O’Callaghan was recommended by our daughter. We called and had a positive experience immediately. The person (Andy?) that answered the phone was courteous and professional. Carl, the service representative, called and he also was also very professional, helpful and courteous. When Carl came to the house, he immediately got to work and we now have our AC working again. A positive experience all the way around O’Callaghan has a new customer! We look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Ive been using them for years and have never had an issue getting someone out. They stay on top of maintenance better than I do and call when Im due. I know nothing about HVAC but I do trust these guys to be honest when it comes to repairs.

I have been a loyal customer for 35 years, and wouldn’t use any other company. From consultation and installation through repair and maintenance they have done it all. I highly recommend their maintenance plan - they have always come the same day for all needed repair services - summer or winter - and I have never had an issue with their performance .... for 35 years!!! Also like that they typically send the same repairman who has my history and knows my systems (I have 4) so I don’t spend time explaining. If I could give O’Callaghan 10 stars I would!!!!!

The technician, Antonio, was so on top of things, from the moment he arrived. He was personable and professional, listened carefully, offered suggestions when things werent coming together (My Nest Thermostat wont connect with the wi fi in the house, suddenly), got the unit going and also pointed out some maintenance items that needed to be done. An hour later I was up and running and caught up on maintenance.

They were timely and extremely professional, explained the service and did an amazing job.

Our heat went out on Christmas Eve morning, when it was projected to be as low as 30 degrees Fahrenheit in the evening. I called OCallaghans at 9:30 AM and they were here at noon. They fixed the problem in 30 minutes and left. The service man was very professional, clean, and careful. He showed me the problem so if it happened again I could resolve it. I did not expect such good service, especially on Christmas Eve when everyone has family to be with. Absolutely would recommend them and will definitely use them again.

OCallaghan HVAC have serviced our system under contract since 1995, consistently exceeding expectations. They kept our original 1989 unit running smoothly until 2017. Contract customers receive priority visits in case of emergency, but we have never had to use this. The technicians are always on time, professional and courteous. Now they are wearing masks and distancing carefully.

OCallaghan is a 5 star plus A/C company, AC goes out next day service tech Antonio after a full day keeps a late afternoon appointment in the rain. He could have rescheduled for another day and I would not blame him, 45 minutes later A/C is cooling again great service and fair price. I Highly recommend them.

Ive never given OCallaghan the credit they deserve. Every time I need something done on my AC I always make them earn it. What do I mean?I always look other places first, I always get multiple quotes. OCallaghan always beats them by a long shot.On the first system they replaced for me I felt the system was fine, I had 13 quotes and they were lowest. When we sold the house, the home inspector said they did some things not up to code. I called OCallaghan to complain and they had someone at my house within 2 hours to prove that inspector was not only WRONG in what he said but we basically proved he never went into the crawl space to even make the comments he did.OCallaghan has a customer for life.Now with my new unit, I find they have 0% interest if I finance through them and the quote on my system is thousands of dollars lower than the other quote I had (from costco)There are rare occasions in life where you find that the best company you can hire to do a job is also the most fairly prices, reliable and trustworthy and this is one of them. I challenge you to find another 5 star AC company out there who can live up to OCallaghan.. it wont happen

Look, if you found my review, congrats, youve found the best AC place in Atlanta. Honestly. They are that good. When my wife and I had to replace our AC system we got 8 quotes and OCallaghan was lowest so we went with them and then got their yearly maint service.Weve loved them ever since, they did a fantastic job installing our AC system.When we sold the house the inspector said that they didnt install something up to code and they came out within 2 hours to prove him wrong. They are really great. I wish they would advertise and have something online so more people would know about them. Everyone Ive ever met that used them thought they were awesome.
