NO support! NO replies! NO communication!I have purchased a couple of their modules. I understand there will be glitches and configuration issues. What I dont understand - non-responsive support.What is a reasonable time to reply to a support ticket? 24 hours? 48 hours? a week? Email them - try it yourself!Call them - I got hung up on today and told they will get back with me in the past... phone still not ringing!They dont support their modules or give support - once bought - you are on your own!That small support issue ignored could be the next big fish you let get away!

I contracted with BCS Engineering to write a mod for my X-cart shopping cart to implement LVL II API support for my payment provider. They were very efficient in reviewing the work needed and providing an estimate of the time needed to implement the work.Their programmer started the effort on schedule, though once I found out all the information I would have to provide and additional government tax filings Id have to perform, I decided the additional discount for this type of support wasnt worth it for my company.BCS Engineerings costs to implement the support was very reasonable, though it was my decision to stop the effort 1/2 way through. BCS Engineering quickly refunded my CC with the difference in what I had paid and the work they had done to the time I cancelled my request.I have worked with BCS Engineering multiple times in the past several years, and have always been impressed with their skill levels and professionalism.I highly recommend them to any one needing X-cart shopping cart modifications written.

I saw the above review today and found it to be a complete misrepresentation of this company. I have dealt with BCS Engineering before and they went above and beyond to assist me.I purchased the mobility template from them on sale for around £100. They immediately detected that the customised X-cart version I was using would not work with the template. Within a few days they had re-written the templates code to conform to my version in lieu of my version conforming with their product. This additional work was done pro bono.In summary, this is the greatest company to deal with for x-cart modules and additions. I will be making future purchases soon.
