Was very rough and made me bleed. Painted the dip on my fingernails and left a mess. It looks horrible! I’ve never had nails that looked so bad. Cut my nails down way too far, and they aren’t even.

I have been getting my nails done for YEARS! I use to love coming here bc they were good. The new owners are not good. First time after new ownership I was the first one in on a Saturday morning, took them over 3 hours to do my nails. Today I went for an overlay and toes painted… they tried to charge me $70 … I asked the guy with the “eye” why… and he said he added extra that cost more.. I told him I didn’t ask for that….he shut me down and said “I’m not gonna argue with you” and grabbed his stuff and LEFT! The lady was very sweet and discounted $5… are you kidding me?!? Ugh… needless to say I will NOT be going back.

This place was very awful. different people kept switching between my nails, after my nails were “done” i could completely see through them and i asked the lady to fix them and she “did” but they still look bad. the girls nails beside me looked amazing. i don’t know why mine just looked awful but i definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. i think there was one nice employee. they also kept turning away customers and telling them to come back while staff was just walking around not doing anything

The male technician that finally began to work on me, (after 3 different people approach me on what I want), he was horrible from the start. Harshly worked on me, skipped procedures that should have been performed for the option I paid for. It was a bad experience. I would not recommend this place. Its sad as this was a place I used to always get good service from. The staff has changed and the service is poor.

They used to be really good until they started getting all new people. When I get a fill-in they never completely fill-in my entire nail and I always have to go back earlier than needed to get them done again. I usually pay $30 for a fill-in and he charged me $35 just because I got them cut down. And when painting my nails, one got messed up and he never fixed it correctly and didn’t let me dry the clear core on the messed up nail and so I left with the nail messed up. He lectured me on how to hold my hand inside the LED light so I wouldn’t mess up my thumb nails anymore. Super sad about this as I’ve been a continuous customer ever since their business opened. :(

I got my nails done 2 weeks ago by a male technician in the store he was wonderful. I was charged 35. Second time back this month and I was charged 45(note same process and style was done like last time) by the owner in an effort to still make a tip after making me bleed. I paid but from now on I will make sure to go elsewhere.

I read where people are saying prices has gone up. I’m in the beauty industry and yes we have to raise out prices as ours vendors have almost triple our cost on products. A price raise is necessary for a small business to survive.

DJ nails have changed owners. Lisa is no longer there. The workers are extremely overwhelmed due to the customer need. My pedicure was rushed and I was very unhappy with the manicure. The prices have gone up and I was not happy with the overall atmosphere. I have also noticed that one guy always talks customers into getting a whole new set because he says there current nails are in bad shape (hence more money) the whole place seemed very stressful. I hate to say but I will start shopping for another place to get my nails done. So sad because I really like the location ....

I was once charged $60 dollars 3 weeks later charged $90 for the same length and style and my nails started poppin off 4 days later after I got them done neverrrrr again

Male tech cut my toenails down into the skin layer.I paid for a full pedicure and manicure and received an express for both services.The place was not clean.It seems that has been a change in management from previous times and it is not a positive change.
