Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and to see if I needed anything!!!! THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! They sit down and explain every detail to you about everything from procedure to finances. Super clean building, and employees that all looked very professional and happy to be there. I strongley recommend them to anyone needing anything from cleanings to Dental work done.

The staff was super nice. They were all really friendly and it was a good experience. Dentists are expensive but management is amazing at helping you find ways to make payments and try to find whats right for you without paying you to go expensive for curtain products. I had a tiny cavity so I got a filling. The numbing solution works! I didnt feel a thing the entire time she was drilling my tooth. I also got started with Invisalign. The imaging was really easy and they have a promotion going on to give you $1500 off on it. They were all really excited for me and it was an awesome experience. Im definitely going there from now on.

This was the most pleasant experience I have EVER had at a dentist. From the dental assistant, to the hygienist, to the actual doctor. Every single person there was very helpful and informative. It was just my consultation, but I had everything single question answered. Im even excited to go back to get the work done! 10/10 would recommend!!!

I thought everyone was very friendly and that office just about 4 years ago was not very friendly. So I was pleasantly surprised! The appointment ran on time and they talked to me like an adult. I only had one complaint I heard a guy quoted a price for complete basic dentures at $795.00, I am just getting a bottom denture in the same basic type but, I am being charged $500.00 for one. A hundred dollars in a lot of money to me! It makes you wonder are people all axing different prices for the same services?

Absolute worst. Don’t expect things to be done right the first time. I had a crown re cemented last month after the dentist said it could definitely be put back in. One month later and it’s off again. How can a permanent crown only last a month?! Something was not done right by them if that’s the case. When we contacted them they basically said there is nothing they can do and wouldn’t fix it for me. So I wasted over $300 for nothing. Not a reliable place if that is the case… very disappointed in the dentist and aspen that they wouldn’t help me.

Great experience. I was a new patient walk in and they accommodated me as quickly as possible. Everything went smoothly and a plan was put into place to allow me to get the care that I need/needed. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental.

Disappointed with the finance situation. Hoped to have replacement upper dentures in a day or two. But Genesis credit wouldnt cover it, even though I payed off my full dentures last year. My damned dog ate my uppers! I needed help. Especially with memorial day weekend coming up. But I have to wait over a week for the replacement. I have good insurance and a solid job for 7 years. Screw Genesis credit and thanks for nothing, peckerheads!!

Such a great experience for my twins! The hygienist Alicia was very patient with them and took great care of them during their appointment! The front office staff was polite from the time we walked in to the time we left. I would so recommend going to Aspen Dental in Green Bay!

The most professional, comforting and informative dental experience Ive ever known. I have to have major work done and with high anxiety and nervousness, I felt taken care of and never judged. After not going to the dentist for over 5 years, I was finally able to afford to go and had good insurance for once. I knew I had a lot of issues that would need to be dealt with and my biggest fear was judgement. Every single employee of Aspen was pleasant, non-judgmental and SO helpful. They explained options for my dental care in terms i could understand and once again, never seemed rude or judgemental. The office manager helped me with looking into payment plans and deciding how to go about my plan of care. Once again-not pushy at all. For the first time ever, Im excited to go to the dentist and get on a better path to oral health!

This place is horrible I was scheduled to have a wisdom teeth removal, all 4 because they were impacting or close to impacting. I’m in the military and this would ensure deployment readiness. The doctor only took out 2 because he didn’t feel the ones that were close to impacting were “medically necessary”. Keep in mind none of this was mentioned until my wife was getting my sedated body into the car. Getting approved by insurance takes forever but I had managed to get all 4 approved, considering I may not always have a dental provider available where ever I’m stationed or deployed by the military. He didn’t care though, even after two doctors sent him recommendations for all 4 twice. Now I have to repeat the process, lose more money, and go through this all over again. If I even have time to because of training cycles throughout the year. Horrible experience and when I call to ask them to finish what they started they just keep giving me the run around.

Was denied a cleaning at my appointment. Apparently my teeth were too dirty to clean or they only clean good peoples teeth so they can get you out faster and get more patiets out to make more money. Not sure how that works do I get to bill them? Interesting practice of denying services where I have insurance to cover it. Notice they always respond the good comments here instead fixing the problem.

Aspen Dental have me a quote for dentures - for $8,000! The worst of it was when the finance girl pushed the estimate across the desk to me I only had to look at the bottom of the page for the total. I looked at her incredulously and asked, Youre not going to itemize this?. She had the temerity to reply, Oh, you wanted it itemized?. What? Are you kidding me? Has anyone reading this ever received a quote from ANYwhere that didnt itemize the quote? I told her that wouldnt be necessary and that was the end of thatprofession relationship. I could not have been more flabbergasted. Still debating on whether to call the states AGs office or BBB about that deceptive practice. Unreal.The dentist who initially saw me, Dr. Leyes ( the owner, no less) was seemingly in a hurry, and I knew that was a bad sign.Terrible business practices.

