I’ve lived at the block lofts for several years and have really enjoyed my experience here. The management and maintenance staff is great and always willing to help wherever they can. Ashley the leasing manager has been doing an especially great job. She was very understanding and accommodating when I was experiencing car issues and had to leave my vehicle parked in front of the leasing office for several days. I would recommend living here to anyone not only for the location but also for the professional and sense of pride the staff has for the community and it’s residence.

I have lived at Block Lofts for 4 years now and it has been a great place to live! The management has always been super helpful and responsive. The maintenance crew has been excellent in responding to service requests in a timely manner. It is in a great location right off the beltline and close to so many great restaurants and shops. I definitely would recommend living here!

After living at Block lofts for 4 years, I decided to move. I moved from a 3rd floor 1BR to a 3rd floor 2BR and have been here now almost 6 years. Being an Atlanta native, I can tell you this location cannot be beat. The pool is amazing, great dog park, gym etc. From maintenance to management, the staff has always been awesome. Ashley and Evan have always gone out of their way to make sure the residents are well taken care of. Krassi and company keep your apartment running like a well-oiled machine. If you’re looking for a great location, great amenities and amazing staff at a reasonable price point, look no further!

We LOVE living here!! 10/10 recommend. The maintenance team is so fast and incredibly helpful. Cliff responded to my after hours emergency maintenance call within 5 minutes. I was so surprised when I heard a knock on the door so quickly. My roommate and I never want to move :)

My overall experience with Block Lofts was average, but towards the end of my stay the management changed and it became an unpleasant place to live. The location is great, but that is really it. The amenities are not kept up with, Management is very uninterested in any recommendations the residents have to improve the livening experience, and constant borderline aggressive emails from management. This used to be a very affordable option on the beltline, but recent price increases has made this complex a bottom tier option compared to all of the great choices around Old Fourth Ward.I do want to highlight the maintenance as well as Evan in the office for being some of the few positives left at block lofts

I moved to block lofts at the end of March. I was very impressed with the unit I moved into. I love the pool, 24/7 gym, and direct beltline access. I’ve had one or two minor maintenance issues, and each time Krassi and the team fix it quickly.

Ive stayed at Block Lofts three years and I love it here! Bang for the buck, this is one of (if not the) top spots to live in the Old 4th Ward neighborhood. The location is perfect (direct beltline access between Ponce City Market and Inman Park). You get all the amenities youd expect in an apartment complex (gym, pool, dog park, etc). And the building staff are all awesome. Shout out to Ashley & Evan in the front office and Krassi and Cliff over in maintenance for making my experience here so great. Keep up the great work guys!

I love living here and I really enjoy the location. Within walking distance of Ponce city market, Krog street market, Kroger and Piedmont park. Krassi, Ashley and Evan are always kind and have helped me with everything I need. They set the standard and I very much recommend living here.

Highly recommend the Block Lofts. My husband and I have lived here for approximately 3 years. You cannot beat the location, right in Old Fourth Ward with beltline access! The amenities are top notch- great gym, grill, business center, and pool. Complex is very dog friendly. Rent is very fair for the neighborhood. However, the best thing about living here is the staff! Ashley and Evan in the front office are always happy to help us and honestly provide some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! The maintenance staff, Krassi and Cliff, always come and fix any issues we might have within the same day and go the extra mile to make sure everything in the apartment is in tip top shape.

After swearing off apartment living years ago, I decided to move to Block Lofts based on the rave reviews of my close friends who have lived here for years. The complex is very well maintained, the staff are friendly/helpful, and the price is more than fair for this off-the-beltline gem. The seldom times I’ve had to make a maintenance service request, the issues have been resolved same day. Special shout-out to Krassi who is the epitome of professionalism and a Jack of all trades. Im glad that I can charge my electric car in the parking garage, though I wish there were more charging spaces since EV’s are becoming more common.

I have lived at Block Lofts for 7yrs and over that span of time the surrounding neighborhood has blossomed. It used to be an area you wouldnt want to be caught in after dark and it has become a major hub for night life, recreation & shopping. When I moved in there was an abandoned shack next door spray painted with graffiti. That dilapidated building is now an extremely popular restaurant called Bantam. What was once an area in which illegal dumping occurred is now the famous Atlanta Beltline. Block lofts offers direct access to it! Half a mile away an old haunted-looking abandoned building that used to be City Hall East is now Ponce City Market, which you can walk to via the Beltline. Its hard to describe how much this neighborhood has grown, and I have been fortunate enough to live here & bear witness to it. You couldnt ask for a better location in which to reside. With regards to the complex itself, residents can enjoy a variety of amenities including a pool, gym & business center. But my favorite is the dog park. Over the years management has changed multiple times & much like the neighborhood, it has only gotten better. Sure, there are hassles & inconveniences just like anywhere else. A week long internet outage a few months ago is probably the most noteworthy hassle. But overall I highly recommend Block Lofts to anyone who wants to live in the city and be within walking distance of several hot spots. This is my home and Im proud of it!

