My refrigerator quit working over the weekend and I found this company on google. Mr Oliver advised me what to do and told me he thought he knew what the problem was and a time frame to expect him.He called this morning and told me what time to expect him. He arrived on time, very pleasant and professional. I am very lucky to have found an excellent repair service and will call them again, if needed!!

Willy was outstanding! Incredibly professional and reasonably priced. Came the next day to fix my washer. Hes Ukrainian so he speaks with a fairly heavy dialect, but his English is very good. It is readily evident hes very smart and knowledgeable and while I was at home at the time, in the future I wouldnt hesitate for a second to leave him in my house alone. You cant ask for more from a contractor than to be fair and honest and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Willy!

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!!Russian tech of name Willie came to us to repair sub-zero refrigerator. My wife opened the door and his first statement was: Oh, you live in a palace.... Now you can imagine his repair estimate! Sub-zero required a replacement of evaporator and he requested $400 deposit towards his work stating that his estimate is the lowest in industry. He charged us $400 on credit card and said that if we checked around the price he quoted us we would found out it to be the lowest. He added that if we did not want to use him he would refund this deposit on the next day. NONE OF THESE WAS TRUE!!! On the next day we called the sub-zero authorized factory service and they offered us replacement of evaporator, compressor, heat exchanger, and thermostat (all most important refrigerator parts) for the same price that Russian guy wanted for one part only!!! We requested that he returns our deposit (as he promised) but he never did and never answered his phone. Thanks to a credit card we are using, our bank was able to charge him back the money he would not return for over 2 months.AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ANY COST!!! CALL FACTORY AUTHORIZED SERVICE AND YOU WILL GET A MUCH BETTER PRICE, PROFESSIONAL TECH SPEAKING GOOD ENGLISH, AND SUPERIOR SERVICE FOR MUCH LESS!!!

Willie is the service man and he does a great job. Hes very honest and knowledgeable. We own several rental properties and use him for all our appliance repairs. He is always able to get to the repairs quickly and usually has the parts he needs. We highly recommend Willie!

I am a very long term customer and have always been very happy with the excellent. speedy and responsive service I have received from AAA Appliance Service and Repair. There is always a strong concern to keep the customer happy and attend to the repair problem as quickly as possible. I have never had a complaint and have always been completely pleased with the service.

I called on a Saturday, Willy came out pretty quickly and diagnosed my LG refrigerator. He said he would have to order part would have Monday or Tuesday. I wrote on his ticket my office and cell number explaining I would need 30 minutes to get to the house , call me when on the way. Monday he called my house, I noticed the call when I got home in the evening, so I called him again explaining to call my office or cell, said he would try again Tuesday. After no word on Tuesday, I again came home and had 2 messages from him, again he called house number.. I called him again and again explained he would have to call my office or cell as I work, he started out wanting to argue with me, then I told him to look at his invoice and see the note with both my numbers, he apologized for the mistake..He did come out Wed. and replace the part, originally I was quoted $ 69 for diagnosis, he charged me 80. When he came back he wanted another 100, I explained to him that was not what the lady on the phone had told me, so he called her, all she said was if thats what he says thats what it is. We had a bit of a heated exchange, I paid him and told him to leave, I was not happy , would not recommend. I will say that the refrigerator is working, I just didnt like the fact that the customer service was terrible

The service is excellent and fast. Set up an apt to get my dishwasher fixed, and Willie came promptly, ordered the part and returned to make the repair with no hassle and a fair price. He was prompt, courteous and did a great job. Very Positive Experience, I would highly recommend this company.

Willy fixed my washing machine at a lower cost than others quoted just to come out. He came out the same day which was great because there were wet clothes stuck inside, and I had already been stood up by another company. He was recommended to me by a friend whose dryer he also fixed. Found him on Angies list where his rating is very high. Thanks Willy!

We hired AAA Appliance Repair to fix our dishwasher. A man named Willy came out and provided an estimate of $210 to fix it. We paid a $75 deposit for him to order the parts he needed and he came back two days later to perform the work. He did fix the few issues we had, but afterward, several buttons on the power strip no longer worked. These buttons always worked in the past, but he claims theres no possible way he could have caused them to malfunction and stated we would need to pay an additional $140 to fix this. When I told him this was not fair, he was extremely disrespectful to both me and my wife. I strongly recommend finding another appliance repair service.

Willy came out promptly when I called him 2 days before Christmas. He diagnosed the problem with the intermittent failure of our Dacor refrigerator. We are waiting to see if we will repair or replace. He was helpful and wanted us to understand what was going on so we could make an informed decision.

My refrigerator was running but not cooling. My technician arrived on time but had trouble diagnosing the issue. When he eventually did figure out the issue, he said it would be several hundred dollars and I said no thanks I would buy a new refrigerator. He then charged me over $120 for a part that I didnt need and he said he couldnt take back. He made no mention of this part which was required for testing the appliance and had I known I would have said no, I have no use for a new part for a non-functioning refrigerator.Avoid them and call someone more trustworthy.

