Very unprofessional!! The techs came to my house to install my new unit on Friday. Instead of ringing my front door bell, to let me know they were here, I just happen to notice someone in my backyard. I live in a townhome, and you have to pass through 2 of my neighbors yards to get to mine. W/O my consent or even discussing it w/ me, I see a truck backing into my yard. Next, I hear loud music being played, that probably wouldnt have had a problem w/ it, but I work from home and was trying to work. I didnt say anything until I heard the lyrics...now Im hearing profanity playing loudly, like this was cookout, oppose to an actual job!! I had to let them know that was unacceptable at my home and to change the music, which they did, but I could tell the one guy had an attitude w/ what I said.Anyway, again Im having a new unit installed and I assumed that an air filter would be included. Regardless, no one had mentioned prior to today that I should purchase one. The new unit is bigger than my old unit, so I would have needed to know the size of the filter needed before hand to have it today. Again, no one mentioned anything prior about me providing my own filter. So, the work is completed , they leave and I go to buy the new filter only to come back and not be able to remove the l piece where the filter goes. It has been glued shut!!! Its bout 6pm now and I know there office is closed, so I text the main technician Steve (whom I really didnt have a problem with, it was his counterpart) and he said he will see if he can get someone to come back over. No one came back on Friday, so I text Steve on Saturday morning, he said that someone will come today and call me when theyre en route. About 7pm, I text Steve to see if anyone was still coming . He apologized and said the guy would come tomorrow and if not, he would personally handle it.Well, the guy came, same guy who helped Steve w/ the install on Friday. After he installed the filter, I simply said thank you, I appreciate you for coming, his response, What, no tip?, shocked at what I had just heard, I responded, nah this is good customer service. He responded again, So, I guess I just work for free! You dont get anything free from Amazon! WHAT??? Again, this is the technician I just paid to install my new unit!! Im looking like, WHAT???Now, Im PISSED!! This guy is clearly old enough to be my father. He should know better. But since you want a tip...here yah go!! I proceeded to tell him that I was going to turn a blind eye to his unprofessional behavior on Friday, while providing a service that I was paying for, but after this back and forward exchange of words between the technician and myself (the customer) I cant not report his behavior and comments!!I had no problem w/ Steve, but this older guy whos name, I never got, shouldnt be servicing peoples homes w/ his bad attitude and lack of professionalism!! Not happy w/ the level of customer service I received!!

Outstanding I had 2 companies who came out to work on my Air and they had no clue Mechanical came out and fixed the problem in 1 hour, the young man name Steve Wilson was so professional and he knew his job very well
