The store was very packed and at times very hard to maneuver your way through certain sections due to the clutter, especially for what little variety and selection they had.They had an extremely limited selection and amount on hand for any birthday celebration gender reveal or celebration of any kind.The best thing I can say about the store is the staff is extremely nice and tries to help even with what little selection they have.They were very kind.

Received basket of plants sadly they are all dying in less than a week, received the same type of basket from another florist same plants same time and they are all doing beautiful have taken care of all of them the same way live way out of town so bringing them in is not an option just sad because I know how much they cost poor quality plants I guess

Went in to have florist make a bouquet for my daughter’s prom. Maybe I wasn’t specific enough but for such a special occasion maybe one should ask for specifics but 🤷🏼‍♀️I’m also not a florist so all we can do is trust that they know what you are looking for. I picked up the cheapest, gaudy bouquet I have ever seen. I am giving a review because I don’t want anyone else to get the short stock like I did. Very disappointed and will never use them again.Update: After leaving my review the florist responded and made no attempt to make things right. I stick to my original review, I will not use them again. Leaving a review for a business is not something one should be shamed for. I read reviews often when I need help deciding which business to use. I am not from Athens so most businesses are new to me and I am depending on others reviews.

I ordered 2 deliveries online. One in Athens and one in Tyler. I got a call from a rude young man saying he couldn’t get to Tyler until 2 days later. It’s not really specific on their page whether they can do out of town deliveries, so I just assumed that I could do all my flower “shopping” in one place. After I told him I would like to cancel, I called another florist and they delivered in Tyler for me. I never got notification whether my other order delivered or not...I just learned my lesson and will never order from this florist again. I think if you have a rude employee and you have complaints, then you should change employees. I will never use them again:

I made a mistake and ordered flowers online for guaranteed same day delivery. After the cut off time for same day delivery anywhere else I found out there was problems and my flowers wouldn’t be delivered till the next day. I canceled that order and did what I should have done to begin with. I called Always in bloom after their cut off time and explained and asked if they could help an hour later my sister had beautiful flowers delivered to her work and it was a great price. Thank you so much Always in bloom for your great service and help!

I ordered flowers over the phone for my daughter birthday, I wanted the 70.00 basket with multiple spring colors, that’s not at all what she received, I called and they said that they are limited right now, then why wasn’t I told this before I paid the 70.00 plus. I found out that they are new owners, always in Bloom have sold to new people and this is why, I will never order there again, dishonesty is not the way

I cannot understand the negative experiences reported here...I placed an order with this company today. Im not a flower guru, but my wife is. Once I described what I wanted as a funeral memorial, I put my wife on the phone to describe what I wanted. The lady spent a long time on the phone - politely described what was available. - and created a product that was nice and had a reasonable price.I will not be able to attend the service. If I find any reason to amend this report, I will do so.Im happy...

I was not happy with the Mothers Day arrangement I sent to Mom and called them with my concerns. They were very nice and offered to send another arrangement. This one I loved and they even up graded my order.

My wife and I have utilized the professional floral services of Always in Bloom for many years (along with our church) and they have always been reliable; even for late notice requests. I highly recommend them.

Ordered Homecoming Mum and staff was very helpful. Picked it up today and Im very pleased with the way it turned out!

DO NOT GO HERE! My mother went in to get a few things and the lady behind the counter had her hand on her hip and said What do you need?! in the rudest tone, completely acting like she was too busy to help out a potential customer. What she didnt know what that my mother had just lost her brother two days prior and was in there to get a few things for his funeral. THINK ABOUT YOUR ATTITUDE when you work at a florist, you might be dealing with people who have just lost a loved one. IDIOTS. Do not give these people business, they DO NOT care about you and your situation.

Horrible customer service. Person answering the phone was rude throughout the entire conversation. When a call was made later, the girl was still rude, asking to speak to the manager/owner, the girl laughed and told her that I wanted to talk to the manager. The manager got on the phone and proceeded to tell me that the clerk would only be nice to someone who was nice to her. Unbelievable!! If you want good customer service you might want to try Expressions. :)

Great place for gifts, party & wedding supplies, they have a little bit of this and a little bit of that .Cost $-$$$$

I have been using Always in Bloom as my florist for several years. I have always been pleased with their floral arrangments, customer service and their willingness to help me out for any last minute requests.I recently had a special request for some flowers to be delivered to a nearby town, Frankston, Tx. Shane was more than happy to deliver them for me...the same afternoon.
