My wedding reception plans changed within 30 days of the big day due to Covid. Bedrock came through BIG TIME! We rented tents, tables, chairs, lights and a bar. Their communication through the whole process was fantastic, and their professionalism from the office to field employees was top notch.

Saved the day! I had water issues after a recent rain that flooded my basement. The crew at Bedrock told me exactly what I needed, got me out quickly and even checked on me to see that everything was going Ok . It was nice to have someone follow up and they seemed to genuinely care in my moment of panic. Thank you, Bedrock!

Very disappointed in this company. Bridgeport equipment will work with you much better. Also they will not charge you an arm and a leg for delivery and gas not used. They also didnt attach the hitch correctly and almost left with it not being corrected. Gave a machine in which couldnt be used for the job (they were aware of what we were looking for)Need a good rental company, who will work with you? Call bridgeport. Honest, reliable and a better all around company.

I rented a sander and it just blew my fuses each time I turned it on. They would not refund me my money, saying it was a bad fuse. It wasnt a bad fuse, I have had multiple things plugged in that outlet that ran fine. Never renting here again.

Building a house so I am renting alot of tools from these guys. Great selection and any problems that have come up have been handled quickly. Highly recommended.

I rented several times from equipment to tools. Ive only had minor issues, nothing big. Low hydraulic liquid ect. Overall the equipment is well maintained and they have bailed me out in a pinch.

Ive rented equipment for years with bedrock. They have helped me out many times, great people and service!
