Today we pulled up to this dropbox. An employee in a FedEx uniform was standing near the box watching as we pulled up. She was maskless, so from a distance, I rolled down my window and explained we were just there to drop a package in the box. My teenage daughter was masked and got out to drop the package. The employee wanted to see the package and told her they dont accept ground and to go to Office Max. However, we have used this box many times, so I then put the package in the box. My main concern is that if she wanted to approach my daughter about a package, she should have had the decency to wear a mask during the pandemic. This experience was beyond frustrating as I take the pandemic seriously and wasnt expecting to be approached at a quick dropoff.
