Contracted and payed 50% deposit for the bride and groom getaway transportation for my daughters wedding.The car arrived one hour late. No champagne in the car. No call to inform me or the wedding coordinator to let us know what was going on! When we were finally able to connect with a dispatch operator on the wedding night we told three times over a 40 minute period that the driver was just pulling off 400 and was 10 minutes away.Very disappointing to say the least. There were no additional charges and my deposit was returned after several request but the getaway moment was ruined. The lack of communication and poor service was inexcusable.

I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are with Cooper Global. We contacted Cooper Global on the recommendation of Chateau Elan, where we were staying for a wedding. From the time we set things up with Mike McNeff in late March, until we arrived in Atlanta in May, the communication, assistance and overall concern with customer service and customer satisfaction was wonderful.The service was excellent and our drivers, both when we got to Atlanta and when returning to the airport for our return flight to Reno, were professional, courteous, helpful, and happy/pleasant people. They were prompt, accommodating and friendly, even when we had to wait longer than normal for our lost luggage at the Atlanta airport when we arrived!!I intend to use Cooper Global again later this summer when Atlanta is once again in our plans. Attempted to hire a bus for my upcoming wedding. Spoke with Mike on April 5th, who instructed me to email him an outline of the day. I sent him a very detailed outline on April 6th. Never heard back, so I sent a follow-up email on April 13th. Again, never heard back. I finally called Mike again on April 27th. He answered and said he was busy, but that hed call me back. He did call me back a few hours later and told me he was super busy, but that hed have my quote in the next couple days. I told him that would work, but that we are looking to make a decision on transportation very shortly. As you probably guessed, the next few days passed without ever receiving the quote. I waited several more WEEKS before I emailed Mike again and told him that I understood they were busy and short staffed, and requested that he just let me know if he wouldnt be able to get me a quote. Its been over a month since I sent that email, and still havent heard back from him. No email. No phone call. Mike was a nice guy, so I was happy to work with him initially, but as the weeks rolled by and I got no response despite several attempts to reach out and despite his verbal commitment to get me a quote, I grew concerned about what Id do if my wedding guests were stranded outside of the hotel because the bus just didnt show up. Who would I call? Maybe their service is great once you get things booked, but working with these guys for an important event seems pretty risky given my experience. Hopefully everyone else has better luck than I did.

I use them at least 4 - 5 times a month for work and they are always fantastic. Punctual and competent. I also appreciate the reconfirmation emails/texts that let you know the driver has been dispatched and when they have arrived.

I enjoyed working with Tiffany to help plan the transportation portion of Mary and Erics wedding. She was helpful and easy to work with. The drivers for the wedding day were efficient, on time and super polite. I look forward to working with Cooper Global again soon!

Great experience with the friendly driver, car was clean and ride was enjoyable.

We rode one of their charter buses from Atlanta airport to Tuscaloosa, Alabama for an entire 6th grade class and parents. The air-conditioner was not working at all in the bus. The driver was rude. He pulled over on the interstate after complaints and did something in the back so that it would at least circulate air, but it did not cool at all. Don’t make the same mistake. Choose another charter bus service.

I have been using Cooper Global for the past few years and their service is outstanding! Their rates are a little higher but you get what you pay for. When I book my reservations the staff is always accommodating and resourceful and the drivers are always exceptionally early. Additionally, the level of professionalism from every driver I have had the pleasure of riding with always goes above and beyond my expectations. Most recently one of my drivers, Brandon really shined and I certainly recommend him and the rest of cooper global when making your transportation plans!

A driver in one of their buses just tried to run me off the road. I guess he thought he had the right of way because he was bigger than me.I dont think anyone wants a road raging chauffeur.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Where do I begin?!?! One of our two drivers arrived with an attitude. Not wanting to go to the places listed on the invoice. Drivers drop us off at the Braves game and it starts raining. It rained for AT LEAST an hour before we left the game. We arrive back to the buses at 8:45 pm, only to find out that NEITHER bus driver closed any of the windows. All the seats on both buses were completely soaked. On top of that there was no light on the bus to see anything on the bus. BEWARE!!! You get what you pay for.

Johan DeLeeuw treats people like dirt and refuses to honor his part of the deal! This man is a con-artist, dont expect to get a call back either.

Thank you Jeff Moore for the excellent customer service last night, and today. You kept me out of the rain and got me to my destination on time both occassions. Customer service times 1000!

Our company will be entertaining clients at the Masters in Augusta and Ive had to contact Cooper Global several times to make changes due to client cancellations and other uncontrollable factors. I even booked one day twice. Each time Ive contacted them with changes or help, they have been so patient and courteous. Allison walked me through correcting my double booking and after each call, assured me I could contact her as many times as I needed. That experience in itself, is worth a 5 Star!

One of the worst limo companies i have had to deal with. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. My boss was traveling with them and I called to find out where the driver was, their response was we cant contact our driver and we will let you know when and if he makes it on location. They had me on hold for 30 minutes and then eventually hung up on me and then stopped answering my calls. My boss was stranded at the airport. Worst customer service ever.

I’m editing this as of Jan 2019. Now that I have learnt the times and know all the drivers and established a rapport with them, they’re great.

Hennessy Transportation did a splendid job for us! I spent over a month speaking with companies to provide my Canada based firm with transportation for 4 days for a 7 week period. Hennessy was great. I worked with Kirkley Hennessy of the company family and he was always responsive and gave me tremendous advice! My company treated me like the hero thanks to them.
