It’s hard to believe that a facility that treats mental health could be this unreliable and unprofessional. First appointment went well, it was the standard interview type appointment gathering background information. Follow up was scheduled two weeks later. I had the appointment card with the date and time, the secretary forgot to schedule the appointment in the computer. Rescheduled that appointment for today at 1100. Sitting here in the parking lot at the business is closed. Their voicemail just goes in a loop. There are not many options for someone with private insurance. Guess going to Chattanooga or Knoxville.

My appointment with a counselor was rescheduled 3x before I just gave up trying to talk to anyone. Best to look somewhere else for treatment/counseling.

Im glad my mental health isnt to a point of being uncontrollable by myself. Total lack of care for me and my want and need for therapy. Id just as soon talk to my neighbor and get better advise...which I have.
