Ive been here maybe four times and have absolutely nothing to complain about. The service is always incredibly friendly and helpful, and they really know their stuff. I guess if I had to find a negative, it would be that the room is a bit small and can be crowded at times, but the kindness and friendliness of the staff make it an enjoyable place to be. This place is well run, well organized, and well maintained.

I’m not sure what the folks with 1 Star or giving bad reviews. Went in there today for a public notary. The woman there was more than helpful and found me the cheapest shipping rates. Great experience.

This place is horrible! My husband went in to ship a 2 oz bottle of vitamins back to the company and he was charged $18! They charge for a box and peanuts which is fine but they also charged him $5 to put it in the box! She never told him that he could avoid this charge if he packaged the item himself! I have always known that they were outrageously high on shipping but I will definitely never step foot back in this place! I don’t mind paying for goods and services but I never expected to be robbed by someone just to put a bottle in a box and tape it it up with tape and a box that I paid for! These people should be ashamed!

This lady charges wayyy too much. $5 to package something I had already bubble wrapped. Never going back.

Very High Ship rates.. wanted $49 to ship my package with UPS... I went 1/2 mile away and shipped with another Large UPS retailer for only $25.00! $24.00 savings! Later ,I checked on UPS site and sure enough the listed shipping rate(listed on website) was $25.. but some shady retailers add very LARGE additional fees.. Beware of pakmail

Great fast hones service, if the USPS can do it cheaper, they will let you know. But usually Im there because I dont want to wait in line at the USPS

Came in desperate 1 minute before closing time and the lady helped me and never once acted bothered by helping me. This place is great because of the ladies that work there!!

Absolutely sad. Misinformed, ignorant. Waste of time and money for the company. If I was the employer I would be upset. Will not ever return. Some businesses thrive when they mind their own businesses.