Willy came to our apartment...(Apparently he is a sub contractor for the Johns Creek area for All Pro Appliance Repair) He ran the dryer for 30 seconds, asked me to stick my hand into the dryer, which didnt feel particularly warm, and claimed that the issue was that the vent in the building was blocked up. I questioned that conclusion and the first words out of his mouth was that he had been doing this for more than 20 years blah blah blah.... He talked down to me as if I had no idea how a dryer worked, and even went so far as to regale me with a story of how electricity conducts through wet clothes better than dry clothes as he tried to explain the concept of what an electrical circuit is. He then proceeded to charge me 69 dollars and told me to get the apartment complex to clear the vent. He even wrote in big letters, MANDATORYWell heres the thing I discovered when I asked them to do just that... The vent was clear....In fact they had a professional come and clean all the building vents 3 months ago...Had Willy done a little more due diligence (ya know, more than 30 seconds), and he still felt it was a vent issue, then I would not be as frustrated as I am at this point.Nevertheless, I am taking my business elsewhere.Beware Willy from AAA Appliance Services and repair, he knows everything apparently, and is unwilling to listen to any counter points to his diagnosis.

I called to ask when they would be available to come and make a repair. The man who answered didnt identify himself or the company then after an explanation of what was occurring rudely told me that I had no clue what was going on and set in to argue with me about something that was never intended to be an argument.

Cleaned washer, dryer and vent. He came to the house and asked me to point him to the washer and dryer. About 1.5 hrs. later he was done. Simple as that. He sanitized the washer and cleaned out the pump. He blew out the dryer vent from the inside so there was a small mess on the outside of the house. He cleaned up and was done. I was very happy with the job, I think he added 2yrs to my Kenmore front loader.

Great service! We had a bad experience with the first repair company we called to fix our subzero freezer. Then we called AAA appliance and Willy came in and fixed the mess that the other guy made in our freezer. He fixed the compressor & fan in the Subzero and did such a great job that we called him back twice to fix our 2 bar ice makers. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I saved his number for any future appliance problems!

Willy came out Sat and immediately diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. Said he would have to order the part (took $100 deposit) and said hed be back Tues to put it on and finish up. Fast forward to Tues. I texted and asked about what time should I be expecting him (wanted a window of time so I could plan an unforeseen errands, etc). He then texted back Having an emergency. Will contact later today.Sorry for appointment. That didnt sit well with me considering I checked my bank acct and noticed that my chk had already been cashed. Why couldnt he have proactively told me he needed to reschedule? How unprofessional. So now Im at the mercy of this guy and my washing machine was in a million pieces in the middle of my laundry room. Now a $100 is gone and I STILL need the part. He said he would come the next day and he did. I just didnt like the uneasy feeling of possibly being duped or scammed because I have been in the past and am always trying to be cautious. I said all this to say: he does good work. He got my washing machine up and running in less than an hr. I just wish that, going forward, if he has an emergency situation to come up, he would reach out to his customers FIRST and let them know because things do happen rather than his customers have to feel like they need to track him down.

Have used him for all types of appliance repair - he can fix any brand appliance. He fixed my Sub Zero Refrigerator Drawers, my Thermador Stove and Vent, my dryer, my Bosch Dishwasher, and my extra freezer. All repairs were done to my satisfaction. He is always on time and will go out of his way to get the needed parts and come back if he has to. He is honest and friendly and he is always the first person I think of to call when I have an issue with an appliance. I highly reccomend AAA Appliance Service and Repair.

Our property management company sent this vendor to repair our stove. He gave no notice, just called one day and said he would be there in 5 minutes. He had to order a part and said her would be back. I didnt hear from him for 3 weeks then he called and again said he was in the way. Not acceptable. I informed him he would need to come tomorrow and give me a time window. I then received a phone call at 9pm asking about a totally differ problem, one we dont have.He just left and after installing the part and after saying goodbye and walking out 2 minutes later he tried to walk back into my home. No knock, no ring of the bell. A home with a large lab who he had to walk by in a cage twice to get to our stove. Well that dog rightfully barked and charged him. He kicked at her head. DO NOT TRY TO WALK INTO MY HOME AND THEN KICK MY DOG.He then argued with me when I listed the above as unprofessional.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I am not Michael Austin - he was a houseguest a long time ago but his name is locked into my ipad😟😟😟.Iam however a huge fan of Willie - he has been saving my life (and appliances) for at least 10 years in 3 different residences. This morning (December30) I discovered that my lower oven will not heat up and guess what? I am having a party tomorrow and the caterer is counting on having 2 ovens.... Bless Willie - he showed up at my door less than an hour after my call and managed to make it work!!!I have always found him reliable, honest and knowledgeable, as well as an entertaining personality. Icannot recommend him highly enough.

Fixed a leak from the back of my refrigerator which we thought we had stopped after moving the refrigerator to paint.Woke up on the morning of the 26th and found a lake on my kitchen floor. Since it was a Saturday, I was not hopeful in finding a repair person. But I went to Angie’s List, found AAA Appliance Service and repair, and the rest is pure heaven. Willie answered the phone himself, told me he had another call but would be out to us next. In about 90 minutes he called, said he was on the way and arrived. In less than an hour he had located the problem, fixed it, cleaned up and was gone. If you had ratings of A+++++, Willie would get it. He was extremely professional, polite, and has a great sense of humor. His company is now in my favorites list, his card on the refrigerator and his name and number will be given to all my friends.
