Ashtabula Septic Services has cleaned my septic 3 times over the years. Fast, reliable and reasonably priced. Jeff has always answer any question or concerns I have (which I ask a lot of questions) each time he has been out. You cant go wrong with these guys.

I was very impressed - Jeff and his son were prompt, courteous, and did a thorough job on my parents septic tank which hadnt been cleaned in a long time. The service was very reasonably priced. Recently I used Ashtabula Septic Service to have my septic tank cleaned. I was very pleased with the service they provided. I did not have to wait long for an appointment and they were there on time and got the job done quickly. Very professional and I will call them again.

Did not do a thorough job! We had a backup from the toilet. It had been 10 years since cleaning the septic tank so we called Ashtabula Septic to come clean that out. He did not knock the end inlet from the sewer coming into the tank to clear it with a shovel. If he would have done that the clog of yuck and spider roots would have slid/dropped out into the tank thus opening the clog. We know this because we had to have Roto Rooter come out. They had the drain reopened in no time and did just as I described above! Get a better service company than this one so you dont waste your money needing with further services.
