So we hired another new cleaning service to clean our offices, 2 locations for now, and nobody cared because weve hired and fired a dozen of them. But the day after Your Fresh Start Cleaning Service started, our company chat lit up with talk about them! People were raving about sticky spots being gone and how the place smelled better and then they started exchanging photos of the little details and personal touches that impressed them. Ive never had that response to a new cleaning service, ever! Teather Morris, owner, and her team are hard workers and great people. Smart and organized, she pays her all-or-mostly female staff a solid living wage, more than the minimum, and the resulting work has been nothing short of excellent! I waited for a few weeks before posting this review just in case, but her people are consistently good and my staff is very happy with them.

The team arrived on time and promptly unloaded their equipment and supplies. The team leader did a walk-through of the house with us so that we were all on the same page with respect to what was to be done. They set to work immediately and were efficient, thorough and professional in their work. We had another walk-through when the team was finished to ensure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. The entire experience was great from start to finish and we couldnt be more pleased with how the house looks. I highly recommend the company; we will definitely have them back.

I can’t speak highly enough about Teather and her team. They were so kind and thorough. I don’t think my house has ever been this clean. They got things clean that I was never able to clean sufficiently. And the icing on the cake is that all the girls cleaning were so sweet and really took pride in their work.

I had an emergency out of state and needed a clean apartment before I returned. I was able to get on the schedule quickly, and Candyn did an excellent job. Things were picture perfect when I walked in the door. I was very pleased and would definitely use them again!

Yesterday was my deep cleaning service. An army of cleaners in pink shirts arrived. My house was thoroughly cleaned and I was notified of a few things of which I was unaware. This is a great service, especially for an area that you use infrequently. Thank you ladies!

They started with a deep clean and it went wonderfully, then we had a maintenance clean. Jade did a beautiful job; the house is sparkling clean and it smells so fresh!!