The management of this building is beyond poor. They give little to no regard to the residents who live here. I have been waiting on a referral check for 5 months now. The person that I referred had her personal belongings destroyed by the management of this building after she was given a specific date she had to move her bike by and then the manager decided to not wait until that date. We were told we had to move our bikes for power washing, and if they were not moved the office would move them. Power washing has still not been done, and there are still rusted, broken abandon bikes all over the hallways and garage. The building is having construction done on the roof of the building, and the workers they have hired have thrown tarps and weights over all of my personal belongings on my balcony area crushing several plants. I was not notified any of this would need to be done or I would have moved my things myself.

Loved living in the apartments at Block Lofts. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful — Ashley, Evan, and Sabrina always go above and beyond. Maintenance requests are a breeze, and Krassi always does an amazing job. Highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking to live on the Beltline.

I have been a tenant at Block Lofts for 4 years now and loved every day of it. The staff is kind, responsive, and proactive. Ashley is always available to answer questions, Joe goes above and beyond as PM, and Evan even helped me move my couch! BL has a great team. The property is well maintained and super accessible. So nice to walk to Kroger for groceries or next door to Bantam for a drink on their patio. Would 100% recommend!

I had an amazing experience living here. The location and amenities of the surrounding area are top notch. Additionally, the price is pretty unbeatable compared to surrounding rental properties. The staff is attentive, repairs are done speedily and the property, overall, is very well maintained.My only grievance (and its a small one) is that some of the elements of the units are on the cost effective side (the paint, the appliances, etc) so scuffs are easy to acquire. However, If you enter your lease with a you get what you pay for mentality, then youre good.I would highly recommend Block Lofts to anyone.

I’ve lived here almost three years. REALLY happy with the new management. Ashley and Evan are super helpful and friendly without hesitation. That means as much to me as the great amenities of the property. Great location on the Beltline. Gated community. The maintenance staff is always SO helpful too. Lovely dog park, secure mailroom, good gym (I wish we had a punching bag, but it’s still a good gym), plenty of parking, even for guests. I like living here!

Evan at the leasing office makes an effort to get to know your name and is always helpful with answering questions. The maintenance is great. I have been a resident at Block Lofts for almost 3 years now, and have had an incredible experience here. The front office is beyond accommodating and welcoming and goes above and beyond to make sure their residents needs are met. Joe (property manager) is excellent with communication and takes the extra time to deal with any resident concerns and makes sure they see resolution. All of the common areas are properly maintained and the location next to the beltline and old fourth ward park cannot be beat. The maintenance is quick and done at a level of high quality. I encourage anyone looking for a great place to live where you will feel valued as a resident to consider Block Lofts.

Ive lived in apartments around the country and had quite the variety of property management and office staff experience. I can say with confidence that the folks at Block Lofts are the most responsive and pleasant people to work with out of all the places Ive lived. Maintenance requests are consistently turned within 48 hours and e-mails/calls to the leasing office are returned within hours. If friendly and efficient service is important to you then Id suggest you stop your search here.

The Block Lofts staff (Evan, Ashley, and Joe) have all been amazing!! The maintenance team responds almost immediately and has quickly handled any minor issue that has ever popped up. This is a great place to live made even better by the great team running it.

Overall I have enjoyed my experience at Block Lofts. However, for the past week or so our internet is almost unusable. I usually wouldn’t blame apartment management for poor internet performance, but we are forced to use Comcast (and billed an additional $99/month on top of our rent).Many Block Lofts residents are working from home now due to the pandemic. This week-long internet outage is costing residents exorbitant amounts of money due to lost billable hours. Personally I have lost a lot of face professionally because I can’t get through a video conference call without the internet going out multiple times.If Block Lofts is serious about retaining current residents and attracting new residents they MUST terminate their contract with Comcast and give residents a choice in internet providers.

I have lived here for a little over a year now and love it. The location is great! Youre close to everything that you could possibly need. The staff are all knowledgeable and professional. Any maintenance issues are always treated with a sense of urgency. Would recommend!

I’ve been a resident at Block Lofts for 7 years now. Everything about the community is amazing! The walkability is perfect to many restaurants and bars just right off the belt line, the dog park encloses the entire apartment building with many friends for your furry family members to meet, the unique amenities including a car washing port and car charging station and the staff is always welcoming with their great attention to detail. Wether it’s a maintenance problem with Krassi fixing your issues same day or Ashley in the office taking care of all your needs and making sure you know all the go ons, these guys are ready to make sure you are at home and promptly attended to. I personally have built relationships with some of them cause they’re so freaking great. Evans in the office knows everyone’s name and most unit numbers so you never have to worry about reminding him on anything. Just ask once and he’s on it for you! If you’re looking for a cool vibe to lay your roots, Block Lofts is among the best locations in Atlanta to start!