From the moment I walked in the door until I left everything was exceptional!!!! I was greeted by a fantastic professional person who guided me to how to get checked in. Next I was guided through the process of x-ray and each and every step of the way was explained fully and understandably. There really are no words to describe how impressed I was by the courtesy, friendliness, professional attitudes which permeate this practice Very Impressed!!!

I wish I could give less than one star.My son went for a routine cleaning, 1 month after his 19th birthday. He was charged $52 for fluoride treatment. Our insurance carrier no longer covers this treatment after the age of 19. Josh was unaware as he had never been charged previously. He was informed he must pay the $52.00 while at the office and he did not argue. Our insurance was not billed for the procedure and has a contracted amount of $23.00. I called the office 3 times on the day of service and the call taker was unwilling to help. i was told going forward Josh should opt out for the fluoride treatment. Josh was previously sold an at home rinse for $20 at his previous appointment. I believe these add ons are unnecessary given his dental history, being 19 years old and never having a cavity. Needless to say, my family has switched providers.

This was the worst place I have ever been. I had some major work done and it was my choice at first, but the dentist never even met me before the procedure (extraction of my four front teeth) to discuss a real treatment plan and smart options. And then it got way worse from there. They left a piece of temporary crown in between two of my teeth that they had to drill out for 45 minutes with the water drill with extremely sensitive teeth. It was incredibly painful, but they didnt care because I was interrupting their schedule. Guess me having to leave work in pain due to a large piece they left there stuck between my teeth didnt interrupt my schedule. Then they put on the permanent crowns (on my visible canine teeth), which were the entirely wrong color and didnt even look the slightest bit like real teeth. Just huge lumps of too white porcelain in the front of my mouth. But since the partial looked horrible too, they fit right into my new horrible smile. And I wont even go into the money thing. That is all they care about and I am researching all of the places I can file a complaint and hopefully get some money back to help pay for the real treatment I am now getting. Paid almost $3,000 for crowns I had for 4 months that I thankfully got cut off this week. Please dont ever go here. You are most likely going through enough and dont need this headache. I had to start all over and found out if I had gone to a more reputable place it would not have disrupted my life so much. Do these look like real teeth to you?

Was a customer of Aspen since 2014. In the past 12 months, in my 2 cleaning visits, service quality has dropped. I thought maybe a new hire/new grad was cleaning my teeth for the first time and would account for why the cleaning seemed so rough/painful. It had not been that way in all other visits. My repeat visit was another bout of rough/painful cleaning. Not long after, my wife went in for a routine cleaning as well, at 7 months of pregnancy. She declined routine annual X-rays being pregnant and having concerns of unnecessary exposure to our baby. She had X-rays performed with them the prior calendar year, within the past 12 months. They turned her away refusing to clean her teeth since she didnt want X-rays. She had taken PTO when she set that appointment up. I called to talk to a manager and was laughed at when I told them I was disappointed in their service for my wife. We have both changed dental providers and are much happier with our care having left Aspen Dental.

All about money. Uninformed staff. Nobody is on the same page. Charged for services never performed. Very expensive and zero customer service. Lots of excuses. Got a random bill a year after I left. Then demanding payment. Worst mistake of my life. Especially since I can not wear my denture. All for a low price of $10.500

My overall opinion on Aspen is that theyre all about the money!! I went to Aspen dental once. My insurance covered it and Ive heard of them before. One of my back molars would cause my mouth to hurt every time I ate, to the point I had to stop eating. My gums would get swollen. Lots of X-rays later... They said theres nothing wrong with it. Days later a small piece of my tooth broke off. They also said they couldnt fix ac I had unless I got a $4,000 deep teeth/gum cleaning procedure to remove plaque.Two weeks later I made an appointment with a different dentist. He can fix my two cavities, and my teeth look really good. I dont need a $4,000 painful procedure!!

The first visit was fine. It didnt hurt, but after the evaluation I was given a price for work on my teeth... I paid in full. The next day I get a call saying that its going to cost double. I cancelled any further work and requested my money back. Other than that the experience wasnt bad. Initial pricing needs to be accurate...

I paid 60 percent down to reserve a place to have my wisdom teeth removed. On the day of BEFORE the surgeon even removed them I paid the rest. Today I received a bill in the mail saying I owe $458.00. My quote was around $700.00, as I did not have any anesthetic. I’m curious to know why hundreds of dollars were suddenly tacked on with no explanation.

I called with a toothache, the receptionist was able to get me in right away. An x-ray was taken and the dentist looked at my x-rays and told me what needed to be done .I needed to have a tooth pulled. The office was able to get me back in the same day and I had my tooth pulled. The dentist seemed very experienced and confident in what she was doing which made me feel at peace !So far things are very good! The entire team was very friendly , careing , knowledgeable and helpful!I am very great full for the service!

