I have been working out at this gym now for close to 2 months. I have lost 4.5 inches around my waist and haven’t felt this good since high school and I’m 44 years old. The coaches are always there if you need support or have questions, whether it be about the workouts, diet, supplements, and basically just about anything. I have made friends and everyone there is like family and I always feel welcome with open arms. I HIGHLY recommend this gym, I will be here for the long haul and can’t wait for what my future holds!

I joined a 6-week challenge at Fusion and I got great results! The diet was beyond simple and the workouts were challenging. I loved the way they are always willing to modify the exercise to fit my needs. Both Christina and Lexi pay attention that I am doing each exercise correctly- to help prevent injuries. The classes are small and the members are very encouraging!

First week of this program and I lost 5 lbs. They do it all for you, all you have to do is the work. These ladies are amazing real to the core. 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

Great gym! Crazy workouts that you Have never done before. They continuously make you push yourself. I feel great after workouts and lost a lot of weight.
