Honestly it dont get much sweeter than this when it comes to dry cleaning this lady is amazing I hope someone steps in for the community and for her years of hard work serving the community she definitely deserves a predecessor that would carry on the wonderful blessing of cleaning our communities uniforms and all my dress clothes.

Absolutely phoning it in before they go out of business. Avoid them at all costs. They will tell you their machine is broken and then take your clothes to Longview and your order will be well over a week and not even offered a discount when late. Inconvenient hours and horrid staff. Happy to see the improvements that will be made in this neighborhood with this atrocity of a business gone, happy retirement.

Horrible. Terrible service. I know shes doing a lot of work alone but shes ALWAYS crass, always takes a week or more, and has zero sense of business. The dry cleaning machine is down. Dropped my items off on the 5th, no mention of machine being down at drop off. She took all of the dry cleaning to LONGVIEW, Washington, to an other dry cleaners! Where my items currently sit. Until Friday potentially.I was obligated to give this 1 star but I dont actually stand by it.

Fantastic dry cleaners and they DO fluff and fold! They also provide washer and dryer machines that are coin operated. They are only open 10am to 4pm Monday through Friday.

We are regular customers here but not no more the old laidy has done lost her mind just wanted to get a few loads done and the washers just took my money we asked for help and after explaining what happened unfortunately we never got to finish a sentence without her giving back rude remarks she called me a layer and that we didnt put money in I wish there was someone else here we could have asked for help we got nowhere with her attitude but she ended up fixing the problem by putting her own quorters in I would have told her I didnt pay for the last one yet but i feared she would yell at me so I just let her pay for the other half of my laundry If you go here and need help just take your money as a loss and leave its not worth it

Outstanding pleasant survice,.complete and ready to pick up when they schedule. Very reasonable hours, excellent job on my uniforms.

Laundromat side is now becoming expensive and never really crowded. The machines could use some maintenance and deep cleaning. Other than that its cozy with friendly employees and nice customers. There is a change machine and soap machine inside. I have not used the dry cleaning side yet.

Not very friendly or professional and kinda expensive

If i could give no stars i would. Was very clean, employees very nice. However, didnt go there for that. Washers dont spin out, clothes were soaking wet. I had to wring out as much water as I could. Dryers dont get hot, my breathe is hottier than the dryers. They give give me $2.00 in quarters, however it cost me over $10 to dry what should have cost me no more than $3.00 tops.1 twin comforter, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 2 thin throws and 2 very thin jackets like wind breakers just a little thicker.

Terrible service. The old hag basically kicked me out for just asking if they can dry clean my 700 dollar bape hoodie. She told me i need to return it.

We like to have our cleaning done here. They are efficient and courteous.

Expect a week turnaround time frame no matter what they say. Thought they were being exceptional by getting my dry cleaning done in two days, but they didnt communicate with each other. When I called about it the day it was suppose to be done, the lady helping me was rude, and I found out it wasnt going to be cleaned until the following week. Thankfully they went ahead and cleaned it by end of day. Also, bad customer service when I picked up my dry cleaning (no hello, thank you, or good bye). Oh, and my dry cleaning had random pieces of hair all over! I wont be returning to them even if they are only dry cleaners in Clatsop County!!

To many of their machines are always broke down and they have shorter hours open and now I see theyre not open on Saturday. Also Ive noticed that employees will come in and take an out of order sign off of a machine and use it. Im assuming there using it for the dry cleaning side.