When I was washing my dentures the upper slipped out of my hands and hit the ceramic tile floor. A piece broke off, I took them in and they were able to fix them good as new, in a couple of hours! The staff was /is so very kind, & helpful, which is so appreciated. Thank you 😊

Very pleasant...I was a bit surprised that the initial appointment did not include the cleaning but understood that the x-rays, etc. took time to review and to see what would need to be done, IF, something else had to be done besides the cleaning. However, they were able to schedule me the next day for the cleaning. It went very well. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental on Oneida Street as a dental place to visit.

For me, Aspen Dental is a great place to have Dental procedures. The staff are curtiuos and ready to help. They make you feel confident that you are in good hands. So far, I like this about them.

I went in for a check up. Everyone was friendly. The doctor wouldnt explain anything to me or my mother. When my mom asked questions he wouldnt give any answers. We had asked for charts. They wouldnt give us them. They had lied about the payment plan. They also didnt tell all of the treatment plan.

Experience was positive and informative. I do not have insurance and am a low income senior citizen. I will have to weight my options before I make any decisions. Thank you for everything.

The staff was very friendly, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. We paid for a discount card that pretty much only works at Aspen Dental, so that is where we went. Their prices are so high, even with the discount card, I dont know how anyone can afford them. The biggest problem was they cant do any of the major work there, they need to send me to an offsite surgeon, where my discount card does not work!

I was a little surprised that you dont get a cleaning on your first visit, but I completely understand now. On your first visit they walk you through the process step by step. Everyone is very friendly, professional and they make you comfortable. I was able to get multiple procedures scheduled, all within two weeks. Cleaning, fillings, fixing a broken tooth and a check up to see how my gums are healing. I highly recommend the Aspen dental on South Onidea Street in Green Bay!

The staff was great! I had a filling by the base of the tooth / gum-line. They matched the tooth perfectly! You cant even tell there was a filling there! Not even a line. The only problem I had was when they billed me. They overcharged me. If I didnt look over my receipt, they also would have charged the insurance more also! Hopefully this didnt happen to anyone else!

I had a great first experience at Aspen Dental in Ashwaubenon, WI. Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. Megan, Laura, and Dr. Lee made sure that all of my questions were answered and even stayed late at the office to explain the treatment that I need and to discuss costs. I would definitely recommend all of my family and friends to Aspen Dental for their excellent care.

I really dislike going to the dentist. I know my faults and the problems those faults cause and told the staff of my knowledge. At Aspen Dental it was wonderful not to get a lecture on those faults and problems. We are going forward to correct things. Positive feedback is sooooo much better than negative. I wasnt tense or stressed. A very positive visit today.

I had upper and lower partials done, found it very easy and convenient. I also need some teeth removed and it normally makes me very fearful. they were pulled with no problems during or after. The staff was very pleasant and helpful in getting my appointments set up.Worked very well with my insurance companies on what would be covered and what my responsibility was. no surprises

Absolute WORST dental care and service I have every had! I have been having SEVERE pain in my tooth for over a month after getting a filling. I moved from Green Bay so I asked the dentist if I can go to the Madison Aspen location to get it fixed. One of the office managers told me she would talk to the Madison location and get back to me within a day but a week later no response. So I called back and they said they had no idea what I was talking about but I would have to pay hundreds of dollars to get it fixed at the Madison location (because I was on active duty military when I got the filling but am currently transitioning to civilian world and do not have dentist insurance yet). The office managers were so RUDE! They basically said too bad for you, never apologized for the pain I am going through and basically said oh its probably just a simple problem. NO its not simple because I am almost in tears with the pain and their dismissal is the real problem. I dont even trust them to fix it.

All the people working there were nice. doctor K was nice and working with all his people to get everyone helped . he took more time to look at me and what I wanted him to look at. Also the nice nurse had My dentures cleaned well waiting for the doctor.

My first visit was good, but when I went to schedule a cleaning I was told that I needed a cancer screening for $71.00 and a fluoride treatment for an additional $28.00. This was never mentioned by the Dentist or the hygienists. I told the appointment person that the Dentist did a cancer screening during my exam. She said this was not good enough, but did not tell me what a further exam would do for me. I did notice my dental insurance is not covering this screening. Will have to investigate further.

All of the staff were wonderful here ! Kim absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I could get in as soon as possible for the work I needed so I didn’t have to miss much work ! Shauna was wonderful as well with answering all my questions and making sure I knew ever step of what needed to be done ! Would highly recommend their office!!

On my first visit to Aspen Dental I felt welcomed. From the beginning of the pre-test until my cleaning and filling I was told everything the staff was going to do. First and foremost I was told how much this was going to cost. I am lucky I had insurance the cost was Fair. I would recommend Aspen to anyone with or without insurance.

