They made the process easy. The woman that help my wife and I had been a CPA for the town for years. She was able to help us “maximize” our refund. We did our return on TurboTax last year and was able to do okay. This lady was great in finding out how to get the most money back from taxes and took the time to explain in detail what was going on.

Gift tax exemption form to expensive $400 plus is not even reasonable for one form. Have been a customer for over 25 faithful years and no loyalty discount and any additional forms costs are ridiculously high .

13 years i been doing taxes 2016 and 2017 i went to H&R. now being Audited by the IRS for both years. on top of that i did taxes back in feb, here it is 2nd week in may and still have not got my re fund. on top of that they charge u almost 400 to do taxes. and if thats not enough H&R almost F#*$@d me out of $5000. bye a mistake done on there end. but they didnt care they already had there cut. never again will i go back to H&R ever.!
