1 cashier, 6 deep waiting, whats up with the self check outs that have been sitting for months not working..

I like Lowes selection of stuff but need to get credit card machines fixed. They dont seem to work about half the time.

0 excellent store. The employees are eager to help in any way they can. And they always have what I need.

Loved it. They are making a huge improvement with customer relations. I was asked numerous times if I was finding everything.Plus now my dog loves to come to lowes, she loved all the attention and treats.

The store has what I wanted, just the help they hire need to learn the store as where products are in their store. If I would have got his name I would have told the Customer service

They allowed me to return some items that had been purchased just before the pandemic hit. They gave me store credit which was fine with me as I had other purchases to make there.

This is hands-down the best place for consumer power tools. I’ve had to work on several home-improvement projects, and while I love Home Depot, they can’t compare. From lumber, to power tools, to just general day-to-day items they outcompete the best. I’ve even researched things on Amazon I find at Lowe’s for a better price.

It was such a pleasant experience to work with Lowes knowledgeable customer care specialist, Jodi. I set out this morning on a mission to locate and buy a specific appliance after reading the glowing consumer reports and customer reviews online. My journey began at the store of Lowes local competitor where I had an awkward and disappointing experience.Thus,, I found myself driving to Lowes where I was assisted by Jodi. She quickly located the appliance and proceeded to complete the details of my purchase and included the accessories and hardware compatible with the new appliance! Needless to say, just 15 short minutes later, I was happily on my way; receipt in hand! At Lowes, not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, I was able to purchase the extra items, and the well priced extended maintenance/replacement warranty that I could feel good about.!

I went to look for houseplants. Same ones all the time. Not a place if you are looking for something new. The outside plants are on horrible shape. Dry as a bone, all wilted and dying. This is why people buy on line. You cant even water the plants

Bought a Lowes brand (Kobalt) cordless impact drill gun. Its as reliable as any of the other contractors grade tools eg. Dewalt, Milwaukee, etc...

Also very non just friendly website when signing up military veterans for their benefits! I wish it was ran differently! Unfortunately there are times I need to go to this location but I avoid it at all costs!!

Love this store, but staff is not knowledgeable. A couple old timers that are your go to for DIY, search them out, but have oroducts for all budgets and theyre a womans toy store for power tools.

Placed an order of lumber for over 2000 dollars to be delivered. Delivery was postponed twice with the last postponement being 4 more weeks. Called ahead 2 hours and said that I would pick up the order myself. The order was never gotten ready, so I then had to wait at Lowes for 2 hours for the employees to ready the order. Then I had to load it. Terrible customer service all the way around. I do not recommended the Ashtabula Lowes at all.

It had what it said it had online, that was nice. 5 stars is loved it. I was there for ten minutes, I dont call that love ha..other then that it was fine. I suppose I loved the fact I was in and out in that amount of time. But it was a Monday at 9 am ..thinking that is normal...

Just went today may 23rd 2020 and it was bad. Yes I know with the whole covid19 stuff but no it was bad. We needed some stuff for a fence we were making and they said no we don’t do that. They said they don’t help people load things. Like seriously? We needed 23 10 foot posts of course we needed some help. And on top of that we went in a door and the lady said no and made us leave. And then let 5 costumers in and when I went to say something to her about it she shut the door and locked my child outside. Home Depot has better prices and employees.

Bought a new fridge recently for our second mountain cottage . They delivered it . We didn’t have them unwrap it . We did it later and the door had 2 dents in it . They gave me off some money from it , so I was satisfied . The fridge wasn’t a expensive fridge ......but it will do for now .

As normal. Each and every time I go into the Ashtabula Lowes the employees are very friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful to assist me. They have had what I need everytime I have gone into the store. Prices are competitive. I highly recommend the Ashtabula Lowes store.

Had to walk around the whole store to find a sales associate who then had to radio the the front to have a sales associate paged to help us

I recently left my wallet in my shopping basket in my Lowes parking lot. Didn’t realize until the next day when I went to look for it. Went down to the service desk and the friendly sales person gave me my wallet back that someone had turned in. I am very thankful that the person that found it turned it in. Thank you very very much!

Went in to buy 350 feet of chain link fence. Once the manager found out she basically put all hands on deck. Everyone that helped including around 7 people were very helpful and polite. All in all we were in and out of the store in about an hour and a half. Ill give the whole crew a 10 being a holiday weekend especially.
