It was my first time and it was mostly ok, but I would have liked them to scrub my heals and side of my big toe better. I understand that it must be a boring job, but the frequent phone calls and gabbing amongst each other makes them distracted instead of doing their job well. They should value the customers better so that the customer wants to come back again.

Made an appointment for my husband and daughter and was asked to change it to a different time which was fine and we did but then when their appointment did come they still had to wait another 30 minutes before being seen. What is the point of even making an appointment if you are going to take on another client and make others wait even longer? The pedicure they received was rushed and not well done not to mention over priced. Definitely wont be returning or recommending to anyone.

My mom came here to get her nails done for my wedding and had the best experience. She usually gets her nails done at Brazilian salons who are professionals at removing cuticles and T&T nails did a great job! They convinced her to get acrylics for the first time and she loved them! Her manicurist even told her she could come back after the wedding to trim her nails. She was thoughtful and so humble. I’ll be coming here to do my nails once I move to Atascadero :)

By far the best full set of acrylics Ive ever gotten. The pedicure and environment were so relaxing and the ladies are very sweet! She made my eyebrows look beautiful with a quick and painless wax! I called ahead and they fit me right in. Five gold stars!!

I went to get a manicure here and I had the best experience. Diep did my nails and they look fantastic, She did such a clean job with the polish. I 100% loved my manicure. And I recommend Diep if you want to get your nails painted.

I was a first time customer, and needed an acrylic fill with gel polish. Diep was my manicurists, she was amazing. She pays attention to every detail and the margins on my nail were so clean. I will never go anywhere else. Friendly service and pleasant atmosphere.

The owner guy does a great job I got long stiletto nails and he was super cool fixing one when i broke a few days after getting them. I got long nails from them a couple times and they are great!

The person who did my toenails did an ok job. They are already starting to chip (I went yesterday) and the person who did my friends nails didn’t do them evenly. So now they look really weird. Also, one of the people working there had a dog and brought it to work. I got EATEN ALIVE by fleas. Also, I had to wait a pretty long time for anyone to do anything ( there was only a few other costumers there) I will not be going again.

Nothing but positive things to say about this place! I had the premier pedicure package with Tammy and she was great! Tammy is warm and friendly and does nice nail art. My favorite part of this experience was that the foot and calf massage portion of the pedicure lasted much longer than the typical five-ish minutes. I was a happy and relaxed customer at the end of the night with super cute toes!

I showed the lady a photo from Pinterest what nails I wanted but she told me they didn’t have the powders to do an ambre fade. She asked if i would do color instead and I agreed. She started doing my nails and when it got to applying the acrylic she seemed to have been having trouble doing it. She kept shaking her head and saying “I don’t know what happened today” and “it not a good day today.” Basically the equivalent to your hairstylist cutting your hair and them saying “oops”. But the acrylic was now on so there isn’t anything I can do now. After my nails were finished they looked okay but a while later I noticed that the color she painted wasnt covering the whole nail, my nails were too long and not even all the same length. I normally go to a different salon but I wanted to try something different. Guess that was a fail. I paid $45 for nails that I’m gonna get removed and redone the next day. I’m going back to my normal salon. Everyone seems to be praising Tammy in these reviews....I don’t think I got Tammy 🤷‍♀️

I made an appointment with Tammy today and when I went in for my appointment the only girl sitting there said she had no idea where Tammy was and sorry. What kind of place is this? You make an appointment and they dont even call or let you know that the person is out. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never again! And I was looking for a great place. What a bad start!

I didnt actually get services done, but the sign says walk ins welcome. So I walked in at 10:30 on a Saturday and they had one person working. Unfortunately he was busy at the time so he asked me to come back an hour later. Not a big deal, but I would expect more people to be working on a Saturday.

The next day the paint on my nails started chipping off.

30 minute wait turned into 1 and half hour wait. If I would have known this ahead of time I could have gone somewhere else. Never will I go on a Saturday. I understand the staff was trying to be nice in saying they could fit me in, but honestly would have been better.