Unbelievable place to stay here at Block Lofts!Been staying here all through late weeks and I have no terrible things to state up until this point.Everything is going fine. I have extraordinary place to stay here at Montgomery. Nature is tolerable and clean. The neighbors are fun and beguiling. A charming spot to stay for the between time.The proprietor was moreover phenomenal. He was wonderful and kind. Incredibly satisfying. He even welcomed me when I traded here. The rate was moderate for a wonderful place along these lines.Will imply Block Lofts to anyone that needs a place to remain. Extraordinary employment.

Be forewarned to any resident looking at Block Lofts: my parents just died in a tragic accident and im now responsible for taking care of six siblings and management of all my parents assets - tried to break my lease with 3 months left to cover my parents mortgage and allow my sisters to live there and lessen the blow on their situation. Basically told I cant break my lease, give a 60 day notice, and pay a months rent after 60 days. Solid, thanks for not understanding.Also, amenities could be far better for how much you will pay and car breakins are a regular occurrence. Lastly, good luck getting your mail - all mailboxes are regularly broken and packages are regularly stolen.

We have had a wonderful time living in our apartment. It is quiet, the staff is always there for any need, maintenance requests are completed quickly, and the amenities are GREAT! The location is also incredible - privacy, dog park, and direct access to the Beltline! We hope to sign another year. I would recommend the Block Lofts to anyone!

I was told about this community by a friend while I was looking for housing for my daughter to get her closer to school. I was blown away at what a great location it was in! As a mom I am very concerned with location and safety, especially with being downtown. The staff was super nice and helpful and really put me at ease which is something I have not found at any of the other in town properties we toured. My daughter loved the access to the Beltline and Ponce City Market and the fact that she could get to school so easily. The price was right on par for the area so the staff and location made all the difference for my daughter and myself. I highly recommend this property and look forward to moving my kiddo in! Kudos to Block Lofts!

I lived at Block Lofts for 7 months. I enjoyed being so close to everything and having a great space to come home to. The rent is pricey, but you also get luxury amenities and again the location cannot be topped. It is convenient to Inman Park, Virginia Highlands, Midtown, and 75/85. One huge plus, the management changed last year and they are very nice people! They will actually take care of you, and do what they said they were going to do. I dont even live there anymore, but I had some problems with my old mail and they were still very nice and communicative about everything.

I would rate 2.5 if I could. You cant beat the location and the amenities are great. The staff is friendly but can be a bit more proactive in certain areas. Service requests are handled immediately (on working days) and completely. Apartment sizes and layouts are great but appliances are dated and paint jobs are sloppy. As with any apt. community, mandatory Internet + cable provider (comcast) slows down during peak hours, get your own EXT service.

DO NOT move here. I lived here in 2012 and TODAY they called me saying I owe them money... FROM WHAT I asked and why have I just been notified considering my telephone number has been the same since 2007. I spoke with, Samara who provided me with ... nothing. Besides I can send you a ledger.... no how about you tell me what type of business youre running. Its all bogus. Beware

I have been living at the Block for a few months now. I must say that I almost didnt look at this place because of some of the online reviews. Im glad I decided to check it out to see for myself because I really like living here. The management seems to be working hard to keep the place up. (I guess in the past that wasnt the case)There is always some type of improvement being made in the common areas and some to my apt that I didnt even ask for. (Just got new plantation blinds!).Its not perfect but it gets better all the time. If I see something that needs attention the usually management gets on it right away.One of the best things about the Block is the location. We have a secure gate that goes right to the Atlanta Beltline. I walk just about everywhere except to work on the Beltline (nail salon, Whole foods, Piedmont Park, Starbucks) It is so convenient and it seems to be safe. Full of friendly people. I think the Old 4th Ward is a great place to live and the Block is pretty cool.Check it out for yourself. Pet friendly and cool people.

I researched this place online and signed a lease wout viewing. I was there for less than a year and it was great. Ken, Toni, Evan, Mar and Ronell were always there for me and my dog! Super dog friendly and my dog loved all the staff and the treats 😁 Such good people and honestly its what you make of it. I was grateful for quick responses to any maintenance issues. Waterbugs were the most of roaches or rodents I saw (I was on the first floor) and an exterminator was called right over--And I am a very clean person so was happy this didnt become an issue. Awesome access to the beltline and PCM. I relocated and had to leave but miss my Block Lofts family!

Ive lived at Block Lofts for a little over a year now and I absolutely love it. The management staff is very warm, welcoming, professional and do what the can to make you happy. There are tons of amenities and recent upgrades have recently been completed as well. I love that the complex is in O4W and centrally located to VH, Inman park, L5P and our backyard is the beltline. Im thankful that I ignored previous reviews and came to visit this property last year and sign a lease. As with any apartment complex you have occassional incidents of loud neighbors or running into people that arent too friendly in the hallway but thats just apartment life. I love that I can call Block Lofts home for now.