I had Dr. Agnes she was amazing along with everyone on staff that helped me! I’m typically fearful of dentists she was so patient and caring. Took care of my toothache!

I had a bad tooth that needed fixing and it took a month for them to get me in. I am not happy with the scheduling. Before I left from my main appointment, I scheduled an appointment to get my impressions for the tray whitening and I called to reschedule to an earlier time the same day and was told there was never an appointment made. So the scheduling part sucks, but the dental work was very nice and better then expected!

They were very professional. But to make another appointment you need money before they will set an appointment for you. I am working on getting the money and just wanted to reserve a date that would work with my work schedule and have the weekend to recover. Unreal! I guess the new thing is to see how many times you can come back, and not get everything done in one visit. The last straw was when we took our daughter out of school for a SCHEDULED appointment and they couldnt get her in because they over booked.

The quality of care is excellent. The billing is a bit much. I mostly just want to pay for what they did that day. I ended up being billed for the entire treatment plan. And the price is a bit steep.

The assistant and the hygienist were very nice and very informational. I really wasnt impressed with the actual dentist, which is where this place lost me. I felt like the dentists talked about me in the room instead of talking to me. I didnt get a chance to ask to go over x-rays. It was confusing because they told me what work I needed done and sent me for a referral, but I felt they could have taken a few minutes to go over the x-rays and exam with me.

I would go literally anywhere else than this place. They offer you free exams so they can fearmonger you into thousands of dollars of services. When I went to my appointment they told me I had a serious gingivitis problem that needed special (& expensive) treatment for, and it was disingenuous. I went to another dentist facility and expressed my concern about this and they told me that I did not have gingivitis at all, and their treatment plan was very much overkill. And I know you’re probably thinking, “oh maybe it was a mistake” but when I told a friend about my experience they told me the EXACT same thing happened to them. Exactly, note for note.I just wanna know what’s wrong with you people? I left on the verge of a panic attack and feeling like if I didn’t spend thousands of dollars immediately my teeth would fall out & y’all were lying for a quick buck. People go to a dentist with the basic expectation that they can trust what they’re being told and their dentist isn’t just trying to manipulate them into unnecessary procedures.If you still decide to go here, I would recommend at the very least getting a second opinion before buying into their fear tactics.

I was deeply unsatisfied by my experience at Aspen Dental. They claimed to find issues with my mouth that other dentists did NOT find upon subsequent exams. They did a poor job of explaining what the issues were, and pressured me to get more work done than I let them know I was able to afford. They were unwilling to work with me and the my visits felt rushed. I left feeling embarassed and fearful. I would recommend that anyone who needs work done visit one of the many other helpful dental practices in the area.

This place is wonderful and I would recommend to anyone needing to get work done on their mouth. I havent been to a dentist in 15 years and the staff was very non judmental and helpful to my needs.

Everyone was polite, friendly, and seemed to know their jobs well. I had a nice experience. I was extremely unhappy with them taking so long to take me back. I was there and completed my paperwork before 1:00(my appt time). There were a few people in the lobby when I arrived and more came.The lobby seemed to stay busy until right before I was called back they twindled down to one person. It was going on 1:30 before they called me back. I received no apology for the wait. Other than the amount of time I had to wait past my appt time i was very pleased with the balance of friendliness and job knowledge. There were several girls moving around behind reception desk and I never got the feeling that I was anything but welcome. I felt good there and plan to keep Aspen Dental for my dental needs.

Stay away - I paid $3600 to have 1 implant put in. It was a baby tooth that I never lost, so there was no bone grafting that needed to be done - plenty of bone to work with already. I had the post put in back in August, and was told Id receive a call in a few months to put in the implant as the post needed time to set. I paid everything up front through the Care Credit line that is offered (27% interest!!!) and paid my monthly payments. 2 billing cycles later I still didnt show a refund of the bone graft, so I called Aspen, and was told that all refunds had to go through Care Credit. So I did, and was told that all refunds have to go through Aspen. A few weeks later after several phone calls, I received the refund in the mail. Meanwhile, I sold the debt off to a credit union at 5% interest, and it was paid. Cut to November, still no phone call about the implant, and I get a bill in the mail from Aspen for unspecified services of $700. It is dated as due the next day. I called Aspen, told them that I needed to see what it was I was paying for. The receptionist told me that as it was after 4pm shed have to call me before noon the next day. Never heard back. This repeats in December, no call back the next day. This repeats in January, no call back the next day. I just received a letter from Aspen that theyve sent me to collections for $700. Can I leave 1/2 stars? 0 stars? Pay the few extra dollars and go to a local dentist, not a chain. Did I mention that I dont even have the tooth yet? Still just a post, waiting for any kind of follow up from them.
