I have been going to this facility for laser treatments for a little over a year and every time facility is really clean and following covid guidelines plus their customer service is excellent. I had been pushing back on getting laser because I was afraid it wouldn’t work but it sure does and it is awesome not to have to deal with it anymore. If you’re holding off on laser for the same reason I would recommend you do it because it does work and this facility is the best they always have reasonable prices and packages. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

May work for some people, but didnt work for me. My wife purchased a set of 6 one-hour sessions as a gift for me to remove hair on my back. According to the owner, Rachae, the 6 sessions should have worked with an additional follow up session a year later to touch up and maintain results. It appeared to be working, but a few months after the final session the hair grew back. The owner was perfectly happy to sell me more sessions, but I would rather try another location, since I did not receive the expected results that the owner said I would. Perhaps it wouldve worked with more sessions, but thats not what was originally told to us. Perhaps it wouldve worked if the sessions lasted the full hour. The first session lasted about an hour, but the rest were more like 30 minutes, but still I always tipped. I wouldve rather paid more for the amount of sessions that were needed, rather than feel like I was being up charged when it didnt work. I still would have originally given more stars to the review, but the owners behavior since then forces me to give a one star due to lack of professionalism. My wife originally left a great review when things appeared to be working. After the hair grew back, my wife updated her review accurately and naturally lowered her star count, as most customers would. Thats when the owner decided to harass my wife with text messages and a cease and desist lawsuit! Ive never heard of a cease and desist lawsuit over a review. Be warned, if you choose to do business at this place, you may not get the results that are promised, but youll probably get more than expected if you dare leave an honest opinion of your experience. Expect harassing texts and maybe even a lawsuit if you leave less than 5 stars.Update: To the owner: Ive never met an owner who tried to sue someone over a review. You are making false claims about my wife and I and also about your text messages. I saw the hateful messages that you sent to my wife, and when she tried to block you, you would use a different number. I finally left a review because I wanted to warn people about you and how you conduct yourself. You claim to have no time for us and yet here we are going back and forth and youve hired representation? That right there would be enough to scare me away from ever doing business with you. You should drop this and move on.

Excellent. I have completed 3 treatments on my legs and armpits, and have virtually no regrowth! (No regrowth after the first session, actually!) Oh well.UpdateThe owner of this establishment apparently is very upset because her product did not work on my husband she has continually harassed me via text message on her phone in which I have blocked, and then now she has gotten another phone number and has used it to harass me via text message continuously. This owner is the most unprofessional business woman I have ever met.
