There is a lady that works there by the name of Laurie, she is the most rude customer service person I have ever dealt with! I went there today to ship off some things and I asked her to help me as I had never shipped anything off before, I did not have my things boxed up because I was waiting to purchase boxes when I got there. She told me that this was unacceptable and that they dont box things at the post office they only ship them and that may be true but I wasnt asking her to package anything I simply wanted to purchase the boxes and borrow her tape to close the boxes and put my label onto the boxes. She acted like I was the worst person in the world just because I wanted to borrow her tape and instead of letting me borrow them she snatched the box and taped it herself. She treated me so badly it almost brought me to tears but I held my head high! Maybe I was a little ignorant as to how to ship but shes a Federal Employee she is paid to help people when they are unsure of what to do. There were a few of her regulars in line behind me that giggled when she talked down to me, Ive never been so humiliated in my life. It was THAT bad. I also noticed that she treated her white customers better than me so I hate to say it but I believe there was a hint of racism at play. I will never go to her again Id rather go to the actual post office surely there are more caring employees there.

LOVE this place, USPS without having to go to the USPS! right off I65 I dont have to go into town, and they have been very helpful when I need odd things for my equipment.
