purchased a 2001 Toyota Prius cheap with the knowledge that the HV battery needed to be replaced. I compared several different third-party options, but GreenTec Auto had the best combination of product, warranty, and price. I purchased a battery with new generation cells and a 3-year warranty. Rob was very professional and went above and beyond during the installation. The shop was more than willing to give us a discount on parts and service due to a small delay in repair. I hope I dont have to use the warranty for my battery, but if I do, I have faith that GreenTec Auto will do everything in their power to get me and my Prius back on the road.

I had a great experience getting my hybrid battery replaced. The technician and agent were kind and courteous and way more helpful than any technician Ive had before. The pricing was over 50% less than what the dealership quoted. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for hybrid battery replacement.

Had my Honda Civic 2003 Hybrid Battery changed. The technician was a nice gentleman and knew his job very well and did an excellent job changing out the battery in about an hours time. Felt very good about this part. My only concern with the whole deal is that at the time of the replacement the Tech told me that the warranty is conditional upon having other issues in the car ( Check engine light .. misfiring .. etc ) repaired . I wish they had told me at the time of purchase, may be I would have made a different decision.

Robert installed my battery in about an hours time. When I went to leave, my car didnt start. I asked Robert to take another look and he determined a fuse had gone bad, fixing that, too, on the spot and without extra charge. Not a bad price and the service wasnt painful.

The hybrid battery died in my 10 year old Prius. Replacement would cost $3,300 at the dealer - so I was considering shopping for a new car. Instead, I found Greentec Auto in Norcross who replaced my battery with a refurbished battery (18 month warranty) for less than 1/2 the dealer price and it only took them 30 minutes! Very impressed!

My 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid has over 183,000 miles on it, so I knew someday I would need a new battery. Last week it happened and the IMA light went on. Although the car drove just fine, I didnt want to take any chances at losing power, so I called locally and no one did the work and referred me to the dealer, which is an hour and a half away. The dealer wanted $3000 for a new battery plus installation. Thats when I happened on Greentecauto and they are a minor miracle. Robert, the tech, just left and I now have a battery with a 12 month warranty, which was installed in my driveway for $1350; that includes the installation and drive time. Robert, Sara, and Silvia should be teaching customer service skills to any and all businesses. Pick any positive adjective and it would apply to them.
