The best part of the experience was that it was surprisingly quicker than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they were able to get the job done, with excellent quality work. As far as I can tell everything they did to my vehicle, was done right and done with care. When the gentleman came to the waiting area and asked me if Id like to take a look that his job on my vehicle, I was grateful. He briefly showed me everything that was going on and asked me if I would like to pay to get a couple more minor things done to the car that is seriously needed.. I told him that I would get I would come back and pay to get it done as soon as possible, I just didnt have the money on me at the time.But to make a long story short everything was great with them if I had to choose one thing its just the prices are a tiny bit high. And Im sorry but thats just my honesty. Thank you very much.

We were here visiting from Ohio and came in for an oil change. Our van had been making some noises before we got there and we found out that the water pump was leaking. Ive been having my vehicle serviced here for over 2 years now. I always appreciate the honesty by Deven who Ive interacted with the most. Hes never tried to get me to have services done that arent necessary, which Ive experienced at other service stations. Everyone there has been friendly and honest. I appreciate the time each tech there takes to go over everything as well. I, like most people Id imagine, like being informed, and you all do that well.

Mechanics and customer service rep are so understanding and level headed when Im panicking over my car issues. Great attitudes and overall positive energy within the establishment. I love that the mechanics are willing to break things down for me because I like to know what is happening and why but only have basic knowledge. They are more than willing to tell me whats going on with my car in a way I can understand. Really appreciate their patience with me while Im nervous about whats broken.Devin and Avery are the two automotive technicians that helped with my car and they are fantastic. And Tina is always pleasant to everyone. Ive had really great experiences with them all and will be bringing my car in for maintenance again

My experience was great. Great customer service and they took care of my vehicle. The women at the desk was very nice. Only thing I had problems with was a quote for my oil change over the phone and was stumped when I went to choose my oil inside. Paid more than my quote, which had me a little offset.

I had the terrible misfortune one time here of having my fuel pump die after an annual inspection. It was clearly on its way out as evidenced by trouble starting in the past, and Ive had these die on me before in other cars. A very expensive thing to happen in many vehicles, but the staff at Spee-Dee rose to the occasion and replaced the fuel pump at a fraction of the cost I anticipated. Thankfully enough, that SUV has an access hatch above the pump, so changing it was much easier than the typical removal of the gas tank. A fact they told me of right up-front, and yes, the estimate was very good and accurate. In and out, no problem.

On the way home after a winter tire change over, lost a wheel cover that they put on incorrectly. A few days later I noticed the coolant cover was missing after getting an oil change. Inexcusable. Only reason i am giving a 2 star instead of 1 is because this is the first time I have had a problem in many times going to them. Its partially my fault for not checking before I left, but they should know better.

Went and had my oil change and state inspection..they overfilled my radiator during the checks they do. My radiator hose blew off causing my radiator to completely empty out filling my motor bay with antifreeze. Now have motor issues with power loss while driving and my CEL,traction control are steady on. Brake and cruise control are current flashing lights. Been having issues with my car ever since. Not happy with this at all.

New to the area. I tried a few other places that post signs with low prices and none really charge what they advertise. Went to SpeeDee in Athol and they were up front and did what they said. I recommend them to everyone I talk to that needs work done on their car.

1st time customer. Staff is super friendly. Greeted right away and my vehicle was immediately taken in. Extremely clean inside and out. Within a few minutes the mechanic came into the waiting area and called me put to the garage and introduced himself and every person working on my car (3 or 4 guys) and told me what each person is doing for my car. Then he went through what my car needed from their oil change service. Cant beat the customer service here. Very satisfied and I will be returning my business in the future.

Awful experience, brought my car in and about 2,000 miles later I have no car cause it blew up because they’re was a light blue substance in my coolant. And when I called and asked there coolant color they told me it was yellowish green and when I asked what is an light blue fluid they have and the man told me windshield washer fluid so that means one of the employees put windshield washer fluid in my coolant so thank you speedee!

Quick and trust worthy. They always do an amazing job and go the extra mile to make sure the customer is always satisfied with their work.

Paid $92 for a full synthetic oil change service. Didnt fill the washer fluid... Didnt check the tire pressure... Didnt check the air filter or cabin air filter... So I paid almost 100 for oil and an oil filter. Receipt says they checked the transmission fluid, but its a sealed system. Highly disappointed. Sign outside says Best service around. If youre going to be the best then you need to at least provide the service that customers are paying for.Your tech did not bring me out and if he put 8 quarts into my car then we will have issues.The point of my review is for you as the business owner/manager to see that your employees are not providing consistant service. If i only wanted oil and a filter, I would have done it myself. Either you are straight up lying in your reply to me or you are looking at the wrong vehicle. I will give you the benefit of the doubt. Do the right thing and make sure your employees are doing their job.

Girl behind the counter was rude, whoever did the oil change messed up and I was leaking oil for a week after. crazy long wait for inspection just for them to only look at the car and say they wouldn’t inspect it because it would fail.. but the guy up the street passed it no questions asked. Two local car businesses tell their clients not to go here !

Gave specific instructions regarding the shift knob that were not communicated to the employee inspecting my car. He spent 5 minutes revving my car in 6th gear instead of reverse and blamed me for wasting his time. It cost $1600 to put that transmission in, thinking of the potential damage makes me cringe. Cant recommend.
