We were left in the dust by ICS. We reported everything and followed all the rules to a tee. We had no employment and we thought our rent was being paid because we never heard anything from the landlord OR ICS, now we are in default $3,000+ because of their lack of communication and not paying our rent when they should have been. Very unproffesional and disappointing. Dont make people worse off then they were!!!

Very helpful and friendly to find a home when you are on low income housing!

ICS works with people for housing assistance and other types of assistance. They do a great job with the volume of people they have to deal with on a daily basis. So many government assistance offices we visit are so cold and impersonal. Not the case at this place. If you need help or information HUD housing assistance this is the place to go. Located next to Red Robin Oneida Street Ashwaubenon.

Great program for our community to help people get back on there feet

These people want you to give your blood to get help and then refuse to answer any questions or contact you in a timely manner. Instead of saying that they help people with housing, they actually promote homelessness all under the rouse of county assistance nonetheless. Another scam of government funding at its finest.

They offer housing assistance and other assistance programs that are very helpful, however ​it seems like employee turn over is a huge issue which often leads to a lot of frustrated people contacting them multiple times for the same issues
